Abstract

Abstrak? Dalam proses pembuatan video, perekaman suara menjadi salah satu hal terpenting. Terutama dalam pembuatan sebuah film ataupun program acara televisi baik didalam studio maupun diluar studio. Alat yang digunakan untuk menangkap objek suara berupa mikrofon. Penggunaan mikrofon ini mengalami kendala ketika objek suara yang akan direkam berada di posisi yang jauh dari Audioman sehingga biasanya menggunakan boomer, alat bantu penompang mikrofon, dalam pengambilan suaranya. Penggunaan boomer juga masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan, yakni ketika objek suara yang akan direkam bersifat statis, tidak diam dalam satu tempat, terlebih lagi perekaman suara memerlukan durasi yang panjang. Hal ini akan menyusahkan Audioman karena pemakaian boomer masih bersifat manual, yaitu Audioman harus memegang boomer itu sendiri sehingga menguras tenaga lebih besar. Oleh karena itu diciptakan alat boomer mikrofon otomatis dengan pelacakan tekanan level suara. Boomer otomatis ini mempunyai kemampuan teknologi kendali jarak jauh menggunakan remote kontrol dengan pembacaan SPL (Sound Pressure Level) oleh mikrokontroler Arduino ATMega328 melalui mic condensor ,sehingga Audioman tidak perlu menggerakkan secara manual dan tidak mengeluarkan tenaga yang besar. Kata Kunci? Abstract

Visual effects commonly referred to as VFX, is a computerized process in which images or object models are created and manipulated, involving integrating digital effects recordings and special effects from a computer to create a virtual environment. In this modern era, the digital industry is growing more rapidly because the increasingly diverse visual effects technology mainly influences it. Applying VFX to audio-video formatted podcasts can solve the podcast visual display problem. The visuals presented in the video podcast content are mostly monotonous (repeated displays), so they look dull. Besides that, the appearance of the video shown is less informative because it only observes the podcaster and the speaker who is talking without any visual aids. This study discusses the creation and implementation of VFX on podcasts. The VFX produced in this study includes one virtual set background and six visual effect templates. Based on the results of expert reviews, VFX is suitable to be implemented in podcasts and can add to the aesthetic value of a video podcast. In addition, although VFX cannot produce additional information value, VFX can make the delivery of information more comfortable for the audience.

Abstract

Pendidikan berbasis pendekatan saintifik merupakan implementasi dari pendidikan kurikulum 2013. Pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan saintifik dinilai lebih efektif hasilnya daripada pembelajaran secara tradisional. Dan dalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik ini, diperlukan kefahaman dan kreativitas guru dalam penyampaian materi. Agar suatu materi tersebut menarik sehingga memotivasi peserta didik untuk belajar mandiri, maka materi dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi informasi komunikasi dengan menempatkannya pada media, yang mana manfaat media tersebut dapat diasosiasikan sebagai penarik perhatian dan membuat siswa tetap terjaga dalam memperhatikan. Dengan adanya media pembelajaran berupa animasi interaktif, diharapkan dapat membantu guru dalam proses visualisasi materi kepada siswa dan dapat membantu siswa dalam mencapai ketuntasan dalam belajar.Pembuatan video pembelajaran animasi ini diperuntukan bagi para pengajar di komunitas pelajar mengajar Surabaya. Komunitas pelajar mengajar berfokus dalam memberikan pendidikan kepada anak-anak usia dini yang kurang mampu, sehingga mereka mampu mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang layak.

Abstract

Solar Air Heaters (SAHs) are a strategic solution to mitigate post-harvest losses of horticultural commodities caused by inefficient conventional drying. This study aims to analyze the effect of serpentine absorber channel geometries integrated with Fresnel lenses on collector thermal performance and drying effectiveness. The experimental method involved testing three absorber channel cross-sections—triangular, rectangular, and trapezoidal—under outdoor conditions. The results indicate that the trapezoidal design offers superior thermal performance compared to other variations. The trapezoidal collector produced a maximum outlet air temperature of 88.5°C, a useful heat gain of 1,744.49 Watts, and a thermal efficiency of 50%. Application to tomato drying demonstrated that the system reduced drying time by half compared to open sun drying and significantly lowered product moisture content. This study concludes that integrating a trapezoidal absorber with a Fresnel lens effectively enhances the performance of active solar drying systems.

Abstract

This paper presents about the transmission of Digital Video Broadcasting system with streaming video resolution 640x480 on different IQ rate and modulation. In the video transmission, distortion often occurs, so the received video has bad quality. Key frames selection algorithm is flexibel on a change of video, but on these methods, the temporal information of a video sequence is omitted. To minimize distortion between the original video and received video, we aimed at adding methodology using sequential distortion minimization algorithm. Its aim was to create a new video, better than original video without significant loss of content between the original video and received video, fixed sequentially. The reliability of video transmission was observed based on a constellation diagram, with the best result on IQ rate 2 Mhz and modulation 8 QAM. The best video transmission was also investigated using SEDIM (Sequential Distortion Minimization Method) and without SEDIM. The experimental result showed that the PSNR (Peak Signal to Noise Ratio) average of video transmission using SEDIM was an increase from 19,855 dB to 48,386 dB and SSIM (Structural Similarity) average increase 10,49%. The experimental results and comparison of proposed method obtained a good performance. USRP board was used as RF front-end on 2,2 GHz.
