Abstract

The background of this research is that consumer purchasing decisions for the mobile phone Oppo brand are still fluctuating. This is due to Corporate identity, knowledge of the product. Thus, this research focuses on the influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the following research results. Respondents' responses to corporate identity tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if corporate identity increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant effect of product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. This means that if knowledge about the product increases, it will be followed by an increase in consumer purchasing decisions. Respondents' responses to corporate identity and product knowledge tend to be good, as well as consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence of corporate identity and product knowledge on consumer purchasing decisions. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pendidikan literasi dan inklusi keuangan di Desa Putrapinggan Kecamatan Kalipucang Kabupaten Pangandaran. Selama ini umumnya masyarakat daerah tersebut masih mengelola uang dengan cara sederhana, mengetahui fungsi bank terbatas sebagai tempat menyimpan dan mengajukan pinjaman baik untuk kebutuhan yang bersifat konsumtif maupun modal usaha. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, masyarakat menerima pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik, dengan cara memisahkan pencatatan keuangan usaha dan kebutuhan pribadi. Masyarakat yang sebagian juga pelaku UMKM mulai mengenal pasar modal sebagai alternatif investasi selain properti, emas, atau hewan ternak dan hasil kebun. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) melalui presentasi dan interaksi langsung dengan melibatkan narasumber perwakilan dari OJK dan Bursa Efek Indonesia Wilayah Jawa Barat. Hasilnya, masyarakat mulai mengenal berbagai macam produk perbankan dan pasar modal, mengenal lembaga keuangan yang legal dan ilegal serta memahami bahaya penipuan atau kejahatan keuangan yang semakin marak terjadi sehingga tahu bagaimana cara mencegahnya.
