Abstract

Latar Belakang : Gout Arthritis adalah salah satu penyakit rematik yang menduduki urutan ketiga setelah arthrosis dan remathoid arthritis. Penderita penyakit rematik di Indonesia di perkirakan hampir 80% penduduk yang berusia 40 tahun atau lebih. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penyakit gout arthritis yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai nyeri pada sendi karena tidak semua keluhan dari nyeri sendi disebabkan oleh asam urat. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan penyakit gout arthritispada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Lawanga.Metode Penelitian : merupakan penelitian anaitik dengan pendekatan secara cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah responden lansia yang menderita gout arthritis. Sampel berjumlah 46 orang responden. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan nilai signifikansi alpha 5% ( =0,05).Hasil : penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan penyakit gout arthritis (p=0,036), terdapat adanya hubungan antara sosial ekonomi dengan penyakit gout arthritis (p=0,047). Kesimpulan: pengetahuan dan sosial ekonomi berhubungan dengan  penyakit gout arthritis. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sosial ekonomi, Gout arthritis

Abstract

Background: Students are people who are studying in college. Stress is defined as pressure, tension or unpleasant disturbances that come from outside oneself. Sleep is a basic physiological requirement needed by humans to optimize bodily functions.  Students are required to be more mature and able to think critically, especially for final year students. Difficulties experienced by students such as lack of interest in research, failure to find titles, and difficulties in finding literature, resulting in negative feelings in students which ultimately trigger stress which has an impact on mental health. Objective: Knowing the relationship of stress with sleep quality in the final year students at Stikes Husada Mandiri Poso. Research Methods: This research was a descriptive analytic type with a cross section approach. The population in this study were all final year students totaling 87 people, determination of the sample using the rule of thumbs formula so that a sample of 70 people is obtained and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Results: There was a significant correlation between stress and sleep quality in the final year students at STIKES Husada Mandiri Poso with a value (r = 0.249 p 0.05). Conclusion: Stress contributes to the quality of sleep in final-year students at Stikes Husada Mandiri Poso Keyword : Sleep quailty, Students, Stress

Abstract

Abstract: Based on an initial survey, it is known that diarrhea cases have increased at Puskesmas Tambang in 2023. Cases of diarrhea in toddlers can be caused by various factors such as the environment, consumption of formula milk and how to use a milk bottle. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between formula milk feeding and how to use milk bottles with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional design. The research was conducted in 2023 at Puskesmas Tambang. The research sample amounted to 41 people. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. The results showed there was a relationship between formula feeding (p value: 0.002) and how to use milk bottles (p value: 0.001) with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers. It is recommended to parents to always follow posyandu activities and actively seek information so that parents know how to use milk bottles appropriately so that toddlers avoid diarrhea.Keywords: Toddler, Diarrhea, Formula Milk

Abstract

Abstract: Based on preliminary studies conducted at RSUD Sheikh Yusuf, data related to the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) shows a significant number. In 2022, the number of mothers who gave birth at the hospital was recorded at 1,541 people, and of these, 1,264 mothers successfully underwent IMD. This indicates a fairly high rate of IMD implementation in that year. However, in September 2023, although the number of mothers who gave birth was recorded at 82 people, only 66 mothers were able to carry out IMD. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation between maternal aspects and early breastfeeding initiation. The research design used in this study was Cross Sectional. The research was conducted at Sheikh Yusuf Hospital. The research was conducted in December 2023. The population was all new mothers who gave birth at Sheikh Yusuf Hospital in November 2023 as many as 64 people. The sample amounted to 64 people using Total Sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between maternal knowledge (p value: 0.038) and maternal health status (p value: 0.029) on Early Breastfeeding Initiation. It is recommended that the hospital can carry out monitoring and evaluation activities and appoint a person in charge of monitoring the implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) so that it can be carried out properly.Keywords: Early Breastfeeding Initiation, Maternal Knowledge, Maternal Health Status
