Abstract

Upaya menjaga kebersihan sekolah saat covid-19 di SDN Pekayon 03 Kec. Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur. Keberadaan taman sekolah merupakan hal terpenting yang ada di sekolah agar terlaksananya pendidikan yang mengutamakan kesehatan atau kebiasaan hidup sehat di sekolah yang diterapkan di lingkungan sekitar terutama pada saat situasi covid 19. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik Pelaksanaan Kebersihan oleh guru-guru piket di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Pekayon 03 Kec. Pasar Rebo tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan metode survey langsung. Analisis data yang terkumpul menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua Guru di SDN Pekayon 03 Kec. Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur berjumlah 22 Orang Guru. Hasil penelitian tentang upaya menjaga kebersihan sekolah pada saat covid 19 dengan memberdayakan tenaga guru di SDN Pekayon 03 Kec. Pasar Rebo Jakarta Timur

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe principal leadership management in teacher development at Air Salek State Elementary School 14. The method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that teacher development is one of the principal’s duties. At SD Negeri 14 Air Salek, a five-year medium-term strategic plan has been prepared, namely 2018/2022 as well as an annual operational plan. This proves that the planning of teacher development at SD Negeri 14 Air Salek is well planned. The guidance of teachers at SD Negeri 14 Air Salek is also inseparable from the difficulties in achieving optimal coaching results. The obstacles faced include improving communication techniques. Thus, situations like these always impede learning and prevent teachers from reaching their potential. The solution to the problem is to take steps to train every teacher to communicate politely and effectively.

Abstract

Independence is the ability of individuals to carry out various activities independently without requiring assistance from others. The purpose of this study is to describe how the process of children's independence consists of motor aspects, social aspects, and emotional aspects in the Aku Sudah Besar Storybook. Quantitative research design with content analysis technique The results showed that there is a value of independence in the book Aku Sudah Besar which consists of motor aspects in the form of physical motor development shown in the explanation of the child's feet and hands experiencing greater changes than before. The ability to wear their own clothes, and the ability to bathe alone. Social aspects are shown in the explanation of Sympathy, Empathy, Social Support, Sharing, Familiar behavior. and emotional aspects are shown in the explanation of curiosity and affection for his sister.

Abstract

Low self-esteem is a problem that often occurs in adolescent students. Another problem is that research examining the effectiveness of intervention programs still focuses on participants with clinical conditions. On the other hand, general public participation in educational contexts, for example teenage students, still needs to be improved. This research analyzes a two-factor self-esteem enhancement program for adolescents with self-esteem problems. With a single subject design, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of a two-factor intervention development program for adolescent students with self-esteem problems. The intervention program was prepared based on the intervention program from Mruk (2006) which is directed at developing feelings of worth and capability in adolescent students who have self-esteem problems. Program evaluation was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively using the Kirkpatrick and Kirkpatrick (2006) program evaluation guide. Data on changes in knowledge were measured using a questionnaire, while changes in behavior were measured using the Indonesian version of the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale adapted by Maroqi (2018). The research results show that this intervention program has a positive impact on the self-esteem of problematic adolescent students. There are changes in adolescent students' knowledge and behavior after participating in the intervention program. The results of this research can be a reference for practitioners who work with adolescent students, such as psychologists, school counselors and teachers, to develop further intervention programs to support the development of students' self-esteem.
