Abstract

Education is a means to improve the quality of human resources. Good education is the expected to be able to create quality human resources and be able to compete in accordance with the demands of the world of work. Vocational high school (SMK) is a place that can create human resources who are ready to work. But in reality, there are many SMK’s alumni have not yet been absorbed into the workforce. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of accounting learning achievement on student work readiness through industrial work practices, work competence and self efficacy as intervening variables. The population of this research is grade XII students of SMK accounting competence in Semarang City. The total sample of 100 students taken using cluster random sampling technique. Data collection method using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis techniques and path analysis with the AMOS program. Results: accounting learning achievement does not affect to work readiness. Industrial work practices do not to affect work readiness. Work competence affects work readiness. Self efficacy does not affect to work readiness. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on the internship. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on work competence. Learning achievement accounting has no effect on self efficacy. Industrial work practices affect self efficacy. Work competence influences self efficacy. Learning achievement accounting through industrial work practices does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through work competence does not affect work readiness. Accounting learning achievement through self efficacy does not affect work readiness.

Abstract

South Tapanuli Regency BAZNAS distributes zakat to mustahiq without seeing fur, race, and ethnicity among the people in the South Tapanuli region. From various types of zakat distribution by BAZNAS, each program must pay attention to two main components, namely goals and strategies. Puprose: This study aims to determine the increase in zakat on improving the welfare of mustahiq in South Tapanuli Regency BAZNAS. Methodology: This research is a quantitative study using a simple regression analysis method, and data collection instruments using questionnaires and documentation. With a sample of 144 mustahiq. Results: Showed that zakat increases towards increasing mustahiq. Based on the coefficient of determination test, zakat can increase the welfare of mustahiq by 63.5% while the remaining 36.5% requires other factors.

Abstract

Purpose: This research study aims to find out the factors of buying chicken meat in traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in Inpres Market, Inpres Sub district, Padangsidimpuan City, Province of West Java on November 7 to December 12, 2021. Methodology: The sampling method used is purposive sampling, using 104 respondents. The results showed the characteristics of consumers who buy chicken meat in Inpres Market on average women, over 36 years of age, high school education/equivalent, housewife work, income below IDR.1,000,000.00, consumption rate of 1-1.5 Kg in a week and purchase rate as much as 1-3 times a week. Result: The results of the multiple linear regression equations obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.727 which indicates that the health protocols (X1), marketing mix (X2) needs (X3) and purchase intention (X4) affect purchasing decisions (Y) by 62.8%. The F test concluded that health protocols, marketing mix, needs and purchase intention had a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The T test concluded that health protocols, marketing mix, needs, and interests significantly influenced purchasing decisions. Therefore, the advice given according to the results is with chicken traders in Inpres Market, among others, traders must always adhere to health protocols in serving consumers, maintaining the cleanliness of outlets and providing services by considering selling using the method of delivery or online, in order to reduce crowds in the market where the market is one of the places that is indeed a lot of spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract

The people of Padangsidimpuan Tenggara District are no strangers to the mobile banking application which has a feature to donate, but the majority of the people still decide to donate in person rather than online.  The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is a partial and simultaneous effect of trust, convenience and religiosity on the decision to donate online through mobile banking.  This study aims to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous effect of trust, ease and religiosity on the decision to donate online through mobile banking.The theory used in this study relates to online donation decisions, trust, convenience and religiosity.  The decision to donate online is a conclusion from the problem-solving process to make a donation.  Trust is a person's belief that when someone makes a decision, he will choose a trust based on the choice of the person he trusts.  Convenience explains that if a technology is easy to use then users tend to use the technology.  Religiosity is an attitude to bind oneself in relation to God.This research is a quantitative research.  Sampling by incidental technique with a total sample of 80. Data collection used a questionnaire (questionnaire), interviews, and documentation.  Analysis of the data used by testing the validity, reliability, normality, classical assumption test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and multiple linear regression analysis, the data is processed with the help of the SPSS version 23 program.The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of trust on the decision to donate online through mobile banking, there is an effect of convenience on the decision to donate online through mobile banking, there is no influence of religiosity on the decision to donate online through mobile banking, there is an influence of trust, convenience, religiosity simultaneously on the decision  donate online via mobile banking.  These factors can be considered for Islamic banks to increase customers.
