PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN NHT TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA KELAS II SDN CANGKIR, DRIYOREJO-GRESIK NURHAYATI, PUJI

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya penggunaan model pembelajaran, pada mata pelajaran Matematika, tentang operasi hitung campuran khususnya kelas II Cangkir-Gresik. Hal ini terjadi karena guru belum terbiasa, sehingga jarang menggunakan model pembelajaran inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan menggunakan model pembelajaran NHT (Number Head Together) untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran NHT (Number Head Together) terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Peneliti menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen, dengan desain penelitian yaitu Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes (pretest-posttest). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas II SDN Cangkir, Driyorejo-Gresik. Sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas II Mawar sebagai kelas kontrol dan II Anggrek sebagai kelas eksperimen. Model NHT (Number Head Together) juga berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, terbukti dengan hasil uji beda diperoleh hasil thitung (2,802) > ttabel (1,672) dan hasil Sig (2-tailed) 0,007 < 0,05. Serta dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, terbukti dari hasil rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen yang diterapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif NHT (Number Head Together) memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 69,67, sedangkan kelas kontrol  hanya memiliki rata-rata sebesar 59,42. Hal itu membuktikan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara Model NHT (Number Head Together)  terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN Cangkir, Driyorejo-Gresik. Kata Kunci: Matematika, Hasil belajar, Model NHT. Abstract The background of this study is the lack of using the learning model, on the subjects of Mathematics, especially about mix arithmetic operations of grade II Cangkir-Gresik. This happens because the teachers are not familiar, so that they seldom  use innovative learning model that  improve student learning outcomes in learning activities. The purpose of using cooperative learning model NHT (Number Head Together) to know is there any effect of the use of cooperative learning model NHT (Number Head Together) on student learning outcomes. Researchers used an experimental research design, the research design is Noneequivalent Control Group Design. Data collection technique used tests (pretest-posttest). The population in this study was grade II SDN Cangkir, Driyorejo-Gresik. The sample in this study, namely Mawar grade II as control class and Anggrek grade II  as a experiment class. NHT (Number Head Together) also affects student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the results of different test results obtained t count (2.802)> t table (1.672) and the results of Sig (2-tailed) 0.007 <0.05. And improve student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the average yield value is applied posttest experimental class Cooperative learning model NHT (Number Head Together) have an average score of 69.67, while the control group only had an average of 59.42 , It proves there is significant between NHT Model (Number Head Together) on the results of student learning grade II SDN Cangkir, Driyorejo-Gresik. Abstract

The increase in the number of MSMEs will not contribute and support them if they cannot compete with the changing times. Internet of Things (IoT) is one form of changing times that impacts all aspects, including business. The impact of IoT on business is the existence of businesses, from conventional businesses to digital businesses. MSMEs must respond to these business changes, one of which is by changing conventional marketing to digital marketing. This activity aims to increase literacy on marketing strategies and information technology, develop marketing reach, and increase turnover. The target of this PKM program is a group of MSMEs producing handicrafts in Cileng Village, Magetan, which still lacks literacy about marketing and information technology. The method of service is mentoring and training. Mentoring and training related to product photos, making product descriptions using copywriting techniques, and opening an online store. The program is expected to increase knowledge about digital marketing training, market reach, and meeting the desired turnover target. Moreover this community service potential for the development of Creative Economy-based SMEs.

Abstract

People's lives today cannot be separated from the existence of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The role of MSMEs is considered significant to the improvement of the Indonesian economy and is also able to absorb labor on a considerable scale. The problems faced by MSMEs today are marketing, branding and packaging. Likewise, with the problems faced by the Sambel Pecel community of Klegen village of Madiun city. Digital marketing is very important and crucial that must be done in order to compete in the global market. The purpose of this training is to provide innovation in product packaging or build a more modern brand to the MSMEs community Sambel Pecel Kota Madiun, as an increase in sales turnover during the covid-19 pandemic. The implementation method is carried out using several stages, namely 1) identifying the problem, 2) identifying the output, and 3) conducting training. The result of this activity is the innovation of Sambel Pecel products that have more modern packaging and branding. This activity is expected to make the Sambel Pecel MSME community develop and improve its marketing methods by using digital marketing.
