Abstract

Implementation of Islamic values is necessary for the development of the organization today, in order to impact organizational commitment and employee performance. The purpose of this study is is to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic values and organizational commitment to the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. The method used is a descriptive and explanatory survey, by taking 100 samples of marketing employees, with sample accidental sampling technique and data analysis using path analysis. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together have an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. that the application of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together has an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained is worth 0.892, this gives the meaning that Islamic values and organizational commitment are able to explain the performance of marketing employees worth 89.2%. Meanwhile, 10.8% was due to other factors.Penerapan nilai-nilai Islami diperlukan dalam perkembangan organisasi saat ini, agar berdampak terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah descriptive dan explanatory survey, dengan mengambil sampel 100 orang karyawan pemasaran, teknik sampel accidental sampling dan analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan hasil bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional secara parsial maupun bersama-sama mempunyai dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan pemasaran Bank Umum Syariah di Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, nilai determinan diperoleh senilai 0.892, hal ini memberikan makna bahwa nilai-nilai Islami dan komitmen organisasional mampu menjelaskan kinerja karyawan pemasaran senilai 89,2%. Sementara itu, senilai 10,8% disebabkan oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

AbstrakTotal Liabilitas dan Dana adalah jumlah seluruh kewajiban dan saldo dana. Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja dan Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat yang besar mencerminkan hasil Total Liabilitas dan Dana yang besar pula. Masalah timbul ketika Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja dan Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat yang mendapat hasil tinggi, namun hasil dari Total Liabilitas dan Dana justru rendah dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Seperti halnya yang terjadi di LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja secara parsial terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana di LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation, pengaruh Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat secara parsial terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana di LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation, dan pengaruh Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja dan Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat secara simultan terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana di LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation.Kerangka berfikir pada penelitian ini berdasarkan pada teori yang menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja dan Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat, maka semakin tinggi pula Total Liabilitas dan Dana.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan publikasi LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation Periode 2010-2019 yang bersumber dari website resmi lembaga tersebut.Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 43,0%. Serta menyatakan bahwa Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 1,12%. Dan juga menyatakan bahwa Kewajiban Imbalan Pasca Kerja dan Dana Infaq/Sedekah–Terikat secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Total Liabilitas dan Dana dengan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,2% di LAZNAS Rumah Zakat Foundation Periode 2010-2019.

Abstract

Purpose- ICT training and motivation are important in improving student competence in the learning process. This research is important to improve students' skills in understanding ICT. This study evaluates, individually and holistically, how training and accomplishment motivation affect students' competencies at FEBI UIN SGD Bandung.Methodology—Descriptive and verification methodologies are implemented in the investigation. The study was conducted on 100 pupils from FEBI UIN SGD Bandung. Saturated sampling methodologies were implemented to conduct the sampling. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Multiple regression analysis is the methodology utilized for data analysis.Finding- The study's results suggest that student competency is influenced by training and achievement motivation, both individually and collectively. As a result, the competencies of FEBI UIN SGD Bandung students are influenced by ICT training and achievement motivation, and there is a correlation between increased enthusiasm for student accomplishment and improved competency. This illustrates that combining achievement incentives and ICT training improves students' competency at FEBI UIN SGD Bandung. The determinant value was 0.889, suggesting that training and motivation accounted for 88.9% of student competency. Concurrently, 11.1% was attributed to supplementary causes.Significance-This training will improve students' understanding of ICT, which helps improve students' academic achievement. Keywords : Training, Competence, Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine education, training, employeeperformance and the influence of education and training on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive method for 70 employees. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Meanwhile, the technique used to test the hypothesis is Path Analysis. The results of the study illustrate that education is in a sufficient category that can be seen in terms of decision making skills, interpersonal skills, job knowledge, organization knowledge, general knowledge and specific individual needs. When viewed from the training, it is generally in asufficient category that can be seen in terms of skills, knowledge, behavior. Judging fromthe performance of employees, in general, it is in the quite category also in terms of quality of work, timeliness, initiative, capability, and communication. Furthermore, the results of the study indicate that education and training have a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) within Indonesia’s Islamic finance industry through a systematic literature review of 375 academic publications from 2015 to 2024. Existing research has largely centered on conventional financial institutions, offering limited insight into GHRM’s role in the Islamic finance context. The review reveals that GHRM practices—such as green recruitment, sustainability training, and eco-friendly incentives—not only improve operational efficiency but also align with Maqasid al-Shariah objectives. FinTech integration further enhances green initiatives by increasing transparency and access in Islamic financial services. Nonetheless, regulatory limitations and inconsistent institutional support hinder broader adoption. A key recommendation is the introduction of Green Employee Sukuk: Shariah-compliant instruments issued by financial institutions to fund employee-led sustainability programs. Returns are tied to the performance of green investments, incentivizing employee engagement while reinforcing organizational environmental commitments. Strengthening regulatory frameworks and leveraging FinTech innovations are crucial for optimizing GHRM’s impact on sustainability in Indonesia’s Islamic finance sector.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how paternalistic leadership and teamwork demands influence employee effectiveness, with work-family conflict serving as a mediating factor. In the hospitality industry, especially in Sharia hotels, employee performance is crucial for maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction. Leadership style and teamwork demands can significantly impact employee effectiveness, particularly when work-family conflict arises as a mediating factor. This research employed an explanatory survey involving 344 employees from Sharia hotels. Partial Least Square-Structural Model (PLS-SEM) analysis is implemented to analyse the data. The results show that paternalistic leadership and teamwork positively influence employees’ performance. Work-family conflict is positively influenced by paternalistic leadership and collaboration. Work-family conflict, which is brought on by paternalistic leadership and teamwork, influences employee performance. This study implies that Sharia hotel management should adopt paternalistic leadership and foster teamwork to enhance employee performance while being mindful of work-family conflict. Implementing supportive policies and promoting a balanced work environment can reduce conflict and improve overall effectiveness among staff.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Altman Z-Score model in assessing financial distress and financial conditions of manufacturing companies in the cosmetics and household needs sub-sectors listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) from 2013 to 2022. Employing a descriptive quantitative approach, the study selects its sample through purposive sampling from the population of relevant manufacturing firms within the ISSI. The findings demonstrate that the Altman Z-Score model effectively analyzes financial distress in these companies. Among the firms studied, PT Akasha Wira Internasional Tbk, PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT Mandom Indonesia Tbk exhibit healthy financial conditions, whereas PT Martina Berto Tbk shows signs of financial distress. This research provides practical implications for companies by offering a reliable predictive tool to identify potential bankruptcy risks, enabling proactive financial management and strategic decision-making based on current conditions and future prospects.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain whether internal locus of control influences something partially and simultaneously and burnout condition on performance at PT Biofarma (Persero) Bandung. Verifiable descriptive study using a quantitative approach is the methodology employed. Using random sampling techniques, the purposive sampling technique is used in the sample process. The primary and secondary data used were gathered directly from relevant sources and from PT. Biofarma (Persero) Bandung's official website and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The study's findings demonstrated that the Locus of Internal Control significantly and partially affected performance. The performance was not significantly affected by the burnout condition, nor did it have any influence. Employee performance is significantly impacted by both the burnout condition and the locus of internal control at the same time.
