Abstract

The present study used a mixed method research design since it aimed at examining the degree of relationship between the students? writing attitude, apprehension, and writing performance and investigating the causes of both factors. The finding of the study revealed that there was a significantly positive correlation between attitude towards writing and learners? writing performance (r=.240 and sig=.049<.05) and the difference of performance was significant (Sig.= .018 < .05). The writing apprehension and writing performance were significantly negatively correlated (r=-.246, sig=.043) and the difference of performance was significant (Sig.= .000< 0.05). The interview result showed several factors causing the students? writing attitude and apprehension. The positive attitudes were caused by the importance of English as an international language, the relationship of English and science, the interest in writing and English, and the lecturer?s evaluation. Students having negative attitude confessed that they were not good at English, writing in English was a difficult activity, and they did not write much. Low writing apprehension was caused by the interest in writing, being good at grammar and vocabulary, and positive thinking in completing the task. At last, students with high apprehension thought that they were afraid of making mistakes; since they were not good at English, they tended to translate bahasa Indonesia into English, and they were not able to develop topics given by the lecturer.

Abstract

Peningkatan imunitas udang vaname dengan menggunakan imnostimulator merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencegah kegagalan panen pada budidaya udang vaname. Ekstrak teripang emas memiliki senyawa yang berperan sebagai peningkat imun. Beberapa senyawa yang terkandung pada teripang emas yaitu saponin dan steroid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak teripang emas terhadap jumlah total hemosit Litopenaeus vannamei dan konsentrasi ekstrak teripang emas yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan jumlah total hemosit udang vaname. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen laboratoris dengan perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak teripang emas yang ditambahkann pada pakan udang komersil yaitu 0 ppm; 40 ppm; 80 ppm; 120 ppm. Hasil penelitian jumlah total hemosit udang vaname terjadi peningkatan akibat pemberian ekstrak teripang emas dibandingkan kontrol. Peningkatan tersebut terlihat pada jumlah total hemosit udang vaname yang diberi ekstrak teripang emas dengan konsentrasi 40 dan 120 ppm pada hari ke-8. Pemberian ekstrak teripang emas dengan konsentrasi 120 ppm memberikan hasil terbaik yaitu jumlah total hemosit sebanyak 1,18x106 sel/mL, dan untuk kelangsungan hidup udang vaname yang diberikan ekstrak teripang emas dan kontrol memiliki persentase sebesar 100%. Kesimpulannya adalah pemberian ekstrak teripang emas berpengaruh terhadap jumlah hemosit udang vaname.  Increased immunity of vaname shrimp by using imnostimulator is one of the efforts to prevent crop failure in the cultivation of vaname shrimp. gold sea cucumber extract has a compound that acts as an immune enhancer. Some of the compounds contained in Stichopus hermanii are saponins and steroids. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gold sea cucumber extract on the total amount of vaname shrimp haemocyte and the most appropriate concentration of golden sea cucumber extract to increase the total amount of vaname shrimp haemocyte. The method used was a method of laboratory experimentation with the treatment of the concentration of Stichopus hermanii extract added to commercial shrimp feed that is 0 ppm; 40 ppm; 80 ppm; 120 ppm. The results of the study the total amount of shrimp haemocyte Litopenaeus vananamei increased due to administration of Stichopus hermanii extract compared to control. The increase was seen in the total amount of vaname shrimp haemocyte given gold sea cucumber extract with concentrations of 40 and 120 ppm on day 8. Administration of gold sea cucumber extract with a concentration of 120 ppm gives the best result that is the total amount of haemocyte as much as 1.18x106 cells / mL, and for the survival of Litopenaeus vannamei given extract gold sea cucumber and control has a percentage of 100%. The conclusion is that the administration of gold sea cucumber extract affects the amount of haemocyte shrimp vaname.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Treffinger Model with Scientific Nuances can improve the learning outcomes and creativity of fourth grade students of SD 3 Puyoh in the mathematics subject of Flat Building Perimeter and Area. The method used is classroom action research with two cycles. Data collection was carried out using test and non-test techniques. The results showed: 1) The Treffinger Model with Scientific Nuances can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students of SD 3 Puyoh in mathematics subjects on the material of the Perimeter and Area of Flat Buildings; 2) The Treffinger Model with Scientific Nuances can increase the learning creativity of fourth grade students of SD 3 Puyoh in the mathematics subject of Flat Building Perimeter and Area.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah Model Treffinger Bernuansa Saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kreativitas siswa kelas IV SD 3 Puyoh pada mata pelajaran matematika materi Keliling dan Luas Bangun Datar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik tes dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Model Treffinger Bernuansa Saintifik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD 3 Puyoh pada mata pelajaran matematika materi Keliling dan Luas Bangun Datar; 2) Model Treffinger Bernuansa Saintifik dapat meningkatkan kreativitas belajar siswa kelas IV SD 3 Puyoh pada mata pelajaran matematika materi Keliling dan Luas Bangun Datar.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Keterampilan memirsa atau dikenal juga sebagai keterampilan makro ke-5, menjadi bagian yang saling melengkapi dari keterampilan lain dalam pengajaran Bahasa Indonesia, untuk tantangan para guru dalam mengimplementasikannya. Hal ini merupakan bagian dari persyaratan dalam Kurikulum Merdeka untuk mengatasi krisis pembelajaran. Peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian kualitatif di SD Muhammadiyah Borobudur Kabupaten Magelang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi alami (natural observation), wawancara, dan catatan lapangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis penerapan keterampilan memirsa di kelas 1 selama satu bulan (20 hari kerja). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa keterampilan memirsa hanya diterapkan sebanyak 50% (10 hari kerja) dalam kelima mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di kelas tersebut, yaitu P5, Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Pendidikan Karakter, dan SBK. Selama proses pembelajaran, guru kelas menggunakan media visual seperti gambar benda dan media audio visual berupa video penjelasan dan film animasi pendek yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan literasi visual dan keterampilan memirsa kritis peserta didik.KATA KUNCI: keterampilan memirsa; model pembelajaran; pendidikan dasar; keterampilan makro kelima ANALYSIS OF VIEWING LEARNING MODEL IMPLEMENTATION AT THE STAGE OF LANGUAGE COGNITIVE SKILLS AGED 6-7 YEARS ABSTRACT: Viewing skill, also known as the 5th macro skill, is a complementary part of other skills in teaching Indonesian, which challenges teachers to implement. This is part of the requirements in the Independent Curriculum to overcome the learning crisis. Researchers are interested in conducting qualitative research at SD Muhammadiyah Borobudur, Magelang Regency. The methods used are natural observation, interviews, and field notes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of viewing skills in grade 1 for one month (20 working days). Based on the research results, it was found that viewing skills were only applied as much as 50% (10 working days) in the five subjects taught in the class, namely P5, Mathematics, Indonesian, Character Education, and SBK. During the learning process, the class teacher uses visual media such as pictures of objects and audio-visual media in the form of explanatory videos and short animated films designed to improve students' visual literacy and critical viewing skills.KEYWORDS: viewing skills; learning model; primary education; fifth macro skills
