Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan belajar yang sering muncul pada siswa yang berada pada masa remaja sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor psikologi siswa dan faktor lingkungan. Permasalahan belajar tersebut membuat siswa merasa terganggu dalam menerima pelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan-permasalahan belajar yang terjadi pada siswa MTs Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah serta solusi untuk mengatasinya berdasarkan pendapat para ahli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan guru bimbingan dan konseling serta guru mata pelajaran matematika pada sekolah tersebut. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab masalah-masalah yang dihadapi siswa dalam belajar adalah faktor lingkungan sekolah, faktor keadaan keluarga, faktor psikologi remaja, faktor guru serta tdak adanya motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu harus ada perhatian khusus dari pendidik. Guru harus menjadi seorang pendidik sekaligus menjadi pembimbing bagi siswa. Guru harus mengenal karakter siswa secara umum dan personal pribadi siswa secara khusus agar dapat mengatasi masalah belajar siswa dan membuat pelajaran serta suasana di sekolah lebih menyenangkan. Harus adanya kerjasama antara semua pihak yang ada di sekolah agar tercipta suasan belajar yang kondusif.Kata kunci : Permasalahan belajar siswa remaja, faktor penyebab GENERAL STUDENT LEARNING PROBLEMS AT MTS NEGERI 2 BENGKULU TENGAH ABSTRACT The problems of learning that frequently occur on teenager students are more likely affected by students’ psychological and environmental factors. Those learning problem cause the students find learning difficulties at school. This research is aimed to find the problems of learning that occur on the students at MTs Negeri 2 Bengkulu Tengah and to get the best solution to solve those problems based on experts’ theories as well. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The data in this research is collected by interviewing school guidance counselor and math teachers. The result show that there several factors that cause the students face some problems in their learning; school surroundings, family condition, teenager psychology, teachers and student low-self motivation in learning. Therefore, there should be a certain consideration from the teachers. The teachers should fulfill their roles as an educator and a guide for their students. They should also know well the students’ characters in general as well as their personalities in detail so that they can overcome the students’ learning problems and create a more comfortable learning process and a better school atmosphere. There should be a good cooperation among the whole school elements in order to create a conducive learning atmosphere.Keywords : problem of learning, teenager students, casual factors.

Abstract

Current developments have brought many significant changes in human life, one of which is in making payments when transactions are made by people who have started to switch to non-cash. Evidenced by the existence of an electronic transaction system called fintech. Financial Technology (fintech) was created by the world of the financial services industry with technology to operate financial mechanisms more easily through smartphones using electronic wallets (E-Wallet). This study aims to determine the effect of application ease of use, e-service quality and perceived benefits on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on e-wallet application users aged 17 to > 35 years. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a total sample of 105 respondents. The number of statements given to respondents was 21 statement items. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research based on the analysis that has been carried out are that the ease of use of the application has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and perceived benefits have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe reading ability and describe cooperative learning models in reading short stories. The type of this research is quantitative research, namely experiments. In collecting data used include tests, observations and interviews. The sample in this study were second semester students of STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. Data analysis techniques used were normality tests and homogeneity tests. The results of this study indicate that the ability to read short stories after using the think pair share model is categorized as very good. This can be seen through the percentage of students who succeeded, which was 96.66%.

Abstract

Illocutionary speech acts are often used in everyday language as humans do when speaking. The focus of this research is the use of illocutionary speech acts in advertising language on television stations, analysis and interpretation of illocutionary speech acts and utterances in each illocutionary speech act, as well as food and drink advertisements on Trans Tv. This research approach is qualitative, and the type of speech act research is assertive. The data collection method for this research is by listening to and recording spoken conversations in written language research video advertisements for food and drinks. The research results found that there were 40 pieces of data including assertive type illocutionary speech acts.
