Abstract

— Seal Chamber in Mechanical Seal Test Plant is a part that is used for heat exchange between hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam and cold liquid fluid in mechanical seal test plant. In heat exchange it is arranged so that the hot fluid can raise and lower the temperature from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ and vice versa within 1-2 minutes. In the exchange of heat, data acquisition is still needed, which is then processed by data acquisition software that has been calibrated to determine the sensor response to the environment for test plant. In this study, data acquisition and monitoring systems were carried out and multi tasking synchronization with several sensors with one centralized controller. In addition, the volume seal chamber is equipped with a valve regulated by a servo motor to regulate the amount of hot liquid fluid in the form of condensed steam. Valve is used to be a regulator of the flow of hot fluid that enters and exits the seal chamber volume model. This research will be used to control the level and temperature in prototype of the Mechanical Sil test plant according to API 682. The manual control is done and there is an average error for the relationship of the actual valve with the water flow sensor of 8.42%.

Abstract

Tujuan idari ipenelitian iini iadalah imengetahui efektifitas penggunaan media ular tangga terhadap hasil belajar matematika dalam imateri bilangan ibulat. Jenis penelitian ini iadalah ipenelitian ikualitatif ideskripsi. iSubjek ipenelitiannya adalah siswa ikelas VII iSMP iPlus iDarul iHikmah iII. iInstrumen iyang digunakan adalah observasi, ites, dan iwawancara. iHasil iyang idiperoleh iyaitu iada i60 % dari peserta didik yang meamhami imateri iyang idiberikan idan 40% ipeserta didik yang kurang imenguasai materi iyang idiberikan. Sehingga bisa diambil kesimpulan bahwa efektifitas penggunaan media ular tangga terhadap hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dikatakan efektif.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of describing teachers' efforts to instill discipline and honest character education at the Negeri 13/I Muara Bulian elementary school. This research was conducted at SDN 13/I Muara Bulian. This research used a qualitative approach with a type of critical research. The data source in this research is the teacher of classes IB, IIA and III B Negeri 13/I Muara Bulian. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. This research uses a validity test, namely Triangulation Technique. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberma. The results of the research show that there are six efforts made by teachers to instill discipline and honest character education at SDN 13/1 Muara Bulian. Character education is successful in paying attention to individual differences, so teachers need to do the following things, first, use a variety of character education methods. Both give different tasks for each student. thirdly, modify and enrich teaching materials. The four use varying procedures in making character education assessments and reports. Fifth, understand that students' characters do not develop at the same speed. Sixth, strive for student involvement in various character activities.
