Abstract

AbstrakEfektivitas adalah keterkaitan antara tujuan dan hasil yang dinyatakan dan menunjukkan derajat kesesuaian antara tujuan dan hasil yang dicapai, suatu kegiatan dikatakan efektif bila kegiatan itu dapat diselesaikan pada waktu yang tepat dan mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Pendekatan kontruktivisme adalah pendekatan ini pada dasarnya menekankan pentingnya siswa membangun sendiri pengetahuan mereka lewat keterlibatan aktif proses belajara mengajar. Dalam kontruktivisme mengaitkan pembelajaran dengan pengetahuan awal  yang telah dimiliki siswa dan mengintegrasikannya dengan situasi yang realistik atau relevan sehingga siswa terlibat secara emosional dan sosial dan guru hanya sebagai pembimbing dan fasilitator bagi siswa dalam proses rekontruksi ide dan konsep matematika. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah keefektifan pendekatan yang ditinjau dari 3 aspek yaitu ketuntasan belajar siswa secara  klasikal tuntas, aktifitas siswa relatif tinggi serta respon atau sikap siswa terhadap pembelajaran posistif, subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VII6 di SMP Negeri 46 Palembang yang berjumlah 38 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltiian ini adalahpp pre-experiment design, sedangkan teknik analisis datant yang digunakan adalah teknik tes, observasi dan angket. Dari hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa keefektifan pendekatan konstruktivisme utnuk pelajaran matematika di kelas VII6 di SMP Negeri 46 Palembang yang ditinjau dari ketuntasan belajar, aktifitas siswa serta respon atau sikap siswa positif terhadap pembelajaran”efektif”, dengan rincian ketuntasan belajar siswa secara klasikal mencapai 80, 65%, aktifitas siswa yang cukup tinggi dengan menunjukkan rata-rata 64, 75% dan respon atau sikap siswa positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika dilihat dari komentar mereka rata-rata 77, 56%.Kata kunci: Pendekatan Kontruktivisme, Keferktifan Pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abtrak-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan koefisien reliabilitas inter rater dengan metode Fleiss Kappa. Rater pada penelitian ini adalah guru matematika SMP, dosen Pendidikan Matematika dan Dosen FMIPA matematika. Banyak rater yang digunakan adalah 6 rater dan 12 rater. Yang akan dinilai atau berupa instrumen tes matematika yang berbentuk soal pada pilihan ganda untuk kelas IX semester ganjil, Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Hasil yang diperoleh koefisien reliabilitas inter rater soal tes matematika 12 rater lebih tinggi daripada 6 rater.kata kunci: Reliabilitas Inter Rater, Fleiss Kappa

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to see which one is better both the interrater reliability coefficients were rated by 18 rater or 6 rater and analyzed by the Fleiss Kappa method.Instrument that is assessed in the form of Mathematic test for the nineth grade made by the teacher in the form of multiple choice with 4 options. The method used experimental method and data is processed by using t-test. The results obtained show that the interater reliability coefficient of the Mathematic test for nineth grade analyzed by the Fleiss Kappa method and rated by 18 rater was higher than that assessed by the 6 rater. key words: Reliabilitas Interrater, Fleiss Kappa  Reliabilitas Interrater,            Thepurpose of this study is to see which one is better bothFleiss Kappa                         the interrater reliability coefficients were rated by 18 rater or 6 rater and analyzed by the Fleiss Kappa method. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the CORE learning model assisted  by  Macromedia  Flash  8 on  students'  mathematical  problem  solving abilities. This research method uses Groub Design Posttest-Only Control. The population in this study were all eighth grade students in State Middle School 15 Palembang in the 2018/2019 school year. The study sample was 59 students consisting of 30 students from class VIII.9 as the experimental class and 29 students from class VIII.8 as the control class. Samples were taken using Simple Random Sampling techniques. Data was collected through tests of students' mathematical problem solving skills in relation material and functions. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Independent Sample T-Test t-test. The results of the Posttest analysis mean the value of the experimental  class  is  80.34  and  the  average  value  of  the  control  class  is  73.10. Research shows that there is a significant effect of the CORE learning model assisted by Macromedia Flash 8 on mathematical problem solving abilities of students of Palembang State Middle School 15.

