Abstract

Perkembangan dunia perdagangan yang semakin pesat dan ketat menuntut perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan prima terhadap konsumen. Pelayanan prima merupakan pelayanan terbaik dan berkualitas yang diberikan oleh perusahaan untuk memenuhi harapan konsumen sesuai dengan standar pelayanan prima yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Brandan Donuts Cabang Pangkalan Brandan yang beralamat Jl. Thamrin (Depan Masjid Ubudiah), Pangkalan Brandan dan pemilik usaha bernama Bapak Jumardani. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data primer dan sekunder, sumber data internal dan eksternal. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu observasi dan wawancara dengan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian berdasarkan konsep A6 yaitu Attitude (Sikap), Attention (Perhatian), Action (Tindakan), Ability (Kemampuan), Appearrance (Penampilan), Accountability (Tanggung Jawab). Pelayanan prima yang diterapkan pada Brandan Donuts Cabang Pangkalan Brandan sudah baik namun belum maksimal berdasarkan dari konsep Attitude (Sikap) yaitu tidak meratanya sikap ramah dan murah senyum yang diberikan oleh karyawan kepada konsumen dan pada konsep Attention (Perhatian) yaitu kurangnya perhatian karyawan dalam mempersilahkan duduk kepada konsumen yang sedang menunggu pesanannya selesai.

Abstract

In an organization, archives play a role as a provider of information and for decision making. Archive management is one of the important activities carried out at PT Jasa Raharja TK 1 Medan Representative, this archive management aims to make archive storage more systematic and structured. Archive management carried out at PT Jasa Raharja has not used the correct management procedure, marked by the difficulty in retrieving claim documents that have been used because the documents are not neatly arranged. Therefore, it is necessary to have management such as archive maintenance which can help make it easier for employees to find archives again. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method and the data taken is primary data which can be directly through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that archives have a very important role at PT Jasa Raharja Representative TK 1 Medan, as evidenced by the difficulty in retrieving archives which hinders employee performance. Therefore, it is necessary for archivists to check and rearrange the archive shelves according to the archive classification.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of facilities and infrastructure on the work effectiveness of PDAM Tirtanadi Sunggal Branch employees. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of facilities and infrastructure (X) on employee work effectiveness (Y). This research uses indicators from each variable. The indicators for facilities and infrastructure (X) are Equipment, Supplies, Infrastructure. Indicators of work effectiveness (Y) are goal achievement, work quality, work quantity, punctuality, job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with a population of 46 people and a sample of 46 people, while for managing research data using the SPSS version 23 program. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the facilities and infrastructure variables partially have a significant effect on the work effectiveness variable as proven by the results of the T test with a calculated t value of 10.154 > t table 1.680 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the simple linear regression test which has the equation Y = 36.876 + 0.783 show that the facilities and infrastructure variable shows a coefficient value of 0.783, which means that the facilities and infrastructure variable has a positive influence on the work effectiveness variable. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the value (R square) obtained is 0.701 (70.1%) indicating that facilities and infrastructure have an influence on employee work effectiveness by 70.1%.

Abstract

An agency certainly needs a good archiving system to make it easier to find archives again. Archives are useful as evidence in written form. Archives in an agency have a very important role, maintaining security and confidentiality received or created by an agency will develop in accordance with the growth of the information itself. If the archiving system is implemented well, it will also have a good effect on work efficiency. This research is to determine the extent to which the archival system influences work efficiency at the Beringin Police. With archival system indicators, namely simplicity, archival procedures, economical, security, strategic and flexible. As well as indicators of work efficiency, namely the principle of planning, the principle of simplification, the principle of savings, the principle of elimination and the principle of merging. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires addressed to Beringin Police staff or personnel. The population in the study was 30 people. Then the researcher took a sample, namely a saturated sample, where the entire population was used as a sample, namely staff or personnel totaling 30 people. The data was processed using validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, analysis of the coefficient of determination and partial T test as data analysis.

Abstract

This study explores the potential of social commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shop, as a medium for enhancing entrepreneurial independence among vocational students. Using a Product Oriented-Learning approach, this research examines how TikTok Shop influences students’ entrepreneurial skills, initiative, and decision-making abilities. Data were collected from vocational students at Politeknik LP3I Medan, utilizing both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. The findings indicate that the Product Oriented-Learning method on TikTok Shop significantly contributes to increasing students' interest and readiness for entrepreneurship, although it shows a weaker impact on their autonomy. This study suggests integrating practical, hands-on approaches alongside TikTok Shop to fully foster entrepreneurial independence among vocational students.

Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi, tantangan, dan strategi optimasi TikTok Live Shopping dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan skalabilitas bisnis wirausaha muda vokasional. Digitalisasi menawarkan peluang besar bagi UKM dan siswa vokasional untuk memasarkan produk mereka secara real-time dan interaktif. Namun, keterbatasan literasi digital dan akses pelatihan tetap menjadi tantangan utama. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, data dikumpulkan melalui survei dengan 50 responden dan wawancara mendalam dengan wirausahawan muda. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa 74% responden adalah siswa vokasional, 58% telah menggunakan TikTok Live Shopping, dan 70% setuju bahwa platform tersebut efektif meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan. Hasil uji-t menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan untuk memulai Live Shopping, eksplorasi tren, dan keterbukaan pembelajaran signifikan (p < 0,05), sementara akses pelatihan tetap netral. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa mengoptimalkan TikTok Live Shopping dapat memperluas jangkauan pasar dan memperkuat keberlanjutan bisnis ketika didukung oleh program literasi digital dan strategi branding yang efektif. Kata Kunci: Belanja Langsung TikTok; Pemasaran Digital; Wirausaha Muda; UKM; Keberlanjutan Bisnis Abstract:This study aims to analyze the potential, challenges, and optimization strategies of TikTok Live Shopping in enhancing the sustainability and scalability of vocational young entrepreneurs’ businesses. Digitalization offers vast opportunities for SMEs and vocational students to market their products in real-time and interactively. However, limited digital literacy and training access remain major challenges. Using a mixed-method approach, data were collected through surveys with 50 respondents and in-depth interviews with young entrepreneurs. Findings show that 74% of respondents were vocational students, 58% had used TikTok Live Shopping, and 70% agreed that the platform effectively increases customer interaction. T-test results indicate that the ability to start Live Shopping, trend exploration, and learning openness were significant (p < 0.05), while training access remained neutral. The study concludes that optimizing TikTok Live Shopping can expand market reach and strengthen business sustainability when supported by digital literacy programs and effective branding strategies. Keywords: TikTok Live Shopping; Digital Marketing; Young Entrepreneurs; SMEs; Business Sustainability
