Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improvement of creative thingking ability in the subject of physics by applying Treffinger learning model. This research was conducted at Senior High School 9 Pekanbaru in February to May 2018. Research subjects in this study are class of X MIA 4 grade two academic year 2017/2018. Research subject were chosen by using sampling purposive technique. The design of this study is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Instrument of data collection in this research is a test of creative thinking ability which consists of 10 items essay by using descriptive analysis. From the descriptive analysis, the average achieves 78.13 is good category. In accordance with the average absorption that has been obtained, then the effectiveness of learning is in the effective category. To increase students creative thinking ability of 0.56 which is in the medium category. The result of this study can be concluded that the learning of physics in the class X MIA 4 Senior High School 9 Pekanbaru by applying Treffinger learning model can improve students creative thinking ability on work and energy concept which have achieved the success of three indicators from four indicator creative thinking ability provided, that is indicators of fluency, flexibility thinking and elaboration thinking.Keywords: Creative Thinking, Treffinger Learning Model

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the types of media and the characteristics of physics materials that are suitable for use in the development of physics learning media, using Adobe Flash software. The research uses a meta-analysis method, which is a method for analyzing many of the research that has been done. This research uses secondary data obtained from previous research in the form of journals related to the media using Adobe Flash software for senior high school physics subjects. The journals examined in this research consisted of 20 research articles that developed an adobe flash-based interactive learning media for physics learning in senior high schools. The number of articles reviewed consisted of 3 articles from international journals and 17 articles from national journals. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, found 13 physics materials obtained from 20 journals analyzed, where the concepts of temperature, heat, and transfer are the most widely used material as content in the development of physics learning media based on Adobe Flash software. While the type of media that is widely used in computer-based learning media.

Abstract

The 21st century is marked as a century of openness or a century of globalization, meaning that human life experiences fundamental changes that are different from the order of life in the previous century. 21st Century is also known as the era of knowledge, which is all alternative efforts to meet the needs of life in a variety of more knowledge-based contexts. The 21st century education paradigm has experienced a shift marked by differences in learning orientations. The learning of the previous century emphasized literacy in reading, writing, and mathematics, where in the 21st century they were used as the basis for developing new literacy, namely human, data and technological literacy which is very important to face the current and future globalization era. . This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of learning using the Quantum Learning model of 21st century knowledge, attitudes and skills competencies of students. Analysis in terms of learning material, teaching materials and media, types of research, research designs and research results. As with similar research in general, this meta-analysis is expected to be useful in the field of education, especially Physics teachers in choosing learning materials, teaching materials used and measuring the competency of students right when applying Quantum Learning learning models in schools. This research method is a meta-analysis with a sample of 10 articles in national journals.
