Abstract

Salah satu tantangan dalam bidang akademik adalah mencegah maraknya aktivitas plagiarisme. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan deteksi dini plagiasi terhadap karya mahasiswa terutama skripsi. Penerapan deteksi indikasi plagiarisme menggunakan metode n-grams dan winnowing merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini, dan menemukan nominal n yang efektif. Kata yang ada dalam dokumen skripsi direpresentasikan dalam bentuk hash, lalu dilakukan seleksi menggunakan algoritma winnowing untuk menentukan fingerprint dari dokumen yang akan disimpan dalam basis data. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel dokumen skripsi mahasiswa. Hasil akhir dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mendeteksi adanya plagiasi menurut kesamaan kata secara konsisten berdasarkan beberapa skenario pengujian yang dijalankan, nominsl n yang paling efektif dalam deteksi kesamaan kata yaitu n = 7 dengan prosentase 3,07% berdasarkan selisih antara pengujian menggunakan sistem dan pengujian manual.

SEMANTIC WEB SERVICE COMPOSITIONFOR ERP BUSINESS PROCESS aAnang Kunaefi, bRiyanarto Sarno, cDwi Sunaryono, d Imam Mukhlash a,b,c,d Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya E-Mail: an_kunaefi@yahoo.co.id Abstrak Saat ini, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) bergerak menuju layanan SaaS (Software as a Service) dan Multi-Tenancy, di mana aplikasi ERP melayani beberapa penyewa dengan proses bisnis yang berbeda dalam lingkungan berbasisweb service. Pada kasus Provider ERP, sangat penting untuk mencapai fleksibilitas proses bisnis penyewa sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam tingkatkematangan SaaS level 4, yaitu Configurable dan Scalable. Dengan cara ini, Penyedia dapat melayani proses bisnis penyewa secara dinamis.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan komposisi semantik web service untuk menyelesaikan masalah fleksibilitas dalamproses bisnis. Ontologi digunakan sebagai representasi pengetahuan semantik pada domainpengetahuan ERP untuk proses pencarian dan komposisi web service. Selanjutnya, algoritma kemiripan berbasis fitur (Feature-based Similarity) dan kemiripan berbasis struktur (Structurebased Similarity)digunakan untuk melakukan pencarian kemiripan antara permintaan proses bisnis dariPenyewa dan proses bisnis Penyedia layanan ERP di Registry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan mampu memenuhi permintaan proses bisnis penyewa, baik workflow sederhana maupun workflow yang lebih kompleks dengan hasil yang baik. Kata kunci: Web Servis Semantik, Komposisi Semantik, Proses Bisnis ERP, Featurebased Similarity, Structure-based Similarity. Abstract Nowadays, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) moves toward SaaS (Software as a Service) and Multi-Tenancy, where an ERP application serves multiple tenants with different business processes in a web-service based environment. In the case of ERP provider, it is very important to achieve business process flexibility among tenants as defined in SaaS Maturity Level 4, that is Configurable and Scalable. InThis way, Provider can serve tenant’s business processes request dynamically.This research usingsemantic Web Service Composition approach to address business process flexibility problem. Ontology is used as a semantic representation of ERP domain knowledge for web service discovery and composition. Afterwards, the combination of Feature-based Similarity and Structural-based Similarity algorithms are used to do the discovery and matchmaking process between tenant’s business process request and business process available in the ERP provider’s registry. The result showsthat the proposed method in this paper is able to fulfil tenant’s business process request both for simple workflow and complex workflow with a good result. Abstract

In the information era today, value of data and Information is increasing rapidly. Data and information become more and more important to organization, because it is used as a tools in making decisions. A lot of concept and theory about data and information management has been launched. Our research tried to study and make a bridge between today’s theory about information management and Islamic values based on Islamic history written in Alquran. We took Prophet Sulaiman as our case. Sulaiman was a Prophet as well as a King. He was awarded intelligence and wisdom of God. We learn the story of Sulaiman and performed a literature review and cross references to various theories of information management. We found that Prophet Sulaiman uses data and process it into valuable information, to make right decision. We believe that, during his age, Prophet Sulaiman had implement basics of information management concept and theory.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor penting dalam keberhasilan layanan berbasis teknologi informasi adalah penerimaan dalam menerapkan Mobile JKN tentunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menerapkan metode UTAUT 3 untuk mengukur penerimaan mobile JKN BPJS Kesehatan di Kabupaten Tuban. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 213 responden. Responden adalah pengguna aplikasi Mobile JKN di Kabupaten Tuban yang disurvei menggunakan kuisioner. SEM-PLS merupakan metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini.  Hasil uji hipotesis menghasilkan effort expectancy, social influence, dan personal innovativennese berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Facilitating condition, habit, personal innovatinnese, dan behavioural intention berpangaruh secara signifikan terhadap use behaviour. Sedangkan performance expectancy, facilitating condition, hedonic motivation, dan price value tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap behaviour intention. Hal ini menandakan bahwa perlu adanya sosialisasi terus menerus dan menyeluruh kepada masyarakat terkait penggunaan dan kemanfaaatan dalam menggunakan aplikasi mobile JKN. Dari segi aplikasi perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas, tampilan ataupun fitur, agar minat pengguna semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Health awareness is an important aspect of today's society with a pandemic. This condition also causes people to feel anxious when they want to visit the hospital. As a result, many online-based home care services emerged. This research proposes a technological innovation called Medical Contact, a digital platform prototype to bring together medical personnel such as doctors, nurses, and patients in real time even though they are in different locations. With this platform, patients are able to submit complaints and obtain health solutions from doctors efficiently. Prototyping is done using an information system strategic planning approach using the Ward and Peppard framework. In addition, the Task Centered Design method is used to design UI/UX applications. The steps in the process consist of analyzing the business environment, performing tasks and user analysis, selecting representative tasks for task-centric designs, plagiarizing, and prototyping. The results obtained are an application prototype with features, a user interface, and a user experience according to user needs that are in line with business goals.

