Abstract

ABSTRACT Early Christians made the marketplace the focal point of their ministry because their occupations regularly took them there.Marketplace people played a vital role in the emergence, establishment and expansion of the early church.This was possible because they saw the marketplace as their parish and their business as a pulpit.Christian businessman or Theopreneur generally lives in dual world , in church as congregation and market place as his working place.The output generated is wealth or blessing which undoubtedly provided by God who gives the power to get wealth.Theopreneurical Leadership,  the blending of theology, entrepreneurship and leadership with biblical truth to  unfold the secret for  Theopreneurs on how to utilize their talents to exercise the resources from God  as a steward and not an owner to bless people and fulfill God’s plan for their lives through business .Successful Christian businessman have the opportunity to influence the lives of many people:employees, suppliers, business associates, family and friends, community leaders, governmental officials, and others.This will give significant impact upon the laws, policies and proceedures in our communities KEYWORD :THEOPRENEURICAL LEADERSHIP, THEOPRENEUR

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of transformational leadership, work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Sago Nauli. This research was conducted at PT. Sago Nauli which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from October 2019 to February 2020. This research uses proportional random sampling method. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Sago Nauli palm oil mill totaling 180 people. The respondents of this study were determined using the slovin formula which numbered 124 (one hundred twenty four) people. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from transformational leadership variables, work motivation, compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, heterokedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of the coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for transformational leadership variables, work motivation, compensation variables and employee performance are in the good category at PT. Sago Nauli. Based on partial analysis, transformational leadership, work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Sago Nauli. Simultaneously, transformational leadership, work motivation and compensation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Sago Nauli. The contribution of transformational leadership variables, work motivation, and compensation explained the employee performance variable of 0.760 or 76%. The remaining 0.240 or 24% is influenced by other independent variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research will analyze the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and teacher leadership on student performance. Another variable analyzed was the use of books and demonstrations in the form of PowerPoint presentations. Apart from that, in this research two moderator variables will also be used, namely devices and illustrations in PowerPoint. The tools used by teachers are expected to be able to increase the influence of book use on student performance and also improve relationships between leadership. The illustrative moderator variable turned out to increase the effect of using PowerPoint on student performance. In this research it is proven that AI can improve the leadership of teachers, and teacher leadership will improve student performance. Leadership will also have a stronger influence on performance if teachers use the right devices, whether notebooks, tablets or cellphones. Apart from that, the use of presentations created with PowerPoint will also improve student performance. When accompanied by illustrations (especially transitions and animations). Therefore, teachers must be able to utilize AI and its supporting applications
