Abstract

UMKM adalah Unit Mikro Kecil Menengah. UMKM ini bernama UD Valency, yang terletak di desa Wedoro Kab. Sidoarjo. UD Valency adalah UMKM atau home industry yang melayani pembuatan jasa sandal. UD Valency memproduksi berbagai macam sandal yaitu Nevada, Zandilac, dan New Era. Pada UD Valency membutuhkan kerja sama dengan perusahaan lain dimana perusahaan tersebut sebagai pemesan dan pemasok bahan baku atau bisa disebut dengan pihak ketiga (third parties) supaya UD Valency dapat mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ERP dengan modul third parties dan product dengan menggunakan software Dolibarr. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Wedoro ini sebaiknya menggunakan sistem dalam pengolahan datanya. Dengan adanya sistem data akan menjadi terstruktur dan terorganisir sehingga memudahkan dalam pengolahan data.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi kepuasan pengguna terhadap website perpustakaan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya melalui pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan Usability. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengevaluasi faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap website perpustakaan dengan menggunakan TAM dan Usability. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menerapkan Teknik Random Sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada pengguna website perpustakaan Universitas Islam Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Pengukuran tingkat kelayakan dilakukan menggunakan USE Questionnaire yang terdiri dari 4 aspek yakni Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, dan Satisfaction. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan, website perpustakaan dinilai layak dengan skor Usability mencapai 83,6% berdasarkan tabel standar kelayakan. Penilaian untuk setiap aspek menunjukkan tingkat persetujuan yang tinggi, dengan Usefulness mencapai 83%, Ease of Use 85%, Ease of Learning 84%, dan Satisfaction 82%. Berdasarkan analisis Technology Acceptance Model, ditemukan bahwa aspek Usefulness dan Ease of Use memiliki dampak langsung signifikan pada Attitude Towards Using. Sementara itu, Ease of Use memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Actual System Use. Pengaruh Usefulness pada Actual System Use terjadi secara tidak langsung melalui Attitude Towards Using, begitu juga dengan Ease of Use. This research discusses the evaluation of user satisfaction with the Sunan Ampel State Islamic University Surabaya library website using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Usability approaches. The aim is to evaluate the factors that influence user satisfaction and acceptance of library websites using TAM and Usability. This research method applies a quantitative approach by applying Random Sampling Techniques for sampling. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to users of the Sunan Ampel Islamic University Surabaya library website. Measurement of the level of suitability was carried out using the USE Questionnaire which consists of 4 aspects, namely Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction. The research results show that overall, the library website is considered feasible with a Usability score reaching 83.6% based on the feasibility standard table. Assessments for each aspect showed a high level of agreement, with Usefulness reaching 83%, Ease of Use 85%, Ease of Learning 84%, and Satisfaction 82%. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model analysis, it was found that the Usefulness and Ease of Use aspects have a significant direct impact on Attitude Towards Using. Meanwhile, Ease of Use has a direct influence on Actual System Use. The influence of Usefulness on Actual System Use occurs indirectly through Attitude Towards Using, as well as Ease of Use.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat memberikan dampak signifikan pada berbagai sektor, termasuk perusahaan. Google Spreadsheet, sebagai salah satu alat modern, banyak digunakan dalam pengelolaan anggaran karena kemudahan dalam organisasi, analisis, dan pemantauan keuangan. Namun, teknologi ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam hal keamanan data dan potensi kesalahan perhitungan. PT XYZ  menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan anggaran yang saat ini menggunakan Google Spreadsheet, dengan masalah utama adalah kerentanan data dan kesalahan perhitungan yang dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem rencana realisasi anggaran berbasis website menggunakan metode Agile Scrum, yang dikenal karena fleksibilitasnya dalam menghadapi perubahan. Proses pengembangan melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan fitur, sprint planning, pelaksanaan sprint, sprint review, dan pengujian sistem. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Agile Scrum secara signifikan meningkatkan responsivitas, efektivitas, dan kolaborasi dalam sistem anggaran. Pendekatan ini menawarkan solusi yang lebih baik dalam hal kualitas dan keamanan dibandingkan dengan Google Spreadsheet.

Abstract

Children with unbalanced nutrition are currently crucial health issues and under the spotlight around the world. One of the terms for malnourished children is stunting. Stunting is a disease of malnutrition found in children aged under 5 years; as many as 70% of stunting sufferers are children aged 0-23 months. There are several ways to diagnose stunting, one of which is using stunting anthropometry. Stunting anthropometry can measure the physique of children so that some of the features that characterize the presence of stunting can be identified. Features resulted from the stunting anthropometry cover age, height, weight, gender, upper arm circumference, head size, chest circumference, and hip fat measurement. The process of identifying stunting can be simplified using an intelligent system called the Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system. CAD system contains 2 main processes, namely preprocessing and classification. Preprocessing includes normalization and augmentation of data using the SMOTE method. The classification process in this study uses the LSTM method. LSTM is a modification of the Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) method by adding a memory cell so that it can store memory data for a long time and in large quantities. The results of this study compare between the results of models that apply preprocessing and the one without preprocessing. The model that only uses LSTM has the best accuracy of 78.35%; the model with normalization produces an accuracy of 81.53%; the model that uses SMOTE produces an accuracy of 81.66%; and the model that uses normalization and SMOTE produces the best accuracy of 85.79%.

Abstract

The increasing reliance on self-service systems in academic libraries necessitates robust service desk man-agement to ensure user satisfaction and operational efficiency. At the UIN Sunan Ampel Library, self-service systems provide convenient access to various services, but their performance remains underexplored. Evaluat-ing the library's service desk management using the ITIL V4 framework reveals critical insights into its effec-tiveness and areas for improvement. The framework’s Service Desk Practice Success Factors (PSF)—Acknowledge, Classify, Own, and Act—are used to assess how well self-service systems align with ITIL best practices. This research adopts a qualitative descriptive methodology, utilizing interviews and data analysis to evaluate service desk processes. The findings indicate significant benefits in accessibility and user empower-ment through self-service features. However, challenges persist, including manual acknowledgment workflows, insufficient SLA implementation, and limited real-time monitoring capabilities. These issues hinder optimal service delivery and responsiveness. To address these gaps, the study recommends integrating automation for acknowledgment tasks, developing measurable SLA policies, and implementing comprehensive training for library staff. Additionally, real-time tracking tools should be incorporated to enhance system efficiency and user experience. Despite these challenges, the study underscores the potential of ITIL V4 to improve library service desk management, ultimately fostering better user satisfaction and operational excellence.
