Abstract

Bumdes atau Badan Usaha Milik Desa adalah sebuah unit usaha yang dimiliki oleh pemerintah desa. Salah satu tujuan memiliki BUMDEs di tiap desa di Indonesia adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui beberapa unit usaha yang memiliki nilai ekonomis. Desa Galengdowo merupakan sebuah desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Wonosalam dan telah memiliki BUMDes, namun dalam pelaksanaan administrasi sehari-hari, pengurus BUMDes masih menggunakan cara manual dan tidak terintegrasi. Melalui pembuatan Sistem Informasi BUMDes Galengdowo, pengeluaran dan pendapatan akan terintegrasi dan mudah untuk diakses

Abstract

Analisa sentimen pada tinjauan buku dapat digunakan untuk pengklasifikasian dokumen tinjauan sehingga pembagian sentimen positif dan negatif dapat dilakukan secara sistemis. Penggunaan metode k-nearest neighbor dan digabungkan dengan metode pembobotan istilah dan penghitungan tingkat kemiripan memberikan hasil yang cukup baik pada penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Kata Kunci: analisa sentimen, similarity, k nearest neighbor, term frequency

Abstract

The Indonesian government's steadfast commitment to increasing efficiency and transparency is clearly visible in the Republic of Indonesia Presidential Decree Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE). In line with this commitment, this research focuses on evaluating and improving Information System Services from PPID Information Services at the East Java Health Office, adopting SPBE security standards. The main goal is to use the Prototyping method and follow the guidelines provided by the SPBE Technical Standards and Security Procedures, implemented through the Laravel framework. The research process begins with problem analysis using observation and interview techniques. The literature review provides important insights for the development of PPID information systems. Service evaluation is carried out to produce recommendations for improvement. The implementation phase combines the Prototyping method with indicators derived from SPBE technical standards and security procedures. System testing, including the application of the Penetration Testing method, identified 9 vulnerabilities in the website, with 2 at the medium risk level and 7 at the low risk level. While progress in complying with security standards is satisfactory, recommendations for continued development of OWASP ZAP are critical. The main objective is to make a positive contribution to the effectiveness, integration, sustainability, efficiency, accountability, interoperability and security of PPID Information System Services at the East Java Health Office. This effort is in line with the principles of transparency and efficiency in governance.

Abstract

Elections, as the foundation of democracy, require effective and transparent supervision, making the role of the General Election Supervisory Agency (BAWASLU) crucial. BAWASLU Surabaya faces challenges in accessing and referencing laws and articles related to elections. To address these challenges, the development of a mobile and website information system is a relevant solution to enhance the performance of BAWASLU Surabaya. The development of this system focuses primarily on using Flutter, a mobile application development framework. The Activity-Centered Design (ACD) method, which emphasizes the primary function of the application to view laws and articles, is also applied to ensure the mobile application meets the needs of BAWASLU members with features like PDF reading, search, and bookmarking frequently used articles. The integration between the mobile application and the admin website will ensure efficient content management, including real-time updates of laws and articles. This system is expected to improve the efficiency of BAWASLU Surabaya members in meetings and election supervision, reduce dependence on physical books, and enhance the accuracy of their tasks. Additionally, system evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method will help ensure that the application meets high usability standards. Consequently, SUS evaluation will provide better insight into how well the application is accepted and used by BAWASLU Surabaya members and identify areas needing improvement to enhance the overall user experience. Abstract

Manajemen risiko keuangan rumah tangga penting untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi keluarga, terutama di kawasan urban dengan risiko finansial seperti kenaikan biaya hidup dan gagal bayar cicilan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di RT 05 RW 11 Kelurahan Medokan Ayu Surabaya dalam mengelola keuangan melalui edukasi dan pelatihan penggunaan Google Spreadsheet. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan spreadsheet interaktif, pelatihan intensif, dan evaluasi. Spreadsheet dirancang untuk mencatat pemasukan, pengeluaran, serta menyusun anggaran, dilengkapi dashboard interaktif dan fungsi otomatis yang mempermudah analisis keuangan. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam manajemen risiko keuangan. Peserta juga mampu menyusun rencana keuangan yang sistematis untuk mencapai tujuan jangka pendek hingga panjang, seperti dana darurat dan pendidikan anak.

Abstract

Dari Twitter, pengguna dapat mendapatkan informasi tentang berbagai hal, begitu juga informasi tentang COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan penelitian tentang tingkat engagement pengguna terhadap twit yang membahas tentang COVID-19. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap data twit pada bulan April 2020 hingga bulan Juni 2020. Data twit didapatkan dari akun akun yang khusus membahas tentang COVID serta akun milik pemerintah dengan melakukan penyaringan pada twit yang khusus membahas tentang COVID saja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat engagement pengguna yang dapat diartikan dengan tingkat interaksi pengguna terhadap twit yang membahas tentang COVID-19 pada saat awal virus COVID-19 merebak hingga pada saat mulai dikenalkan istilah New Normal atau adaptasi kebiasaan baru. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat interaksi pengguna terhadap twit tentang COVID menurun pada bulan Juni ketika kasus COVID semakin bertambah dan pelaksanaan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah sudah dilaksanakan sekitar dua bulan. Penurunan tingkat engagement pengguna sebesar 0,5% pada bulan Juni. AbstractTwitter users in Indonesia quite a lot. From Twitter, users can get information about various things, as well as information about COVID-19. In this study, research was conducted on the level of user engagement on tweets that discussed COVID-19. The study was conducted on tweet data from April 2020 to June 2020. The tweet data was obtained from accounts specifically discussing COVID and government-owned accounts by filtering on tweets which specifically discussed COVID only. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of user engagement which can be interpreted by the level of user interaction with tweets that discuss COVID-19 at the beginning of the COVID-19 virus spread until it was introduced to the term New Normal. This term is introduced to people to encourage them wearing mask and implementing health protocol during their activities.  From the research conducted, it was found that the level of user interaction with tweets about COVID decreased in June when COVID cases increased and the implementation of the work from home policy had been carried out for about two months.
