Abstract

The Darul Aman Village Bridge was originally a wooden bridge connecting community settlements with harbor and plantation areas. Yhe current condition of the bridge is not worth crossing because the wooden structure on the bridge has severe weathering, so it is very risky if forced to pass through the vehicle continuously and will cause further damage.for this purpose a nwe bridge is planned using a composite structure between steel girder and concrete slab. This plan refers to SNI T-02-2005 for loading bridge and SNI T-03-2005 fot steel structure planning. The planned plan includes bridge slab, girders, diaphragms and bridge elastomeric placement. From the result of the planning, the steel girder profile is using WF 800.300.14.26 , with a gap between 1,125 m. The steel angles profile diaphragm 70.70.7 mm using with a gap 4 m diaphragm, the elastomeric placement diameter is 175.175.12 mm

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui upaya yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang melibatkan 9 guru dan 17 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan pada kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru pada siklus I dan II terjadi peningkatan yaitu hasil nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh dari hasil kegiatan pembelajaran yang awalnya 43% meningkat menjadi 86%. Artinya indikator peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran di katergorikan baik. Hasil nilai rata-rata aktifitas kegiatan pembelajaran oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran yang awal 33% meningkat menjadi 90%. Artinya indikator aktifitas siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dikatakan kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan bahwa dalam mengingkatkan kemampuan melaksakan pembelajaran menggunakan media pembelajaran di SD Negeri Bukit Mulie, kepala sekolah melakukan beberapa upaya yaitu Kepala sekolah selalu memberikan bimbingan kepada guru tentang memilih strategi dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah, harus melengkapi sarana yang dibutuhkan guru dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dikelas, berdiskusi kepada guru untuk mengetahui kesulitan yang dialami guru disaat proses pembelajaran berlangsung, memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, memberikan motivasi kepada guru untuk memberikan inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence Advertising Attractiveness (DTI), Competitive Prices (HK) and Consumer Purchase Interest (MBK) have on Purchasing Decisions (KP) for Indomie Products. The population used in this research is consumers who have accessed the Shopee application. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach (sampling based on certain criteria, with the criteria being that respondents had purchased Indomie after seeing the advertisement. Data was taken using a questionnaire via Google Form, after the questionnaire results were collected then Data was tabulated using MS Excel and analyzed using SPSS version 29. The results of this research show that advertising attractiveness has an effect on consumer buying interest, competitive prices (HK) have a significant effect on consumer buying interest (MBK), consumer buying interest (MBK) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (KP) Influence of advertising attractiveness (DTI) on Purchasing Decisions (KP) through Consumer Purchase Intentions (MBK) as an accepted intervening variable. Abstract

Employees are a very valuable asset in achieving company goals. As an employee, when carrying out work you must be as effective and efficient as possible. The quality and quantity of employees must be in accordance with employee needs and the placement of workers must also be appropriate and in accordance with their desires and skills. In this way, employee performance will be better and more effective in supporting the realization of company goals. This thesis is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu, sampling in this research was total sampling. are 55 employees of PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu. Multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing, with the research results it can be concluded that all independent variables, namely variables (Work Motivation, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction) simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y). This means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Agro Perak Sajahtera, North Bengkulu.
