<![CDATA[Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas unggulan yang dapat dijadikan potensi perikanan laut tangkap pada setiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah analisis location quotient (LQ) dan analisis shift share. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum ikan tuna, tenggiri, dan kwee menjadi komoditas unggulan pada sebagian besar kecamatan di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya karena memiliki pertumbuhan cepat dan daya saing tinggi. Sebaliknya, komoditas kelompok udang belum menjadi komoditas unggulan karena pertumbuhannya lambat dan masih berdaya saing rendah.This study aims to identify leading cmomodity which can be marine fish capture potency of each sub-districts in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study uses location quotient (LQ) analysis and shift share analysis. The result of this study shows that generally tuna, mackerel, and kwee become leading commodity in most of sub-districts in Aceh Jaya Regency because of having fast growth and high competitiveness. On the other hand, the commodities of shrimp group have not become leading commodity because of having slow growth and low competitiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan tenaga kerja dan investasi terhadap produksi industri penyulingan nilam di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa investasi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi industri penyulingan nilam sedangkan tenaga kerja tidak secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap produksi industri penyulingan nilam di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. Dengan demikian, pemerintah daerah dan instansi terkait harus mampu menarik minat investor serta memberikan pelatihan baik manajerial maupun teknis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pekerja pada industri penyulingan nilam di Kabupaten Aceh Jaya. This study aims to analyze the role of labor and investment to production of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of estimation shows that investment significantly gives positive influence to production patchouli distillation in Aceh Jaya Regency while labor insignificantly influents to production of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. Thus, local government and relevant agencies have to be able to increase the interest of investor and gives training both managerial and technical to increase the workers? quality of patchouli distillation industry in Aceh Jaya Regency. ]]>

<![CDATA[The Statistics Love Village Program helps improve the ability of village officials in efficiently managing potential village data. In Tanjung Pasir Village, limitations in administrative data processing have been an obstacle in data-based decision-making. Therefore, mentoring and training are needed to optimize data administration management. The aim of this activity is to optimize data administration management through mentoring and training for village officials in Tanjung Pasir Village through the Statistics Love Village Program. The Statistics Study Program and the Statistics Corner of Matana University collaborate with the Central Statistics Agency of Tangerang Regency in implementing this program. The results of this activity include mapping data on the number of aquaculture businesses and the total production volume of aquaculture. Based on the results of the activity, it can be concluded that the potential business sector in Tanjung Pasir Village is mainly engaged in milkfish farming, with most of the total aquaculture production being in brackish water. Based on the mapping of this potential data, it is hoped that village officials can make more targeted policies and improve community welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengabdian kali ini adalah melaksanakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital pengolahan dan analisa data untuk mendukung program “Desa Cantik” dari BPS Kabupaten Tangerang. Adapun peserta pelatihan terdiri dari dua kelompok agen statistic, yaitu dari desa Surya Bahari dan Sukawali. Peserta tersebut merupakan agen statistic dari kedua desa, yang dipilih oleh BPS Kabupaten Tangerang. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berada di kantor kelurahan Surya Bahari. Adapun pelatihan dilakukan secara teori dan praktik. Keberhasilan pelatihan diukur dengan pemberian pretest dan posttest. Materi pelatihan adalah bagaimana prosedur uji banding dua kelompok untuk data besar. Data yang digunakan untuk pelatihan adalah data hasil tangkapan ikan dari kedua desa. Selanjutnya, peserta diberikan test yang berhubungan dengan materi yang telah dipelajari, yaitu berupa pretest dan posttest. Adapun hasil dari pretest dan posttest kemudian dianalisa menggunakan metode statistika inferensia, yaitu uji paired sample test. Hasil dari output analisa data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan literasi digital pengolahan dan analisa data statistik yang signifikan dari seluruh peserta pelatihan.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kebijakan fiskal daerah yang ditinjau berdasarkan belanja pegawai, belanja barang, dan penerimaan pajak daerah dalam pengendalian inflasi di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa belanja pegawai dan belanja barang secara signifikan berpengaruh postif terhadap inflasi sedangkan penerimaan pajak daerah secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap inflasi. Dengan demikian, pengendalian inflasi di Kota Serang dapat dilakukan dengan pengendalian terhadap pengeluaran pemerintah daerah khususnya belanja pegawai dan belanja barang serta penerimaan pajak daerah. Kata kunci: belanja barang, belanja pegawai, inflasi, kebijakan fiskal daerah, penerimaan pajak daerah ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of regional fiscal policy based on personnel expenditure, goods expenditure, and local taxes revenue to control inflation in Serang City. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of estimation shows that personnel expenditure and goods expenditure significantly give positive influence to inflation while local taxes revenue significantly give negative influence to inflation. So, The Control of Inflation in Serang City can be done by controlling of local government expenditure especially personnel expenditure and goods expenditure and local government revenue. