Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perkembangan Financial Technology (fintech) dalam inklusi keuangan UMKM Kota Banjar, hambatan yang mempengaruhi perkembangan Financial Technology (Fintech) serta upaya dalam meningkatkan inklusi keuangan UMKM Kota Banjar di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, instrumen penelitian melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian sebanyak 30 informan sebagai pelaku UMKM yang telah melakukan fintech dalam transaksi pembayaran, teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemilik UMKM di Kota Banjar dimana seluruh indikator dan deskripsi jawaban responden rata-rata berada dalam kategori tinggi artinya indikator peran fintech dalam inklusi keuangan di Kota Banjar pada saat ini menjadi metode transaksi yang diminati oleh pengguna yang telah mengenal fintech seperti platform Ovo, Dana, Gopay karena menurut pelaku UMKM dengan fintench dapat menghemat biaya transaksi, dapat menghemat waktu, efisien, mempermudah dan memperlancar transaksi, dengan fintech mendapatkan informasi yang telah dilakukan, aman, responsive, mudah dipahami, dapat dipakai kapanpun dan dimanapun, mampu meningkatkan penjualan, media ideal dalam kondisi pandemic Covid-19, akurat dan kemungkinan akan konsisten digunakan di masa depan sebagai metode pembayaran.

Abstract

The concept of urban farming is here and offers a solution by creating and managing open land. In addition to getting closer to nature, urban farming can also strengthen social relations between its activists. When urban farming is applied in a neighboring environment, urban farming can strengthen a sense of togetherness and create a culture of mutual cooperation in the community, especially residential areas. Not only community empowerment activities, urban farming can also support the economic condition of the community itself through the marketing of their harvests as well as to support the Food Oriented Development launched by the government. This community service activity involves community groups in Sukamahi Sukaratu Village, Tasikmalaya Regency and coordinates with the local Village Apparatus. The methods used include (1) location surveys, (2) urban farming counseling to the community with communication, information methods, and (3) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to produce an agreement with the community on the application of the urban farming concept through hydroponic techniques. Increasing knowledge and understanding of the community through the application of the concept of urban farming is very important as a solution to increase family income. Mutual agreement between the community and community leaders resulted in an agreement to utilize the yard by processing it into multipurpose land. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze interpersonal skills and competitive advantages of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in culinary business in Tasikmalaya City and the influence of interpersonal skills on competitive advantage. The population in this study is included in an unlimited population. The sample size is 100 respondents. The sample technique used was purposive sampling. The sample considerations used in this study are the consumers of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in culinary business in Tasikmalaya City who have made at least 2 (two) purchases. The analysis tool used is simple regression analysis. The results of this study found that interpersonal skills and the competitive advantage of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in culinary business in Tasikmalaya City have been achieved very well. The regression results state that interpersonal skill has a positive and significant influence or contribution to competitive advantage by 88%. The positive regression coefficient shows that the better the interpersonal skills you have, the competitive advantages of culinary MSMEs in Tasikmalaya City will increase. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis interpersonal skill dan keunggulan bersaing Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Kuliner di Kota Tasikmalaya serta pengaruh interpersonal skill terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Populasi dalam penelitian ini termasuk dalam populasi tak terbatas. Ukuran sampel adalah 100 orang responden. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Adapun pertimbangan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen UMKM Kuliner yang telah melakukan minimal 2 (dua) kali pembelian. Alat analisis yang digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa interpersonal skill dan keunggulan bersaing UMKM Kuliner di Kota Tasikmalaya sudah dicapai dengan sangat baik. Hasil regresi menyatakan bahwa interpersonal skill memberikan pengaruh atau kontribusi positif dan signifikan pada keunggulan bersaing sebesar 88%. Koefisien Regresi positif tersebut menunjukkan semakin baik interpersonal skill yang dimiliki maka keunggulan bersaing UMKM Kuliner di Kota Tasikmalaya akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne form of fulfilling the need to be different (Consumers Need for Uniqueness) in the millennial generation can be realized by making online purchases (online shopping). Purchasing in this way allows a more complete search process as more information becomes available. This of course must be a concern of marketers. Selling through the online shop system must be a new strategy to win the competition. The first challenge that must be faced is how companies can integrate technology (technology integration), which is owned in order to create a marketspace that makes someone feel confident that the information system is easy to use and provides a different sensation of experience. Perceived ease of use, apart from providing a good interface, will also depend on the level of technology literacy. The various levels of technological literacy in society are certainly a challenge in itself. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of Technology Integration, Digital Literacy, Perceived Ease Of Use on Consumer Needs For Uniqueness. The research method is a survey with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire that has been distributed to respondents who make purchases by choosing an online store. The data were processed using the SEM method. The results show that only Digital Literacy has an effect on Consumer Needs for Uniqueness while Technology Integration and Perceived Ease Of Use have no effect. Digital literacy has an impact because the ability to use digital technology can optimize the fulfillment of unique needs.Keywords: technology integration; technology literacy; perceived ease of use; consumer needs for uniqueness; millennial generationABSTRAK          Salah satu bentuk pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk tampil beda (Consumers Need for Uniqueness) pada generasi milenial dapat diwujudkan dengan cara melakukan pembelian secara online (onlineshopping). Pembelian dengan cara seperti ini memungkinkan proses pencarian yang lebih lengkap karena informasi yang tersedia menjadi lebih banyak. Hal ini tentunya harus menjadi perhatian para pemasar. Penjualan melalui sistem onlineshop harus menjadi strategi baru untuk memenangkan persaingan. Tantangan pertama yang harus dihadapi adalah bagaimana agar perusahaan dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi (technology integration), yang dimiliki agar tercipta sebuah marketspace yang membuat seseorang merasa percaya bahwa sistem informasi tersebut mudah digunakan dan memberikan sensasi pengalaman yang berbeda. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use) selain dapat diwujudkan dengan menyediakan interface yang baik juga akan tergantung pada tingkat literasi teknologi (technology literacy). Tingkat literasi teknologi yang beragam di masyarakat tentunya menjadi tantangan tersendiri.        Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Technology Integration, Digital Literacy, Perceived Ease Of Use terhadap Consumer Needs For Uniqueness.  Metode penelitian adalah survey dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner telah disebarkan kepada responden yang melakukan pembelian dengan memilih toko online. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya Digital Literacy yang berpengaruh terhadap Consumer Needs For Uniqueness sementara Technology Integration dan Perceived Ease Of Use tidak memiliki pengaruh. Abstract

