Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas siswa, aktivitas guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Data hasil aktivitas siswa pada siklus I hanya mencapai 76% sedangkan siklus II 88,8% yang telah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,8%. Data hasil aktivitas guru pada siklus I hanya mencapai 77% sedangkan siklus II 89,5% yang telah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 12,5%. Sedangkan data hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I hanya mencapai 73% sedangkan siklus II 88% yang telah mengalami peningkatan sebesar 15%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model Snowball Throwing dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa, aktivitas guru dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Tanjung Kediri.Kata Kunci : Model Snowball Throwing dan Hasil Belajar SiswaThe purpose of this Study is to describe the studenst activity, teacher activity and student learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles. The result of students activity in the first cycle only reached 76% while the second cycle 88,8% which have increased by 12,8%. The result of teacher activity in the first cycle only reached 77% while the second cycle 89.5% which has increased by 12.5%. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle only reached 73%, while the second cycle 88% which has increased by 15%. It can be concluded that the application of Snowball Throwing model can increase student activity, teacher activity and student learning result of fourth grade SDN Tanjung Kediri.
