Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research is to analyze the impact variables of ervice quality andinstitution image on satisfaction and loyalty of the student of Universitas Muara Bungoin Jambi. this research use a survey method, the data is collected by havingquestionnaires of 200 respondents. The population of this research is 1591 students ofumb that were odd semester, academic year 2013/2014. The sampling method of thisresearch is proportionate sampling from customers of 11 division, then, the data isanalyzed with structural equation modelling (SEM) under AMOS (Analysis of MomentServives) 18.0 computer program with maximum Likelihood estimation.From dataanalaysis obtained by result where model raised in this research acceptable. the resultshowed that the model of this research has fulfilled the goooness of fit from chi square145.154, GFI 0.95, TLI 0.905, CFI 0.929, RMSEA 0.087. Result of examinationobtained that: 1. Service quality had positive effect on institution image with cr 6.821cr > ? 0,05 t table = 1.64. Institution image had positive effect on satisfaction with cr2.924 cr > ? 0,05 t tabel = 1.64. 2. Service quality did not effect on satisfaction withCR 0.219 CR > ? 0,05 t table = 1.64. Service quality, institution image, had positiveeffect on satisfaction with cr 0,2466. 3. Abstract

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian ini perlu dilakukan mengingat keripik tempe merupakan salah satu simbol oleh-oleh masyarakat Bungo dan memiliki nilai jual ekonomis. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota UMKM dan masyarakat desa Kuamang Gading melalui perancangan kemasan produk dan sosialisasi pemanfaatan multimedia. Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan logo, kemasan yang baik dan sehat serta pemanfaatan multimedia dalam promosi penjualan. Hasil yang dicapai terjadi peningkatan softskill dalam pembuatan logo, kemasan sebesar 30% dan juga terjadi peningkatan penjualan keripik tempe < 10% sehingga peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota usaha UMKM dan masyarakat desa Kuamang Gading menjadi meningkat. Abstract:   This service activity needs to be held considering that tempeh chips one of the symbols of souvenirs for the Bungo community and having an economic selling value. The purpose is to improve the welfare of UMKM members and the Kuamang Gading village community through product packaging design and socialization of multimedia utilization. The methods are with socializing and training on logo making, well and healthy packaging, and utilization of multimedia in sales promotion. The results achieved were an increase soft skills of product packaging design and sales tempeh chips increased < 10% so the welfare of MSME business members and the Kuamang Gading village community increased.

Abstract

The spirit of entrepreneurship as early as possible needs to be implemented in Indonesia considering that interest in entrepreneurship is still very low. Students should prepare to start a business, not look for a company, including the largest number of students at the Faculty of Economics, Muara Bungo University. This research wants to know the influence of self-efficacy, motivation, and family environment on interest in entrepreneurship. The data collection technique for this research uses a questionnaire with a sample size of 150 respondents and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. Based on data processing with Smart PLS 3.0 was found that only motivation and family environment had a significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, but the three variables influenced students' interest in entrepreneurship by 0.592 in the moderate category. It's hoped that economic Faculty students at Muara Bungo University will be able to develop entrepreneurial interests that can create jobs

Abstract

Seorang mahasiswa sebaiknya menyiapkan diri memulai usaha bukan mencari usaha. Untuk itu, semangat mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha sedini mungkin harus terus ditingkatkan termasuk mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi Jambi. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi terhadap efikasi diri dan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner sebanyak 150 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan bantuan SmartPLS 3.0 ditemukan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muara Bungo tetapi tidak signifikan. Lingkungan keluarga dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efikasi dan juga terhadap minat berwirausaha secara parsial. Tetapi saat efikasi memoderasi pengaruh lingkungan keluarga dan juga motivasi bewirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha hasilnya efikasi hanya berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan untuk keduanya, artinya efikasi tidak berperan penuh (Partial Mediation). Diharapkan mahasiswa FE di Universitas Muara Bungo mampu mengembangkan terus minat berwirausaha yang dapat menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

Digitalization has changed the way students access information and ultimately shapes their interest in entrepreneurship by utilizing social media. This study aims to investigate the impact of social media and motivation on students' interest in entrepreneurship, with self-efficacy serving as an intervening variable among students at Muara Bungo University. This research employs a quantitative method with a sample of 101 students selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on the Smart-PLS 4 data statistical tool, the study found that social media, motivation, and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship partially. Self-efficacy has been proven to fully mediate the relationship between social media and motivation for those interested in entrepreneurship. Hopefully that universities, such as the University of Muara Bungo, will enhance the efficacy of developing programs and utilize social media as a tool for learning and motivation. This approach can help increase students' interest in entrepreneurship to create jobs and contribute to economic growth in Bungo Regency

Abstract

Digitalization can change the mindset and the way students access information, as well as their desire to start a business or their interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to determine the effect of social media on students' intention in entrepreneurship, with self-efficacy as an intervening variable, among students at Muara Bungo University. The study employed a quantitative approach, utilizing questionnaires to collect data from 101 students selected from all active students in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, via proportionate stratified random sampling. Based on data processing Smart-PLS 4 statistical tool, the study found that social media and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, partial and simultaneous. Self-efficacy partially mediates the relationship between social media and entrepreneurial interest. It is hoped that universities, especially Muara Bungo University, can strengthen self-efficacy development programs and utilize social media as a learning tool to increase students' interest in entrepreneurship. This approach can help students create jobs in the future and increase economic growth in Bungo Regency

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Penggaruh Cita Rasa, Lokasi Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan UMKM Bubur Ayam Agam Jaya 234 Kecamatan Rimbo Bujang Kabupaten Tebo secara persial dan simultan. Teknik penarikan sampel yaitu metode Accidental Sampling, dengan jumplah sampel 96 orang pelanggan bubur ayam agam jaya 234. Hasil Y = 4,063 + 0,497X₁ + 0,161X₂ + 0,257X₃ + e. dari uji persial menunjukan bahwa Variabel Cita Rasa, Lokasi Dan Harga Berpengaruh Seknifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan Bubur Ayam Agam Jaya 234, Berdasarkan Uji Secara Simultan Menunjukan Bahwa Fhitung (22,789) Ftabel (2,70). Artinya Semua Variabel Berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pelanggan Bubur Ayam Agam Jaya 234. Berdasarkan hasil menunjukan R square Hasil Uji Determinasi pada tabel 4.26 menunjukan nilai R Square sebesar 0,426 atau 42,6 %. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel X1 (Cita Rasa), X2 (Lokasi) dan X3 (Harga) memiliki kontribusi dalam mempengaruhi variabel Y (Keputusan pembelian pelanggan) sebesar 42,6%   dan sisanya 57,4% dapat dijelaskan factor-faktor lain yang tidak termasuk kedalam penelitian ini.