Salah  satu  penyebab UMKM  sulit  berkembang  adalah  sistem  akuntansi yang buruk. Berbagai faktor menjadi penyebab. Termasuk masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang tidak mau memikirkan hal rumit seperti masalah akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan.Administrasi keuangan yang tercatat dengan baik dapat mengoptimalkan sisi profesionalisme pengelolaan keuangan. Pengusaha UMKM terkadang tidak mengetahui secara riil jumlah uang yang dimiliki, berapa modal yang dikeluarkan, berapa hutang dan pihutang, serta apakah usaha mereka mendapatkan laba atau bahkan mengalami kerugian. Inilah yang menjadi pokok permasalah mengapa banyak UMKM yang tidak mendapatkan akses ke lembaga keuangan formal. Akses yang ada tidak dapat dimanfaatkan karena UMKM lalai untuk menerapkan administrasi keuangan sesuai standar. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan oleh Bank Indonesia untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas usaha dan akses pembiayaan UMKM adalah dengan menyediakan sarana pencatatan transaksi keuangan yang terstandar dan sederhana. Bank Indonesia telah mengupayakan sebuah Aplikasi Akuntansi untuk UMKM berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan telah memenuhi standar akuntansi Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (EMKM). Aplikasi ini bernama Si Apik. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pencatatan transaksi keuangan dan penggunaan SiApik kepada pengelola  UMKM di Kelurahan Cibeuti Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya.Pelaksanaan pembinaan ini akan menggunakan metode focus group discussion, on site training maupun out site training. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman pencatatan keuangan menggunakan sistem informasi aplikasi pencatatan informasi keuangan  (SIAPIK) berbasis Android.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial behavior and financial attitudes on investment decisions. The type of research used is quantitative research using descriptive methods. The type and source of data used is primary data, namely data collected and processed by the researcher himself from the object. The total population in this study was 52 people and the sampling technique used was total sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire method from 52 respondents who were sampled in this study. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS version 24 software program. The results of this study show that financial literacy , financial behavior and financial attitudes have a significant influence on investment decisions.

