Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) whether there was a relationship between training factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria International Tbk (PT.BV); (2) is there a relationship between motivational factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. The next results in this study are (1) there is a relationship between training factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. This is indicated by the significance value smaller than 0.05 is (0,000) <(0.005). With Spearman rank correlation coefficient of 0.481. (2) there is a relationship between motivational factors and the performance of employees of PT. Bank Victoria. This is indicated by the significance value smaller than 0.05 is (0,000) < (0.005). Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Integrasi Teknologi dalam studi Qur’an dan peran gen Z dalam membangun komunitas pembaca al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur dengan langkah-langkah meliputi: pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, mereduksi data, serta menganalisis dan menyimpulkan hasil. Seiring perkembangan teknologi digital, tantangan dan peluang baru muncul dalam membangun komunitas pembaca al-Qur'an. Teknologi memungkinkan akses lebih luas dan pembelajaran yang lebih inklusif. Selain itu, semakin berkembang pula pikiran dan ide ide manusia, salah satunya gen Z yang menjadi salah satu agen perubahan dunia. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi digital yang semakin pesat, hingga masuk dalam dunia Qur’an dan era digital yang semakin maju juga memiliki tantangan yang besar dalam membangun komunitas pembaca al-Qur’an yang semakin hari semakin berkurang seperti distraksi digital dan literasi teknologi yang rendah. Namun juga memiliki peluang dan potensi yang besar bagi gen Z dalam meningkatkan komunitas pembaca al’Qur’an di era digital ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kebermanfaatan teknologi dan peran gen Z dalam membangun komunitas pembaca al-Qur’an di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi memberikan solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an, seperti melalui aplikasi digital, platform e-learning, dan media sosial. Gen Z berperan strategis dalam memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk membangun komunitas pembaca Al-Qur'an yang relevan, dinamis, dan inklusif di era digital.
