Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center, Deliserdang Regency. The implication of this study is to be able to improve the ability of a leader and the existing organizational culture, so that aspects of employee job satisfaction can be met, because in general high employee job satisfaction will be able to increase the work motivation of the Bandar Khalifah Health Center staff, Deliserdang Regency. The performance of health workers is a critical factor in ensuring the delivery of effective and quality health services, especially at the primary healthcare level such as community health centers (Puskesmas). In Indonesia, Puskesmas serve as the frontline for promoting, preventing, and treating public health issues. The Bandar Khalifah Deliserdang Health Center is one such facility that plays an essential role in addressing the health needs of the local community. However, the quality of services provided is often influenced by internal factors, including work motivation and the work environment. Motivation drives employees to perform their duties diligently and achieve institutional goals, while the work environment—encompassing physical conditions, organizational culture, and interpersonal relationships—affects job satisfaction and overall productivity.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of regenerative innovation and ethical design based on the eco-humanism philosophy on company performance and market position of Rubberwood Baby Safety Harness products. Using sales simulation data for the 2020–2024 period, the study found that the use of regenerative rubberwood materials and the implementation of ethical design contributed significantly to improving the commercial performance of PT X. Product sales increased from 1,250 units (2020) to 2,840 units (2024) with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 21.7%. The initial shipment to Japan in 2021 proved to be a catalyst for increasing international demand, indicated by an increase in export sales from 320 units (2021) to 1,180 units (2024). The results of a simulated consumer survey showed that 78% of respondents considered the use of regenerative materials as a factor in increasing the product's sustainability value, while 72% considered ethical design to increase trust and safety. Internally, the product's contribution to the company's revenue increased from 8.5% to 21.4% during the study period, with a net profit margin increase from 12.3% to 19.8%. These findings indicate that regenerative innovation and ethical design not only enhance the product's ecological value but also strengthen its market position, as evidenced by a distributor perception score of 4.4 out of 5 and a second-place ranking in the eco-friendly baby product category in the Japanese market based on a demand index simulation.

Abstract

The integration of environmental sustainability and digital transformation has become a strategic imperative for organizations seeking long-term competitiveness. Yet, many firms struggle to align Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Digital HR Capability (DHRC), resulting in fragmented HR practices and inconsistent sustainability outcomes. Grounded in the Resource-Based View (RBV), Dynamic Capability Theory (DCT), and Knowledge-Based View (KBV), this study conceptualizes GHRM and DHRC as complementary strategic resources that enhance Sustainable Organizational Performance (SOP) through the mediating role of Organizational Learning Capability (OLC). Data were obtained from 205 HR managers representing Indonesia’s manufacturing, energy, and service sectors. The analysis employed a hybrid Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) approach. Results reveal that both GHRM and DHRC significantly influence SOP, directly and indirectly via OLC. The ANN model confirms a non-linear predictive accuracy of 89.2%, validating the robustness of the proposed hybrid framework. Theoretically, this study advances RBV by integrating environmental and digital HR capabilities as dual levers for sustainable competitiveness. Methodologically, it contributes to HRM scholarship by bridging predictive and explanatory paradigms within the context of sustainable digital transformation.
