Abstract

Abstract - The aims of the research is determine how big the Cultural Factors, Social, Personal And Pikologis Buy Decisions Affecting Students Against Product brand Indomie Instant Noodles . The research only for the Student UPI YPTK . In the research that is culturally variable (X1) , social (X2) personal (X3) psychological (X4) and the decision to buy (Y) by using the method of data collection through surveys and questionnaires circulated, with a sample of 80 respondents. analytical methods used were correlation analysis and regression analysis. Used to test the hypothesis that significant test 0.00 <0.05. The results showed the influence of culture (X1), social (X2) personal (X3) psychological (X4) and the decision to buy (Y), amounting to 82.2% with a significant R2 0.00 <0.05. partially no significant influence between cultures with purchasing decisions where cultural factors have a t value <t table (-1.968 <1.986) with a significant level of 0.052> 0.05, social factors (X2) significantly influence the purchasing decision (Y) , characterized by the value of t count> t table (4.154> 1.992) with a significant level of 0.000> 0.05. personal factors (X3) significantly influence the purchasing decision (Y) is characterized by private (X3) has t count> t table (13.891> 1.992) with a significant level 0.002 <0.05, psychology (X4) does not significantly influence the purchase decision (Y) is characterized by psychology (X4) have t <t table (-0.574 <1.992) with a significant level of 0.567> 0.05,. There jointly influence the cultural, social, personal and psychological to the purchasing decision because the calculated F value of 86.693 with the F table at 2,338 so F count> F table 86.693> 2.338 with significant 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. That is, the multiple linear regression equation is: Y = 1.790 to 0.135 +0.247 x_1 + x_2 0,879 X_3-0, 040 X_4. If the variable cultural, social, personal and psychological equal to zero (0), then the decision to buy at 1,790. Finally the authors recommend to Indomie Instant Noodles expected to pay more attention to other factors that could affect the handling of cultural and psychological, such as taste and innovation in order to increase for the foreseeable future. Abstract

? Manajemen Modal Kerja Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Manufaktur Pada Bursa Efek Indonesia? , Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektifitas dan efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja dan menguji pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2011-2013. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diambil melalui pendekatan purpossive sampling method. Data yang telah dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji T secara parsial, uji F secara simultan dan uji koefisien determinasi.  Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel perputaran piutang berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dan perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan ketiga varaibel tersebut tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil koefisien determinasi menyebutkan sebesar 4,3% variabel perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan perusahaan food and beverage di Bursa Efek Indonesia mempunyai kekuatan dalam mengestimasi Return on Assets (ROA). Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 95,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan. Key words : Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran Persediaan, Profitabilitas.

Abstract

The impact of service quality on patient satisfaction in hospital at West Sumatera.Then the collection of analytical methods is with t count> t table (5.816> 1.661) with asignificant level of 0.000 <0.05, which means that the partial was no significant effect betweenTangible with patient satisfaction. with t count> t table (10,079> 1.661) with a significant levelof 0.000 <0.05, which means that the partial was no significant effect between Empahy withpatient satisfaction. with t count> t table (11,399> 1.661) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05,which means that the partial was no significant effect between Reliability with patientsatisfaction. with t count> t table (12,910> 1.1661) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05,which means that the partial was no significant effect between Responsivenees with patientsatisfaction. with t count> t table (13,627> 1.661) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05,meaning that there are partially significant influence Assurance with patient satisfaction. Thereis positive and significant correlation between Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsivenessand Assurance. From the results of the test with SPSS 15.0 for window obtained calculated Fvalue of 47,025 with the F table at 2,311 with this significant 0.000 <0.05. This means that thereis significant influence between Tangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurancejointly influence on patient satisfaction. So from this case can be concluded that betweenTangible, Empathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance jointly influence the PatientSatisfaction Hospital at West Sumatera.Finally, the author suggests the Hospital should further improve the quality of carebecause of the research that the quality of service has an influence on patient satisfaction inHospital at West Sumatera. The research result shows that the variable Tangible ¸ Empathy,Reliability, Responsiveness , Assurance, can be improved so that higher patient satisfactionsuch as: reliable products, quality services more responsive, Staff must do the work in aconsistent, accurate, and reliable. And from the study showed that the variables ¸ TangibleEmpathy, Reliability, Responsiveness and Assurance has an influence on patient satisfaction ..However, the hospital should not be easily satisfied for what has been achieved at WestSumatera Hospital and should pay more attention to facilities and showed genuine concern forhis patients in order to create a sense of satisfaction and accompanied with products offeredagain.Keyword: Tanggible, Empathy, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Petientsatisfaction.

Abstract

This Researh aimed to analyze the factors that affect consumer interest in buying refill drinking water, such as; factor of price, service, level of efficiency, and reference. Moreover, the purpose of this study was to determine the most dominant factor influencing consumer interest in buying refill drinking water. The study sample was taken from 100 respondents who made a purchase refill drinking water obtained from drinking water refill depots the city of Padang. Analysis of the data from this study using multiple linear regression were used to determine the factors that affect consumer interest in buying refill drinking water Y = -1.124 + 0.07735X1 + 0.07756X2 + 0.122X3 + e Data processing method of this research is to use SPSS. The analysis showed that significantly overall factors studied enough to affect consumer interest preformance buy refill drinking water F test = 26.825  Based on t test t-test X1 = 3.614, t-test X2 = 2.671, t-test X3 = 4.049 , T test >   t tabel = 1.960, it means was concluded that the most significant factors affect the reference to consumer interest in buying refill drinking water. Based on these results, it is expected to improve strategy for the company to have more attention to the reference factor in deciding and implementing the right marketing strategy in market competition refill drinking water (Depot) in the city of Padang.From the Researh, the service factor is the most dominant factor affecting consumer interest in buying refill drinking water, drinking water, the employer must pay attention to the factors so that will be able to master the refill drinking water market itself. Keywords: the factors that affect consumer interest, buying refill drinking water, Price, Services, Effesieny.