Abstract

The implementation of e-government in Indonesia in 2018 changed its name to the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in accordance with the PERPRES No. 95 of 2018. The implementation of SPBE in Indonesia in 2019 an evaluation was held in each region to find out the extent of the implementation of SPBE in each region in Indonesia. The SPBE evaluation produces an SPBE index which is used as a reference in knowing how far the implementation of the existing SPBE in the area. The high and low value of the SPBE index can be caused by various factors, in this study will discuss the comparison of factors and model factors that affect the performance of the SPBE application in the City of Surabaya and Mojokerto Regency. This study uses EFA analysis to determine the performance factor model in the application of SPBE. For the variables in this study using the results of mapping the Digital Service Provision System of System Framework by Samantha Papavasilou with PERMENPAN No. 59 of 2020 which resulted in 17 indicators. The results of this study Surabaya City and Mojokerto Regency have similarities in performance factors but the two regions have differences in performance factor characteristics where there are several performance factors that are superior to Surabaya City than Mojokerto Regency and vice versa. For the performance factor model, the EFA analysis produces 5 performance factors, namely SPBE regulation, digital literacy, IT infrastructure management, Human Resources and system location.

Abstract

Product reviews are written opinions submitted by consumers in assessing a product. The existence of product reviews is important because it can help consumers make better product purchasing decisions. But product reviews can also be unimportant if the quality of the information from the reviews is not helpful. This can be minimized if a classification is carried out to find out which reviews are helpful or not. For this to be achieved, this research will apply a support vector machine model using semantic and structural features to be able to classify review texts based on their characteristics. By applying the appropriate preprocessing stages, the final results show that the semantic features produce the highest F1-score value of 0.825. Whereas the structural features produce the highest F1-score value of 0.823. From this, it can be concluded that semantic features can be used to identify the characteristics of a review text that are helpful or not properly. This success also shows outstanding performance in classifying reviews as helpful or not compared to previous studies.

Abstract

QRIS, a mobile payment transaction system standardized by Bank Indonesia, has become the subject of extensive public discourse on Twitter. Employing VADER for sentiment analysis and LDA for topic modeling, this study aims to capture the nuanced perspectives of the Indonesian public toward QRIS. Our methodology includes real human validation for tweets that have been initially labeled by VADER. Our unique contributions lie in employing a mixed-methods approach for comprehensive sentiment and topic analysis, as well as making our dataset publicly available for future research. We achieve a sentiment labeling accuracy of 81.66%, uncovering that 67% of the sentiment towards QRIS is positive, 28.2% negative, and 4.17% neutral. Positive tweets mostly cover six dominant topics with a value of 0.488037, whereas negative sentiments are concentrated around three dominant topics with a   value of 0.383938. These findings not only affirm the generally positive public response towards QRIS but also highlight areas requiring attention for its continued success. Our study translates these insights into actionable recommendations, aiming to provide a multidimensional understanding that stakeholders can leverage for system enhancement. This study serves as a foundation for future works in sentiment analysis and public opinion mining related to financial technologies, particularly in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

Harga pasar saham menjadi salah satu masalah yang signifikan di pasar finansial karena naik turunnya harga setiap hari. Beberapa faktor seperti lokal dan iklim ekonomi global, kondisi politik, dan aktivitas pasar menjadi dampak yang dapat mempengaruhi harga pasar saham. Menyebabkan pergerakan saham menjadi tidak menentu dan sulit untuk ditebak. Sehingga para investor harus lebih hati-hati dalam membeli saham atau mempertahankan saham yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu para investor membuat keputusan yang optimal, dibutuhkan suatu langkah yang tepat seperti memprediksi perilaku harga pasar saham. Penelitian ini memprediksi harga penutupan saham pada PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia sehingga penelitian ini melakukan prediksi secara univariat. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mengimplementasikan model serta melakukan prediksi harga saham di PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia. Menggunakan metode SVM yang diuji melalui skenario dalam penginputan window_size dan fungsi kernel. Parameter yang digunakan untuk pemodelan adalah parameter C sebesar 100 untuk semua kernel, parameter degree sebesar 1 untuk kernel polynomial, dan gamma sebesar 0.0001 untuk kernel RBF. Sehingga didapatkan pemodelan fungsi kernel yang paling optimal yaitu kernel polynomial pada ukuran window_size sebesar 3, dengan RMSE sebesar 67.546 dan MAPE sebesar 0.01. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa performa kernel polynomial memiliki kekuatan akurasi yang tinggi.
