Abstract

Elementary students' critical thinking skills are one of the components developed in 21st Century learning. However, these critical thinking skills are still very shallow and far from expectations. It was proven by the results of international surveys that show low average scores. Likewise, the results of the pretest critical thinking skills of fifth-grade students in 2 elementary schools in Sukabumi Regency showed a low average value. This study aims to determine the increase in students' critical thinking skills in learning to read comprehension through the use of the FIVES Model and Guided Reading Model in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. The research method uses quasi-experimental with Static Group Pretest-Postest Design. The subject of the research was fifth-grade elementary school students. SDN 4 Cicurug implements the FIVES Model, and SDN 2 Purwasari implements the Guided Reading Model. The results showed that the use of these two models could improve the critical thinking skills of elementary students. However, the increase in students' critical thinking skills through the FIVES Model compared to the Guided Reading Model in reading comprehension in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS melalui penerapan Model Problem Based Learning , siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 52 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). PTK atau classroom action research merupakan penelitian yang bersifat aplikasi (terapan), terbatas, segera, dan hasilnya untuk memperbaiki dan menyempurnakan program pembelajaran yang sedang berjalan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 52 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023, sebanyak 26 siswa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa pada setiap siklusnya. Pada prasiklus ketuntasan hasil belajar hanya mencapai 38,46% dikategorikan sangat rendah. Sedangkan pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 65,39% dikategorikan meningkat. Sedangkan pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 84,62% dikategorikan sangat bagus. Dengan demikian, penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pembelajaran IPAS kelas IV SDN 52 Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan untuk sukses, tingkat ketekunan belajar, dan untuk mengetahui kolerasi antara tingkat kebutuhanuntuk sukses dan tingkat ketekunan belajar mahasiswa PPGT angkatan 2012. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kolerasi product moment. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa PPGT angkatan 2012. Sampel penelitian adalah sampel penuh yaitu semua populasi yang berjumlah 34 siswa dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kebutuhan untuk sukses termasuk kategori sedang dengan angka rata-rata46,6. Tingkat ketekunan belajar termasuk kategori sedang dengan angka rata-rata 43.9. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara kebutuhan untuk sukses dan ketekunan belajar mahasiswa PPGTangkatan  2012 dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.547

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan menulis siswa dengan menggunakan teknik menulis semi terpimpin pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 27 kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan secara kolaborasi antara peneliti, guru SD, dan mahasiswa (pratikan) S1 PGSD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas V SD Negeri 27 kota Bengkulu sebanyak tiga siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penggunaan teknik menulis semi terpimpin dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran menulis pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 27 kota Bengkulu karena teknik menulis semi terpimpin yang digunakan guru dapat membuat pembelajaran lebih bermakna bagi siswa dan dapat mengatasi kesulitan siswa dalam menulis, (2) penggunaan teknik menulis semi terpimpin dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis  siswa kelas V SDNegeri 27kota Bengkulu.Kemampuan menulis siswa meningkat karena guru menyediakan alat bantu menulis yang dapat mempermudah siswa dalam menuangkan ide, gagasan dalam tulisan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk:  (1) untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tematik  dengan menerapankan model dicovery learning (DL) kelas VC SDIT  Generasi Rabani kota Bengkulu, (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Tematik melalui penerapan model dicovery learning (DL)kelas VC SDIT  Generasi Rabani kota Bengkulu.Metode yang digunakan adalah  (PTK) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaituperencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan model discovery  learning   pada pembelajaran  Tematik  kelas V CSDIT Generasi Rabbani kota Bengkulu dapat meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran baik aktivitas guru maupun aktivitas siswa. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil observasi setiap siklusnya. Hasil observasi guru pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah 39 dengan kategori cukup  meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 49 dengan kategori baik.Hasil observasi siswa pada siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah 38 dengan kategori cukup  meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 44 dengan kategori baik.  (2) Penerapan model discovery  learning   pada pembelajaran  Tematik  kelas V CSDIT Generasi Rabbani kota Bengkulu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.  Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil belajar setiap siklusnya. hasil belajar siswa  siklus pertama nilai rata-rata adalah  68,5 dengan persentase ketuntasan secara klasikal adalah 70%  meningkat pada siklus kedua dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 85 dengan persentase 88%.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the activity and listening skill of students through a cooperative learning model of technology-based audio visual media at the course of language basic skills. The subjects were the students of PGSD in III B class academic year 2019/2020 which amounted to 40 students. The research instruments were observation sheets and test sheets of the listening skill. The observation data was analyzed by using the average score and the data of the listening capabilities analyzed by using of the average value and percentage. The results showed that (1) the implementation of cooperative learning models with technology-based visual audio media at the course of the language basic skills can increase the learning activity,  (2) The application of cooperative learning model with technology-based audio visual media in the course of basic language skills can enhance the ability to listen of students who are infused with the ability to listen to the students each cycle increases. The average scor of the students ' listening skills at the first cycle is 78.05 with a detailed guidance of a kilacical study is 77.5% increased in the second cycle the average value of the student's listening capability is 83.25 with the classical guidance of the study is 92.5%. It is thus concluded that the application of cooperative learning models with technology-based audio visuals can increase the activity and listening skill  of IIIB students at the language Basic skills Lecture at the PGSD University of Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' ability in writing rhymes by applying the multiliterate learning model in Class V SDN 62 Bengkulu City. This research is a Classroom Action Research which is conducted in two cycles, each of which includes: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects in this study were students of SDN 62 Bengkulu City which consisted of 14 female students and 16 male students. The research instruments used were observation sheets and poetry writing test sheets. The data from this study were analyzed using the average value and the percentage of classical learning completeness with the standard conversion formula of 100. The results showed that the average value of the pantun writing test in cycle I was 68.33 with classical learning completeness of 66.66 % ; There was an increase in cycle II with the average score of the rhyme writing test result was 81.66 with classical learning completeness of 83.33 %. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the multiliterate learning model can improve students' ability to write rhymes in grade V SDN 62 Bengkulu City. It is recommended that Indonesian teachers, especially the material about pantun, apply a multiliterate model in learning to write pantun by paying attention to student involvement in the learning process, and other researchers can also apply it to other subjects.

Abstract

The school that is being used as a partner for the PKM IPTEKS activity that is being proposed is SDIT Insan Mulia, Bengkulu City. The school continues to run face-to-face and online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The school reduced the number of students in one class and reduced the hours of lessons each day. Based on interviews with teachers at SDIT Insan Mulia, information was obtained that the impact of these rules was that the learning process could not run effectively. Teachers are limited in determining the appropriate method during face-to-face learning at school and teachers are also not skilled at utilizing electronic teaching materials as long as students study independently from home. Blended learning is one of the learning solutions that can be applied during a pandemic. The most common meaning of blended learning is the combination of face to face learning (face to face) with online-based learning. Teachers can run face-to-face learning while at school and continue with online learning if students are at home. As long as students study online at home, teachers can use electronic teaching materials such as videos, pictures, broadcast materials, game applications or google forms to facilitate students to learn independently. The formulation of the problem that is a priority to be resolved through this PKM activity is to train and assist class IV teachers of SDIT Insan Mulia in applying the blended learning model with the help of electronic teaching materials. Thus, teachers are expected to be able to design, implement and evaluate learning that is effective, meaningful, active, innovative, creative and fun. The target audience for this PKM activity are fourth grade teachers and fourth students at SDIT Insan Mulia. The method used in this PKM activity is training and mentoring. The evaluation instruments for this activity are interview sheets, observation sheets and test sheets This activity has been carried out up to training and mentoring for teachers in making and implementing learning tools for class IV SDIT Insan Mulia