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges of fisheries subsector in supporting the economy of Banten Province through studying the growth of fisheries subsector, either capture fisheries or aquaculture and the influented factors. This study uses multiple regression. This study found that the number of outboard motor and inboard motorboat significantly give positive influence to the production of capture fisheries in Banten Province. It can be the opportunity to increase the production of capture fisheries that can support the economy of Banten Province. On the other hand, the indication of overfishing in shallow water showed by the insignificance of nonpowered motorboat number to influent the production of capture fisheries becomes the challenge of capture fisheries in supporting the economy of Banten Province. Then, the lack of fish cultivator skill showed by the negative influence of fish cultivator to the production of aquaculture and the lack of productivity in aquaculture area showed by the insignificance of aquaculture area to influent the production of aquaculture becomes the challenge of fisheries subsector in supporting the economy of Banten Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang yang ditandai dengan penurunan peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang selama periode 2010-2018. Hasil estimasi dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa keterbukaan ekonomi secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang. Sebaliknya, proporsi investasi dan tingkat harga secara signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap peran sektor industri terhadap perekonomian Kota Tangerang. Dengan demikian, diperlukan upaya peningkatan keterbukaan ekonomi melalui kegiatan ekspor dan impor, peningkatan investasi non bangunan, dan pengendalian tingkat harga untuk mengatasi fenomena deindustrialisasi di Kota Tangerang. Kata kunci: deindustrialisasi, investasi, keterbukaan ekonomi, tingkat harga ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze phenomenon of deindustrialization in Tangerang City and influencing factors. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of analysis shows that phenomenon of deindustrialization is occured in Tangerang City which is showed by decreasing of industry sector’s share to the economy of Tangerang City during period 2010-2018. The result of estimation by using multiple regression analysis shows that economic openness significantly give positive influence to share of industry sector to the economy of Tangerang City. While, share of investment and price level significantly give negative influence to share of industry sector to the economy of Tangerang City. So, the effort to increase economic openness through export and import activity, increase non-building investment, and control price level to handle the phenomenon of deindustrialization in Tangerang City. <![CDATA[Islam memiliki solusi zakat sebagai pengentas kemiskinan sehingga diperlukan pendistribusian zakat yang optimal. Pengoptimalan potensi zakat juga memerlukan pengetahuan akan potensi wilayah yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor potensi wilayah yang memengaruhi rasio muzaki mustahik di Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil estimasi dengan analisis. regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa jumlah industri pengolahan dan fasilitas perdagangan secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap rasio muzaki mustahik di Kota Tangerang. Jumlah fasilitas perbengkelan/ reparasi dan jasa lainnya tidak secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap rasio muzaki mustahik di Kota Tangerang. Dengan demikian, prioritas pembangunan wilayah lebih diarahkan pada pengembangan sektor industri pengolahan dan perdagangan. Hal ini dikarenakan kedua sektor ini berperan secara signifikan dalam pengentasan kemiskinan khususnya meningkatkan jumlah muzaki dan mengurangi jumlah mustahik di Kota Tangerang. Islam has a zakat solution as poverty alleviation so that an optimal distribution of zakat is needed. Optimizing the potential of zakat also requires knowledge of the regional potential. This study aims to analyze the regional potential factors that affect the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The estimation results with multiple linear regression analysis show that the number of manufacturing industry and trade facilities significantly have positive influence to the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. The number of workshop/ repair facilities and other services insignificantly influent to the muzaki mustahik ratio in Tangerang City. Thus, regional development priorities are more focused on developing the manufacturing industry and trade sectors. This is because these two sectors have a significant role in poverty alleviation, especially increasing the number of muzaki and reducing the number of mustahik in Tangerang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi sumber daya baru bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akses teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel delapan kabupaten/ kota di Provinsi Banten tahun 2015-2019. Hasil estimasi dengan random effect model menunjukkan bahwa akses teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diukur dengan variabel persentase pengguna komputer, internet, dan telepon seluler secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Banten. Dengan demikian, pemerintah perlu meningkatkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan komunikasi pada seluruh kanupaten/ kota di Provinsi Banten disertai upaya peningkatan kualitas penduduk dan tenaga kerja dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. ABSTRACT Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a new resource for economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of access to information and communication technology (ICT) on economic growth in Banten Province. This study used panel data analysis of eight regencies/ cities in Banten Province period 2015-2019. The estimation results using the random effect model show that access to information and communication technology measured by the variable percentage of computer, internet, and cellular phone users has a significant positive effect on the economic growth of regencies/ cities in Banten Province. Thus, the government needs to improve information and communication technology infrastructure in all regencies/ cities in Banten Province along with efforts to improve the quality of the population and labors in the use of information and communication technology.]]>
