Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak pengaruh citra merek, kesadaran merek dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli pada produk Nescafe di Kota Batam. Populasi penelitian ini berkonsentrasi pada sejumlah konsumen di Batam telah membeli produk Nescafe, meskipun jumlahnya tidak bisa dipastikan dengan pasti. Teknik pengambilan sampel didasarkan pada rumus Jacob Cohen dengan temuan hasil sebanyak 204 responden yang ditarik didasari pada purposive sampling. Analisis data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan seperti uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, uji pengaruh, dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda telah dapat mengungkapkan bahwa citra merek memberikan pengaruh dengan besaran 14,2% terhadap minat beli. Kesadaran merek memberikan pengaruh dengan besaran 12,8% terhadap minat beli. Gaya hidup memberikan pengaruh dengan besaran 70,8% terhadap minat beli. Pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kolektif citra merek, kesadaran merek dan gaya hidup menyumbang sekitar 61,2% terhadap variabilitas yang diamati terhadap minat beli. Lebih lanjut, hasil uji t dan uji F menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara citra merek, kesadaran merek dan gaya hidup terhdap minat beli pada produk Nescafe di Kota Batam.

Abstract

This journal reviews the material of Pancasila symbols through the picture and picture learning model for first grade students of UPTD SDN 192 Barru. This study aims to determine the understanding of Pancasila symbols using the picture and picture learning model in the PPKN learning process in first grade of UPTD SDN 192 Barru. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The research instrument is student worksheets (LKPD). The source of research data is the results of observations in class, interviews with homeroom teachers, and students. The results of the study showed that increasing numeracy skills using the picture and picture learning model got good and quite satisfactory results. So it is in accordance with what the teacher expected. In the pre-action cycle, only 4 students completed and 13 students did not complete, while in cycle II, 17 students completed. Overall, student learning outcomes on the material of Pancasila symbols increased at each meeting. The implementation process uses the picture and picture learning model which contains the concept of effective learning on the material of Pancasila symbols in PPKN learning. The impact of the material on the symbols of Pancasila provides a deeper understanding and can understand the content of this material in a more enjoyable, inspiring and meaningful way.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and labor on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the agricultural subsector in Indonesia. FDI plays a crucial role in providing resources, technology, and infrastructure necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity in the agricultural sector. On the other hand, labor is a key factor in supporting the operations and management of this sector. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling to select relevant data according to the research objectives. The analysis technique includes panel data regression testing, hypothesis testing, and the determination coefficient analysis to examine the relationship between the variables studied. The data used is secondary data covering FDI realization, labor, and GRDP of the agricultural subsector from 2019 to 2022. This study is expected to provide a clearer picture of the contribution of FDI and labor to the economic growth of the agricultural subsector and offer useful recommendations for developing more effective agricultural sector policies.
