Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to describe the process of creating a cultural literacy package in Kampung Batu Fishermen Village, Batang Arau, Padang Selatan, Padang City. This research uses a descriptive method. Data was collected through a literature review as well as direct observation and interviews with the Chairman of the RW, fishermen, and community leaders in Kampung Batu Fishermen Village located in RW II, Batang Arau Sub-District, Padang Selatan District, Padang City. Based on research that has been done can be concluded as follows. Making this information package is done through five stages. First, the culture of fishing communities in Kampung Batu Fishermen Village, Batang Arau, Padang Selatan, Padang City, among others: (1) Gender system; (2) Labor Agent-Fisherman Relations; (3) patterns of resource exploitation; (4) Social leadership. Secondly, the creation of a Culture literacy information package in Kampung Batu Fishermen Village, Batang Arau, South Padang, Padang City is carried out through five stages, namely: (1) Establishing the topic and type of information package packaging; (2) information gathering; (3) Analysis of the results of information gathering; (4) packaging information; (5) Evaluation of information packages. The explanation of the results of the manufacturing process is as follows: Determine the topic and type of information package packaging, the topic raised is Cultural Literacy in the Kampung Batu Fishermen Village, Batang Arau, South Padang, Padang City which is packaged in a printed information package; Information gathering is done by interview and direct observation to the Kampung Batu Fisherman Village. In addition, it is necessary to search the literature so that the data obtained for an information package becomes a product that presents true and relevant information; Analysis of the results of information gathering. From the information gathering, it is known that what is considered important as a cultural identity builder of fishing communities such as gender systems, patron-client relations, patterns of resource exploitation, and social leadership; Packaging information, done by presenting information that has been obtained from gathering information in the form of an information package; Evaluation of the information package is done by submitting a questionnaire to 10 respondents and it is known that 92.4% of respondents strongly agree that the cultural literacy information package is interesting, informative and has benefits for its users.Keywords: e-office, electronic archive.

Abstract

Issues related to BPJS Health insurance claims often pose challenges for healthcare facilities. The primary reasons for claim rejections typically involve administrative errors, such as incomplete documentation or incorrect diagnostic codes. This study aims to identify the factors contributing to the high rate of inpatient claim rejections at RSUD Majenang. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, this research analyzes data collected from in-depth interviews with hospital verification officers and coding officers. The findings reveal that inaccurate diagnostic coding and incomplete supporting documentation are the primary causes of claim rejections. Inaccurate diagnostic coding is attributed to several factors, including errors in diagnosis recording, discrepancies in perceptions between hospital verifiers and BPJS Health, and potential indications of diagnostic code misuse. Additionally, a lack of interdepartmental coordination and inadequate understanding of claim guidelines contribute to the problem. The findings of this study have significant implications for efforts to improve the quality of healthcare services and the efficiency of claim management in hospitals. To streamline BPJS Health claims, it is necessary to enhance the competency of staff, strengthen interdepartmental coordination, improve the quality of medical documentation, and conduct periodic evaluations of claim procedures.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKPD Matematika dengan model Project Based Learning pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar yang memenuhi kriterita valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan memodifikasi prosedur 4-D Thiagarajan yaitu tahap pendefenisian, tahap perancangan, dan tahap pengembangan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi, lembar kepraktisan, dan lembar efektivitas. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan LKPD matematika dengan model Project Based Learning pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu termasuk dalam kategori: (1) LKPD Matematika termasuk dalam kategori sangat valid dengan skor rata-rata 4,41, dibuktikan dengan cara (a) LKPD menunjukkan kebenaran dan kesesuaian urutan dengan langkah – langkah model Project Based Learning pada validasi materi, (b) tulisan, gambar dan penampilan pada LKPD yang menarik serta mudah dibaca pada validasi konstruksi, dan (c) penggunaan kalimat sederhana, jelas dan mudah dipahami serta penggunaan kalimat Tanya dan kalimat perintah sesuai pada validasi bahasa, (2) LKPD Matematika termasuk dalam kategori sangat praktis dengan skor rata-rata 4,31, dibuktikan dengan cara petunjuk, langkah – langkah, gambar, dan permasalahan pada LKPD mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik, dan  (3) LKPD Matematika termasuk dalam kategori sangat efektif dengan skor rata-rata 4,53, dibuktikan dengan cara langkah – langkah pada LKPD membimbing peserta didik memahami konsep menyelesaikan masalah, langkah model project based learning membantu peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan tes hasil belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan 96,55%. ABSTRACTThis research aimed to produce Mathematics LKPD by using Project Based Learning of Geometry Flat Side that fulfils valid, practical, and effective criteria. The type of research is Research and Development by adopting the Thiagarajan 4-D procedure, namely the stage of defining, designing, and developing. The research instruments used were the validation sheet, the practicality sheet, and the effectiveness sheet. The results the development of Mathematics LKPD by using Project Based Learning Model in Geometry Flat Side at the Second Grade of SMP Negeri 14 Kota Bengkulu showed that: (a) Mathematical LKPD was categorized in the very valid category with an average score of 4.41, proved by means of (a) LKPD shows the truth and suitability of the sequence with the steps of the Project Based Learning model in material validation, (b) writing, images and appearance on LKPD’s that are interesting and easy to read on construction validation, and (c) the sentences were simple, clear and easy-to-understand and the question sentences and command sentences according to language validation, (2) Mathematics LKPD is included in the very practical category with an average score 4.31, proved by means of instructions, steps, pictures, and problems in LKPD easily understood by students, and (3) LKPD Mathematics is included in the very effective category with an average score of 4.53, proved by means of steps in LKPD guides students to understand the concept of solving problems, the step of the project based learning model helps students complete the learning outcomes test with a percentage of completeness 96.55%.
