Abstract

Technological developments are currently running so fast along with the times. The information system is one of the technological developments. With the existence of information system of course very give big influence to institute or institution good of profit and non profit like library. Of course, the system used has advantages and disadvantages that need to be done a renewal so that the system can work effectively and efficiently. For that we need an analysis of the level of effectiveness and efficiency of a system. One of the methods that can be used in analyzing the system is PIECES Fremwork where there are 6 related indicators about performance, information, control / scuritu, efficiency, service. This study uses quantitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques using questionnaires and observations. The results of this study in the form of statements about the information system in carefully. With PICES method is expected to be able to provide an overview of the shortcomings of the system used so that later the system can be improved and developed towards a better direction again.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Assertiveness Training (AT) in reducing the risk of violent behavior in schizophrenia patients. The method used by researchers is a single instrumental study with a collection process based on scanning data and integrated patient progress records to evaluate each existing activity and development. The study's results showed that after being given Assertiveness Training (AT), the signs and symptoms of violent behavior decreased, and the ability to overcome the risk of violent behavior increased. So, it can be concluded that providing Assertiveness Training (AT) to patients who are at risk of violent behavior can reduce behavioral signs and symptoms at risk of violent behavior and increase ability. The conclusion is that providing Assertiveness Training (AT) to patients who are at risk of violent behavior can reduce behavioral signs and symptoms of risk of violent behavior and increase ability. Abstract

Currently in Indonesia, most agencies/institutions have not carried out the archive management process using SNI/ISO standards. It is time for effective and efficient archive management to be implemented. This study aims to describe archive management by applying SNI/ISO 30301, 23081, and 15489 standards at the University of Indonesia Archives Office, the benefits obtained, the obstacles faced and the supporting factors in the implementation process. The research method used is descriptive, namely describing the process of applying SNI/ISO standards 30301, 23081, and 15489 at the University of Indonesia Archives Office which includes policies, responsibilities, monitoring and evaluation, risk assessment/management, training and competence, recording control, making processes , capture and manage records. In addition, the study also describes the benefits obtained and the obstacles faced as well as the supporting factors. The application of SNI/ISO 30301, 23081, and 15489 in managing archives is an indicator/requirement as a benchmark in managing archives effectively and efficiently.
