Abstract

Adanya merek pada produk sangat signifikan dengan kemajuan usaha seseorang. Kualitas produk-pun berpangaruh terhadap pembelian konsumen. Teh Desa produk yang menjual minuman es dengan harga terjangkau menjadikan teh desa di Purwokerto Viral. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen teh desa Purwokerto. Citra merek dan kualitas produk sebagai variabel independen (X) yang mungkin mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian yang berfungsi sebagai variabel dependen(Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan angka yang diolah secara statistik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner kepada 66 responden konsumen Teh Desa Purwokerto. Teknik metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah non-probabilitas. sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Citra Merek Tidak Berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (2) Kualitas Produk Berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (3) Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk Secara Bersama-sama Berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (4) Instrumen Penelitian Valid. Uji Semua nilai korelasi indikator memiliki signifikansi < 0,05, menunjukkan instrumen penelitian valid.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide understanding and assistance about the importance of halal certification for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors, especially in Selogiri Village, Karanggayam District, Kebumen Regency by providing an understanding of the influence of the halal label in the form of product certification, building experience regarding steps -Steps for submitting halal certification to the Ministry of Religion through the application. By adding insight and experience, it can increase productivity and competitiveness for MSME actors in Selogiri Village, Karanggayam District, Kebumen Regency. In addition, it is also able to expand the scope of sales for the environment around MSME activists. Counseling activities are carried out through the stages of outreach to business actors to assistance in registering halal product guarantee certification online for 15 MSME actors engaged in the culinary field of small and medium scale businesses. With the assistance of this halal certification process, all problems regarding how to arrange halal certificates which are considered difficult can be resolved and become an example for other MSMEs in the Selogiri Village, Karanggayam District, Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the initial ideas for the formation of the Pokdakan (working group for freshwater fish farming) Mina Mulya, the stages of empowerment, and the implications of the empowerment model. These three studies are based on the problem of the consumption of freshwater fish in the Bantul community, which is increasing every year. Meanwhile, the production of fish cultivation managed by the community is very minimal. During this time the local government to meet the consumption needs of fish for households, food stalls, restaurants, until processed fish sold at tourist recreation centers taken from the area of Central Java and East Java. Seeing a potential area to develop fish cultivation production is very relevant. The intelligence of the Kergan Village community in Tirtomulyo looking at the direction of economic development based on community participation is so contextual. Through qualitative research with a case study approach, this paper found a novelty about the model of community empowerment. The model offered by the people is the “Gurameh” tourist village. As a model for empowering freshwater fish farming, Kergan Village is transformed into a more innovative and creative locus of community activities. In another aspect, the initial idea of the establishment of a “Gurameh” tourist village was initiated by Sunarto who had anxiety about the potential of his residence. Starting from comparative studies to other places, the idea of a tourist village “Gurameh” has become a model of empowerment based on fish farming. As a model, the tourist village “Gurameh” also processes the harvested fish for snacks and “souvenir” for anyone who wants to visit. Many creative and innovative activities in Kergan Village to develop in other locations. Starting from Sunarto’s idea, the concept of the trickle-down effect has spread in almost every community working group that is able to develop freshwater fish farming.Artikel ini hendak mengkaji tentang ide awal pembentukan Pokdakan Mina Mulya, tahapan pemberdayaan, dan implikasi model pemberdayaan. Tiga kajian ini dilandaskan pada masalah konsumsi ikan tawar masyarakat Bantul yang setiap tahun semakin meningkat. Sementara itu, produksi budidaya ikan yang dikelola masyarakat sangat minim. Selama ini pemerintah lokal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi ikan bagi rumah tangga, warung makan, restoran, hingga olahan ikan yang dijajakan pada pusat rekreasi wisata diambil dari daerah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Melihat kawasan yang cukup potensial untuk mengembangkan produksi budidaya ikan menjadi sangat relevan. Kecerdasan masyarakat Dusun Kergan Desa Tirtomulyo membaca arah pengembangan ekonomi berbasis partisipasi masyarakat begitu kontekstual. Melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, paper ini menemukan kebaruan tentang model pemberdayaan masyarakat. Model yang ditawarkan oleh masyarakat adalah kampung wisata “Gurameh”. Sebagai model pemberdayaan budidaya ikan tawar, Dusun Kergan disulap menjadi lokus kegiatan masyarakat yang lebih inovatif dan kreatif. Pada aspek lain, ide awal dibentuknya kampung wisata “Gurameh” diinisasi oleh Sunarto yang memiliki kegelisahan tentang potensi tempat tinggalnya. Berawal dari studi banding ke daerah lain, ide kampung wisata “Gurameh” telah menjadi model pemberdayaan berbasis budidaya ikan. Sebagai model, kampung wisata “Gurameh” juga mengolah ikan hasil panen untuk dijadikan camilan dan ‘buah tangan’ bagi siapa saja yang hendak berkunjung. Banyak aktivitas kreatif dan inovatif di Dusun Kergan untuk terus berkembang di lokasi lain. Berawal dari ide Sunarto, konsep trickle down effect, telah menjalar hampir di setiap kelompok kerja masyarakat yang mampu mengembangkan budidaya ikan tawar.

Abstract

Banking institutions are the core of the financial system of every country. The types of banks in Indonesia are divided into two types of banks, namely banks based on conventional principles and banks based on sharia principles. The main difference between these two types of banks is in terms of price determination, both selling and buying prices. This research aims to determine and analyze the financial performance of sharia banking when compared with conventional banking for each financial ratio, analyzing the performance of sharia banking compared to conventional banking as a whole. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with primary and secondary data approaches. Primary data is data obtained directly through interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data is data obtained through observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the differences between conventional banks and Sharia banks can be seen from the differences in philosophy, concept of managing customer funds, obligations to manage zakat, and organizational structure. Where Conventional Banks invest in halal and haram businesses, while Sharia Banks invest in businesses that are halal and in accordance with sharia principles sourced from the Qur'an and AL Hadith.
