Abstract

Abstrak: Loyalitas kerja merupakan salah satu sikap yang dapat menjadi indikator baik atau tidaknya kinerja guru. Beberapa faktor yang menjadi dasar tumbuhnya loyalitas kerja adalah lingkungan dan beban kerja yang diemban. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara mandiri maupun secara simultan terhadap loyalitas kerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP dengan sampel jenuh sebesar 65 orang guru. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan survey kausal dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian in adalah (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,590, dimana beban kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas kerja guru sebesar 34,85%; (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,455, dimana lingkungan kerja memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas kerja guru sebesar 20,70%; dan (3) Beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas kerja guru yang ditunjukkan oleh koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,635, dimana beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan loyalitas kerja sebesar 40,40%.Abstract: Work loyalty is an attitude that can be an indicator of whether a teacher's performance is good or not. Several factors that are the basis for the growth of work loyalty are the environment and the workload carried out. This research aims to analyze and determine whether or not there is an influence of workload and work environment independently or simultaneously on teacher work loyalty. This research was conducted in junior high schools with a saturated sample of 65 teachers. The research method is quantitative with a causal survey with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis uses correlation and multiple linear regression. The results of this research are (1) Workload has a positive effect on teacher work loyalty as indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.590, where workload contributes to increasing teacher work loyalty by 34.85%; (2) The work environment has a positive effect on teacher work loyalty. indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.455, where the work environment contributes to increasing teacher work loyalty by 20.70%; and (3) Work load and work environment simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher work loyalty as indicated by a double correlation coefficient of 0.635, where workload and work environment simultaneously contribute to increasing work loyalty by 40.40%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress and locus of control on teacher performance. This research targets teachers at SMA Negeri 15 South Tangerang City with a saturated sample of 60 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurement scale is Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that 1). Work stress and locus of control simultaneously have a positive effect on teacher performance; 2) work stress partially has a positive effect on teacher performance; and 3) locus of control partially does not have a positive effect on teacher performance. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving teacher performance through controlling work stress by managing the division of teacher tasks based on teacher competence and time allocation, and increasing locus of control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of understanding tax regulations, moral obligations and tax amnesty on individual taxpayer compliance. This study was conducted on individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Pondok Aren with a population of 427,078 taxpayers where the sample obtained by the slovin test was 100 individual taxpayers with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. The data used in this study are primary data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software version 22. The results of the analysis show that understanding tax regulations, moral obligations, and tax amnesty simultaneously have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Understanding tax regulations partially has a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Moral obligations partially have a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance. Tax amnesty partially has a positive effect on individual taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Abstract: Work commitment and self-efficacy are assumed to improve teacher work discipline due to the emotional bond between teachers and the institution and implicitly increase teacher self-efficacy in implementing and completing their duties and responsibilities as curriculum and learning administrators. This study aims to analyze the influence of work commitment and self-efficacy simultaneously and partially on teacher work discipline. The study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The type of research data is primary collected using a questionnaire with the population and sample being teachers of Public Elementary Schools in Kebayoran Baru. The data analysis techniques used are correlation and multiple linear regression and partial correlation. The results of this study indicate that work commitment and self-efficacy simultaneously influence teacher work discipline, work commitment partially influences teacher work discipline, and self-efficacy partially influences teacher work discipline. Referring to the results of the study shows that work commitment and self-efficacy contribute to the improvement and enhancement of teacher work discipline.Abstrak: Komitmen kerja dan efikasi diri diasumsikan dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru karena adanya ikatan secara emosional guru terhadap lembaga dan secara implisit meningkatkan efikasi diri guru terhadap pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian tugas dan tanggungjawabnya sebagai administrator kurikulum dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen kerja dan efikasi diri secara simultan dan parsial terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jenis data penelitian adalah primer yang dijaring menggunakan kuesioner dengan populasi dan sampelnya adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kebayoran Baru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi dan regresi linier berganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen kerja dan efikasi diri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru, komitmen kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru, dan efikasi diri secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru. Merujuk pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen kerja dan efikasi diri memberikan kontribusi terhadap perbaikan dan peningkatan disiplin kerja guru.
