Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini berlatar belakang karena proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru kelas V SDN Pranti Gresik belum menggunakan media pembelajaran dan juga guru masih menggunakan metode ceramah dalam menyampaikan materi. Pembelajaran cenderung berorientasi pada guru, sehingga kurang terjalin interaksi guru dengan siswa, dan siswa dengan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa dan mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas yang menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase aktivitas guru mengalami peningkatan 71,42% pada siklus I, 86% pada siklus II lalu menjadi 96% pada siklus III. Aktivitas siswa mengalami peningkatan 68,75% pada siklus I, 79,16% pada siklus II lalu menjadi 92% pada siklus III. Hasil tes tulis mengalami peningkatan 68,75% pada siklus I,  81,25% pada siklus II lalu menjadi 84,38% pada siklus III. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media puzzle pada pembelajaran IPS materi mendeskripsikan perjuangan para tokoh pejuang pada masa penjajahan Belanda dan Jepang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN Pranti Gresik. Kata Kunci: media puzzle, Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, hasil belajar   Abstract The background of this study is that the learning process among 5rd grade of  Pranti Gresik elementary school which have not used learning media, also delivering speech is a major way for the teacher in giving student the material. The learning process tend to be dependent on the teache, so the the communication among teacher and student is not quite well. The purpose of the study is that to examine teacher’s activity also how puzzle media gives influence toward the result of the study among students. The study use class action which involve qualitative and quantitative descriptive method. Data collection technique is done by test and observation. The result of the study shows that the precentage of teacher’s activity increase up to 71, 42% in cycle 1, 86% in cycle II and become 96% in cycle III. Student’s activity increase 68,75% in Cycle I, 81,25% in cycle II, and become 84,38% in cyle III. From those results, it can be concluded that the use of  puzzle media in social science (ips) with the material describing the struggle of national heroes during Dutch and Japan colonialization can increase the result of the study among 5rd grade students of pranti gresik elemnetary school. Abstract

The presence of a Sharia fintech lending service platform provides various benefits to the community, with multiple conveniences offered. However, operationally, the implementation of Sharia fintech lending services can pose risks, leaks, or misuse of the personal data of service users. This is because the implementation of Sharia fintech lending cannot be separated from the activities of collecting, processing, using, and disclosing personal data of service users. This study analyzes the law on personal data protection in the implementation of Sharia fintech lending and its relevance to Jasser Auda's thoughts on the theory of systems in Maqashid Sharia. The research method uses normative law, which is prescriptive with a statute approach and conceptual. Primary and secondary legal sources are traced using document studies. The study results show that Sharia fintech lending organizers must protect the confidentiality of the personal data of service users and ensure the fulfillment of the rights of personal data owners. Personal data protection in Sharia fintech lending services is relevant to Auda's maqosid sharia system theory, especially the features of cognition, openness, interrelated hierarchy, and intentionality with the ultimate goal of fulfilling the principles of justice and the glorification of human rights. This study contributes to policy revisions to address the risks of implementing Sharia fintech lending more humanistic and equitable.