Abstract

Jika dilihat dari sektor ekonomi, tahun 2020 ini merupakan tahun yang cukup sulit karena terjadi pandemic covid-19. Banyak sektor usaha yang terkena dampaknya, tidak hanya usaha besar tapi juga sampai pada usaha kecil atau usaha rumahan juga turut terkena imbas dari adanya pandemic ini. Segala kegiatan diusahakan dilakukan di rumah. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masih banyak masyarakat yang bingung apa yang harus dilakukan jika semuanya harus dilakukan di rumah, sedangkan hidup harus terus berjalan. Masyarakat dihadapkan pada situasi yang serba tidak menentu, mau jenis usaha apa di rumah, seperti apa proses pelaksanaan usaha tersebut, siapa pangsa pasarnya, strategi pemasarannya seperti apa dan berapa penghasilan yang bisa didapat dari usaha tersebut. Ketidakjelasan tersebut menjadi inti permasalahan yang harus dipecahkan, bagaimana caranya dapat bertahan di situasi pandemic sekarang. Kondisi keuangan keluarga juga menjadi faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan agar tetap bisa bertahan dan bangkit dari situasi terpuruk ini. Optimalisasi pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah melalui inovasi budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik menjadi salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan agar masalah pangan tidak menjadi hambatan dalam mendukung program pemerintah untuk tetap di rumah saja. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai cara bercocok tanam dengan Teknik Hidroponik meliputi jenis apa saja sayuran yang cocok ditanam di pekarangan rumah, seperti apa media yang digunakannya, bagaimana cara memelihara sayuran tersebut, standar sayuran yang layak jual sampai pada semua anggaran biaya kepada para aparatur desa dan anggota PKK di Desa Sukamahi Kecamatan Sukaratu Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Pelaksanaan pembinaan ini akan menggunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD), on site training maupun out site training. Melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diharapkan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman tentang pentingnya potensi lingkungan dan pemanfaatan pekarangan rumah.Kata kunci: Optimalisasi Pekarangan, Ketahanan Pangan, Strategi Pemasaran

Abstract

This paper investigates the phenomenon and factors that influence quiet quitting behavior that is happening in millennial and Z generation workers. Quiet quitting is employee behavior that chooses to work moderately according to the tasks that have been given. Several previous research results found that this behavior can be anticipated by increasing job satisfaction which is influenced by empowering leadership, organizational culture, and work overload. This research was designed with a survey method and using a quantitative approach. Data collection in this study used online questionnaires distributed to workers in the age range of millennial and Z generations. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS software. The number of samples in this study was 600 respondents. The respondents are dominated by workers on the islands of Java and Sumatra and the rest are from other regions in Indonesia. The findings of this research highlight the negative effect of job satisfaction towards quiet quitting behavior in millennial and Z workers. Another result of this study is that there is a positive effect of empowering leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction, while work overload have a negative effect on job satisfaction. The research results are useful information for planning strategies to retain employees and provide their best performance at work. These findings are significant to measure the factors that influence job satisfaction of millennial and generation Z employees so that they do not quiet quitting or leaving the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect firm value by considering the role of profitability as a mediating variable and financial technology (fintech) as a moderating variable. The independent variables studied include liquidity and leverage. The research method used is a quantitative approach with moderated mediation regression analysis. The sample consists of 21 banking companies listed on the Exchange Indonesia (IDX) in the Stock period 2018-2023, with purposive sampling . techniqueThe results showed that liquidity has a has significant effect on firm value, while leverage no direct effect. Profitability is proven to act as a mediator in the relationship between between liquidity and firm value (complementary ) mediationmediator and as a full (full mediation). in the relationship leverage and firm value In addition, fintech acts as a moderator in the relationship between liquidity and profitability, as well as leverage and profitability. This suggests that the adoption of fintech can strengthen the impact of liquidity and leverage on profitability, which in turn contributes to increasing firm value. Abstract

Many factors may affect investors in making investment decision, some of them are overconfidence and competence. Those factors thought to have an influence on investment decision making. This research objectives to determine the effect of competence and overconfidence on investment decision. This research is a kind of quantitative research using survey method given to beginner investor. The sampling method used judgment sampling with the number of samples in this research are 30 respondents of beginner investor. The analysis used is MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). The results of this study showed that competence of investor does not affect in investment decision while investor’s decision was influenced by overconfidence of investor.