Abstract

Abstract—The purpose of this research is to know whether or not the effect of means ends analysis model on students problem solving ability on the material of two linear equation system in SMAN 1 Tungkal Ilir with two linear equations system. Learning is a process of developing the potential and character development of each learner as a result of the synergy between education going on in school, family, and society. In line with the development of Curriculum 2013, in the learning process students are required to be active, creative, and innovative and expected learning process the teacher centered teacher will turn into student centered learning. Based on the above problems it is necessary to model the learning that can be a new alternative to overcome the above problem is Model Means Ends Analysis is a model of learning variation of the method of learning problem solving with syntax: serve materials with heuristic-based problem-solving approach, elaboration into sub- simpler, and students are given an active role in learning to achieve the ultimate goal of a lesson and in learning with Means Ends Analysisini model students are not only judged on the results of the work, but also judged on the process pengerjaanya. Keywords— student problem solving, Means Ends Analysis model. Abstrak— Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh model means ends analysis terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel di SMAN 1 Tungkal Ilir, dengan materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel. Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses penegembangan potensi dan pembangunan karakter setiap peserta didik sebagai hasil dari sinergi antara pendidikan yang berlangsung disekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat.Sejalan dengan perkembangan Kurikulum 2013 maka dalam proses pembelajaran siswa dituntut untuk bersikap aktif, kreatif, dan inovatif dan diharapkan proses pembelajaran yang mulanya berpusat pada guru (teacher centered) akan berubah menjadi pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered). Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka diperlukan model pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif baru untuk mengatasi masalah diatas yaitu Model Means Ends Analysis yaitu suatu model pembelajaran variasi dari metode pembelajaran pemecahan masalah dengan sintaks: sajikan materi dengan pendekatan pemecahan masalah berbasis heuristik, elaborasi menjadi sub-sub masalah yang lebih sederhana, dan siswa diberikan peran aktif didalam pembelajaran  untuk mencapai tujuan akhir dari suatu pembelajaran dan dalam pembelajaran dengan model Means Ends Analysisini siswa tidak hanya dinilai pada hasil pengerjaannya, namun juga dinilai pada proses pengerjaanya. Kata Kunci— pemecahan masalah siswa, model Means Ends Analysis.

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this research is to know that the learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) can improve students' mathematical concept comprehension ability. Mathematics is very necessary to be given to students ranging from elementary to college level to equip learners with the ability to understand mathematical concepts. In general, mathematics learning in Indonesia is still using the traditional approach so that the lesson of mathematics less meaningful. Based on the above problems it is necessary to have a model of learning that is considered appropriate to overcome the problem is the learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) which is a learning model that emphasizes student learning activities in which students are actively building their own personal and group knowledge by integrating three aspects 1) Auditory (2) Intellectually (3) Repetition. Therefore, the learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) can improve students' mathematical concept. Keywords— understanding of mathematical concepts, learning model of Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR). Abstrak— Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Matematika sangatlah perlu diberikan kepada peserta didik mulai dari tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi untuk membekali peserta didik dengan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis. Secara umum pembelajaran matematika di Indonesia masih menggunakan pendekatan tradisional sehingga pembelajaran matematika kurang bermakna. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas maka diperlukan sebuah model pembelajaran yang dipandang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut yaitu model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) yakni model pembelajaran yang menekankan pada kegiatan belajar siswa dimana siswa secara aktif membangun sendiri pengetahuan secara pribadi maupun kelompok dengan mengintegrasikan tiga aspek (1) Auditory (2) Intellectually (3) Repetition. Maka dari itu model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Kata Kunci— Pemahaman Konsep Matematis, Model Pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara tunjangan profesi dan motivsai kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SD Gugus 1 Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah semua populasi guru SD Gugus 1 yang telah sertifikasi dengan jumlah 31 guru. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak ada pengaruh tunjangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) tidak ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) tidak ada pengaruh tunjangan profesi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Gugus 1 Kecamatan Sungai Lilin Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal more clearly about the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of human resources at SMK Negeri 1 OKU. This research is a qualitative research . This type of research is a case study research which means the real situation. The method used is descriptive analysis. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the management of infrastructure facilities at SMK Negeri 1 OKU has been fulfilled by means of planning needs, procurement, inventory, maintenance and deletion

Abstract

This research seeks to establish and explain the role of extracurricular religious activities in promoting the religious character of students. This research, using a descriptive approach, is a qualitative study. The study objective is to carry out extracurricular religious activities in an attempt to instill the religious beliefs of SMP Negeri 8 Talang Ubi students.The method of collecting data from this analysis is through techniques of observation, interview and recording. A technique that suits the data is used in analyzing this information, namely descriptive data.It can be inferred from the results of the study that the preparation of extracurricular religious activity activities, like majelis taklim, reading and writing the Koran and praying in congregation, aims to build good character in students and can instill a sense of faith and piety in students.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is 1) To determine the effect of competency on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) To determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 3) To determine the influence of competency and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out at Sembawa District Public High School with a research sample of 97 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Linearity Test and Normality Test. The results of this research are that: 1) There is a partially significant influence between teacher competency on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.284 > from t table 1.671; 2) There is a partially significant influence between intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.151 > from t table 1.671; 3) There is a simultaneous influence between teacher competence and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency where the calculated f value = 6.112 > more than f Table 2.74
