Abstract

Efforts to preserve traditional culinary are one form of protecting traditional culinary delights from the variety of western foods that enter Indonesia, especially in the Cirebon region. The goal is to preserve food that is rarely traded, even less demanded, therefore researchers want to design a right agarma scheme that still exists in the current era of modernization. This research method with quantitative methods with the number of respondents classified into 2 categories, namely adolescents 12-21 and adults 22-35 years so a total of 30 respondents. The results of this study are adolescent categories, taste, appearance and presentation are important in choosing a food. Meanwhile, the adult category chooses taste, appearance, price, distribution, image and presentation. Traditional culinary interest is an identity of a region and has a cultural entity, that is, 56% of respondents in the youth category choose food because there are cultural values and beliefs in it, and 83% of respondents in the adult category say the same thing. Overall 67% of respondents or the majority of respondents chose food because of cultural values, beliefs. Constraints and the development of traditional food have been evaluated with the advice of researchers, one of which is promoting traditional food with online media, then changing the packaging as attractive as possible with a trademark as a characteristic, easy to remember. In conclusion, the dual traditional culinary mesri and cemplung can still be preserved and developed with more interesting pamasaran methods

Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, training institutions are required not only to attract new participants but also to build long-term relationships. Funnel marketing is an effective strategy, directing potential participants from awareness to becoming loyal customers. This study explores the application of funnel marketing to increase customer lifetime value (CLV) at LKP Syntax Training Centre, a certified training institution in Indonesia. Using a blended approach with a case study design, data was collected through digital marketing and management team interviews, promotional documentation analysis, and CRM data related to conversions, retention, and repurchases. The results show that at each stage of the funnel—awareness through educational content and digital advertising, interest through webinars and email nurturing, decisions through certification promo programs, and retention through loyalty programs and communication automation—can increase CLV, with retention being the most crucial stage, contributing 35% to repeat revenue. Research confirms that a systematic funnel marketing strategy can create a more meaningful participant experience, encourage repurchase, and extend relationships with institutions. Practical implications include strengthening content in the early stages to attract relevant participants as well as leveraging automation and data analytics to maintain loyalty. These findings are expected to be a strategic reference for other training institutions in optimizing digital marketing with a long-term impact.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran, dengan digital marketing menjadi salah satu strategi utama dalam meningkatkan daya saing bisnis, khususnya dalam sektor jasa. Dalam era informasi yang cepat, pemanfaatan data pencarian online seperti Google Trends dapat membantu perusahaan dalam memahami kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan secara real-time. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Google Trends sebagai alat dalam strategi perluasan pasar pada perusahaan jasa. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan manajer pemasaran serta observasi terhadap tren pencarian di Google Trends selama enam bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Google Trends dapat membantu perusahaan jasa dalam mengidentifikasi pola permintaan pasar, mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran digital, dan meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye promosi. Selain itu, alat ini dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis tren musiman, mengidentifikasi kata kunci yang relevan, serta membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, penelitian ini juga menemukan beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan dalam interpretasi data, kebutuhan untuk mengkombinasikan dengan alat analitik lainnya, serta perbedaan pola pencarian yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal seperti kebijakan pemerintah dan tren social. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Google Trends merupakan alat yang efektif dalam mendukung strategi digital marketing bagi perusahaan jasa, asalkan dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan analitik yang lebih luas serta validasi data yang akurat. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas analisis data dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran berbasis tren yang lebih adaptif guna meningkatkan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh self effycacy terhadap knowledge sharing, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformatif terhadap kinerja dosen, pengaruh self effycacy terhadap kinerja dosen, dan pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja dosen. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel didasarkan probability sampling dan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 201 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner berskala likert bipolar adjective. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling melalui aplikasi AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, kepemimpinan transformatif berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, self effycacy berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap knowledge sharing, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, kepemimpinan transformatif berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, self effycacy berpengaruh positif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen, dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen.

Abstract

The Gadod Weaving Industry in Majalengka, a cultural heritage of high value, faces challenges due to low brand awareness and customer engagement caused by a traditional business model that has not undergone digital transformation. This research aims to optimize a business model based on local resources through collaboration between culture and digital technology to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study on Gadod Weaving artisans in Nunuk Baru Village. The research findings present a business model design for Tenun Gadod based on local resources, emphasizing community collaboration, cultural storytelling, and digital marketing. The digital campaign "Gadod Weaving for the World" showed significant improvements: content reach exceeded 32,000 impressions with 65.2% new audience, an interaction rate of 1.83% (exceeding the national average), a +211% increase in website active users, and a +306% increase in online interaction activity. The main outcomes of this research include the BMC-VPC business model, branding strategy, training for local content creators, and digital collaboration with regional media. The implementation of the R.A.I.S.E method has proven effective in integrating research, business strategy, and culture-based digital promotion. The research results demonstrate that cultural storytelling and cross-sector collaboration can increase the economic value and image of Tenun Gadod as a highly competitive local product. This strategy has the potential to be replicated in other traditional weaving industries, supporting cultural preservation while strengthening the creative economy in the region.

Abstract

In the dynamic digital era and post-pandemic conditions, companies face new challenges in maintaining brand resilience amid rapid changes in consumer preferences and increased competition. Brand resilience depends not only on product innovation, but also on a consistent and valuable customer experience. This research aims to explore the synergy between innovation and customer experience in building sustainable brand resilience. Using qualitative methods, the study collected data through in-depth interviews with marketing managers and customers from various companies in the retail and digital services sectors. Thematic analysis reveals that relevant innovations and interactive customer experiences are able to reinforce positive perceptions and loyalty of brands, even in conditions of market uncertainty. These findings highlight the importance of an approach that combines strategic innovation with a responsive customer experience, which not only improves competitiveness but also adds long-term value to brands. The implications of this study provide practical guidance for companies to design brand resilience strategies that are relevant to customer needs and the development of digital technology.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh pengetahuan baru tentang pengaruh pengorganisasian terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survey explanatory, yaitu menganalisis pengaruh satu variabel terhadap variabel lain dan menguji hipotesis yang diajukan dengan cara empirik. Jumlah responden = 176 orang dan nilai skala pengukuran terbesar = 5 sedangkan nilai skala pengukuran terkecil = 1, sehingga diperoleh jumlah komulatif nilai 176x5 = 880, dan nilai komulati terkecil 176 x 1 = 176. adapun nilai prosentase terbesar adalah 880/880 x 100% = 100% dan nilai prosentase yang terkecil adalah 176/880 x 100% = 20%. Dari kedua nilai prosentase tersebut nilai rentang 100% - 20 % = 80 % dan jika dibagi lima skala pengukuran didapat nilai interval presentase sebesar 80/5 x 100 = 16%. Variabel pengorganisasian (X1) berngaruh terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai (Y) yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel dan nilai koefesien jalur PyX1 = 0.7567 berarti PyX1 > 0, menunjukan pengorganisasian mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PDAM Kabupaten Kuningan.
