Abstract

Islam adalah agama terbesar kedua dunia setelah Kristen. Namun pada beberapa tahun terahir populasi muslim mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan.Peningkatan ini tidak hanya disebabkan pertumbuhan penduduk namun juga perpindahan agama atau konversi agama.  Perpindahan tersebut membutuhkan proses pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks.Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami proses pengambilan keputusan pada individu yang melakukan konversi agama atau disebut sebagai muallaf. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada muallaf perempuan usia dewasa awal.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Informan terdiri dari 4 muallaf dengan kriteria 1) perempuan berusia 20-40 tahun; 2) mengikrarkan syahadat tidak lebih dari 3 tahun lalu; 3) keputusan pribadi. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara mendalam. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan metode fenomenlogi Moustakes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses pengambilan keputusan menggunakan pendekatan intuitif, karena cenderung cepat dan tidak melewati tahap pemilihan alternatif sedangkan faktor yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan yaitu a) kebermanfaatan untuk diri sendiri; b) keyakinan; (c) kesadaran. 3) Tipe konversi dikelompokkan menjadi 2 yaitu mendadak dan bertahap sedangkan motif konversi dikelompokkan menjadi 3 yaitu motif intelektual, afeksional dan spiritual.

Abstract

Al-Quran  ialah Kalam Allah yang (memiliki) mukjizat, diturunkan kepada penutup para nabi dan rasul,dengan melalui perantara Malaikat Jibril, ditulis  dalam berbagai mushhaf, dinukilkan kepada kita  dengan cara tawatur (mutawatir), yang dianggap ibadah dengan membacanya. Secara garis besar  Al-Quran berisi tentang:  Aqidah, Ibadah, Wa’du dan Wa’id, Akhlak, Hukum, Kisah dan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan  Teknologi. Adapun Hadits adalah perkataan, perbuatan, dan penetapan yang disandarkan kepada RasulullahShalahu Alaihi wa Sallam setelah kenabian. Fungsi Hadis sebagai sumber kedua setelah Al-Quran dan penjelas bagi Al-Quran.        Berdasarkan fungsi dan isi Al-Quran  dan Hadis di atas maka keduanya dapat  menjadi  sumber  Psikologi, khususnya berkaitan dengan isi Al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Lebih jelas  lagi  yang dijelaskan di dalam Q.S. Fushshilat ayat 53 yang artinya: Kami akan memperlihatkan kepada mereka tanda-tanda (kebesaran) Kami di segenap penjuru dan pada diri mereka sendiri, sehingga jelaskah bagi mereka bahwa Al-Qur’an itu  adalah benar. Tidak cukupkah (bagi kamu) bahwa Tuhanmu menjadi saksi  atas segla Sesutu?. Selain itu di dalam Al-Quran dan Hadits ada banyak istilah yang berkaitan dengan jiwa manusia, misalnya al-fitrah, al-ruh, al-nafs, al-qalb, al-‘aql, al-dhamir.

Abstract

The progress of the educational process is influenced by two main factors, namely teachers and students. The balance between good teacher performance and optimal student achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of Islamic Education teachers in improving student achievement and to describe the achievement of students at SMP Darul Ihsan Muhammadiyah Sragen. This research is qualitative. Analysis of research data using the deductive method, starting from the formulation of the theory and then ending with the phenomenon of the research results. The results of this study indicate that professional teacher performance includes creativity and innovation in learning for students, namely by the enthusiasm of the students who attend learning clinics established by the relevant teachers every evening. Teachers with their performance relate lessons by always providing opportunities for students to take part in various competition events according to their talents. While the skills to carry out performance in teaching the teacher never allow an empty class. Then the form of student achievement is, in the cognitive realm, the ability to capture lessons and the results of academic competition with other students. In the affective realm, there is an example from a teacher, habits with peers, and a high spirit of empathy. In the psychomotor domain, there is an activity guide for daily skill activities in dormitories, for example, sermons, speeches, press activities, and sports skills.

Abstract

Children mostly receive their first education from their parents. In Islamic intellectual tradition, the most important part to be instilled first in man’s life is the teaching of religious beliefs, of morality (adab). When the children have to pursue further studies, their parents are playing important roles in the process of choosing educational institution for their children. In this paper discusses specifically on parents’ reasons for sending their children to Muhammadiyah Junior High School 4 of Surakarta Academic Year 2019/2020. This is a field study and using a descriptive quantitative approach by distributing closed questionnaires via Google form. The result shows that the parents really hope that their children are good in understanding general knowledge within Islamic educational framework. If the parents’ wishes can be successfully instilled into their children in the educational process and hope it can be successfully achieved, it means the vision and mission of the school are fulfilled accordingly.

Abstract

Birrul Walidain Middle School Muhammadiyah Sragen is one of Muhammadiyah's Integrated Islamic schools in Cantel Wetan, Sragen. The purpose of this study is to describe Islamic-based school programs and relate them to the presence of students with Islamic characteristics. The type of research used is field research (field research) and data collection techniques with the process of collecting documents, interviews, observations, (field observations), data analysis, and data validity.The result of this research is that the Tafiḍ Al-Qur'an Activity Program in Birrul Walidain Junior High School Muhammadiyah Sragen is one of the efforts of teachers and educators to shape Islamic character in each student's personality and create a generation of Qur'anic and Intelligent Achievers (Intellectual). and Spirituality), so as to be able to become someone who is honest, fair, disciplined (worship and learning), patient, and trustworthy in carrying out every activity responsibility. The students are considered ready spiritually and physically to be directed and formed with Islamic character education and morals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the supervisor dormitory (Musyrifah) in shaping the character of students in the Al-Azhar Solo Baru student dormitory and its solutions. This study describes Musyrifah's persistence in shaping the character of students, including religious, honest, disciplined, responsible, and independent characters. The methods used to obtain data in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study prove that the problem of Musyrifah in shaping the character of students is that students are still less disciplined and cannot be separated from several student factors, namely external factors and internal factors. This study found several roles of Musyrifah, including by always giving directions and admonitions to students, being a good role model for them, also very influencing them, and being open to each other in communicating. As well as cooperation between Musyrifah, parents, and the school to always support students when they are in the school environment and outside the school.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses pengambilan keputusan pada keseluruhan informan menggunakan pendekatan intuitif, karena cenderung cepat dan tidak melewati tahap pemilihan alternatif (2) Faktor-faktor yang mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yaitu (a) kebermanfaatan untuk diri sendiri pada keseluruhan informan; (b) keyakinan pada informan 1 dan 4; (c) kesadaran pada informan 3.Kata kunci: konversi agama; islam; mualaf; pengambilan keputusan; perempuan dewasa awal, Islam is the second largest religion in the world after Christianity, but in the last few years the Muslim population has increased significantly. This increase is not only due to population growth but also conversion. Such transfers require a complex decision making process. The main purpose of this research is to understand the decision-making process of individuals who convert to religion or referred to as converts. This research is focused on converting early adult women. This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The informants consisted of 4 converts with criteria 1) women aged 20-40 years; 2) made the creed no more than 3 years ago; 3) personal decision. The method of data collection is in-depth interview. The results of the study show that (1) the decision-making process of all informants uses an intuitive approach, because it tends to be fast and does not pass through the alternative selection stage (2) Some factors that support the decision-making process are (a) usefulness for oneself to all informants; (b) confidence in informants 1 and 4; (c) awareness of the informant 3.Keywords: converts; decision making; early adult women; slam; religious conversion
