Abstract

This study examined empirically Three Factor Model Fama and French on stock returns LQ 45, using data over  the period 2007-2009. Specifically, this study examines the behavior of stock prices in relation to company sizeand book-to-market ratio. The main objective of this study was to provide evidence that will contribute to the effort to explain the Three Factor Model Fama and French in emerging markets.Our findings indicate asignificant positive effect between the risk premium with stock returns, while the firm size and book-to-market ratio is negatively effect, but no significant on stock returns. Therefore, the two-factor Fama and French noproven effect on stock returns.Key words: stock return, firm size, risk premium, and the book-to-market ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that affect the performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. These factors were operating efficiency (ROA), credit risk (NPL), market risk (NIM), capital (CAR), and liquidity (LDR). The data used in this study were obtained from the Company's Financial Statements Banking Publications listed on the Stock Exchange. Based on purposive sampling method, the sample is worth using as many as 28 corporate banking with the following criteria: banking company is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), never on delete, and provide financial statement data for the period 2007-2010. The type of data used are secondary data, which is a combination of time series and cross section data. Technical analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables BOPO and NPL are significant negative effect on ROA, NIM is significant positive effect on ROA, CAR and LDR whereas no significant effect on ROA. Coefficient of determination, which shows the magnitude of the influence BOPO, NPL, NIM, CAR and LDR to ROA are 73.1%, while the rest of 26.9% explained by other causes outside the model. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh current earnings, likuiditas, profitabitas, tingkat pertumbuhan, kepemilikan institusional, risiko bisnis terhadap kebijakan dividen dan variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan pada perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2013. Sampel diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 17 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional, risiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sementara itu, current earnings, likuiditas, profitabitas, risiko bisnis, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hasil koefisien determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 31,20 %. Hasil tersebut menandakan kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen sementara 68,80 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.Kata kunci: current earnings, likuiditas, profitabitas, tingkat pertumbuhan, kepemilikan institusional, risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen dan ukuran perusahaan.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the influence of macroeconomic factors include inflation, interest rates, the exchange rate of the Rupiah against the US Dollar, as well as to examine the effect of the company's fundamentals include return on assets (ROA), debt to equity ratio (DER) and the size of the company (size) toward stock returns. The population in this study is the property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009-2014. This research data from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Sampling using purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 104 companies. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with the results. inflation negative effect significantly on stock returns, interest rates, exchange rates and the size of the company's significant positive effect on stock returns, return on assets (ROA) negative effect is not significant to stock return and debt to equity ratio (DER) positive effect not significant stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the factors that affect the quality of credit that is, the influence of CAR, LDR, SIZE, BOPO to NPL and its impact on ROA. Analysis of research data is done by using multiple regression method. While the sampling method is done by purposive sampling method. The study was conducted at Indonesia Stock Exchange, with period of 2013 until 2015.The results show that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no effect on Non Performing Loan (NPL). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Bank size (SIZE), and Bank Operating Cost (BOPO) have a significant positive effect on Non Performing Loan (NPL). While Non Performing Loan (NPL) has a significant negative effect on Return On Assets (ROA).
