Abstract

e-administration in citizens is a process that always exists in the administrative process using an electronic system, especially in the process of administering citizen data collection. With the development of technology that is growing rapidly from era to era which is increasingly sophisticated with its role in creating, storing, conveying, and disseminating information, therefore various jobs, especially in the administration of citizens, become easier and more efficient.The purpose of this research is to design an e-administration system based on the codeigniter framework with whatsapp notifications to be applied to Griya Pratama Housing. The final result that will be achieved by the author is the Design of an E-Administration System based on CodeIgniter Framework with Whatsapp Notification designed to facilitate the administration process, especially in the process of collecting data on residents, the relevant RT no longer has to visit residents' homes one by one and also in the procurement of activity agendas, one of which is mutual cooperation activities or other activity agendas, only need to notify them in the features that have been provided in the system on the website.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In today's rapidly developing technology era, the use of technology is already familiar. Today's human life cannot be separated from the use of technology. PT Sri Indah Mandiri is one of the distributors of building materials on the island of Batam, which provides various kinds of building materials. So far, orders for building materials have been made verbally, namely by telephone or when buyers come directly to the office to place orders. Currently, orders made verbally via telephone often result in miscommunication. When this happens, PT Sri Indah Mandiri as the seller, must resend the goods according to the buyer's order, causing the buyer to be slow in getting the materials he needs, which can disrupt the smooth running of their work. This study aims to design a customer order project information system to improve accuracy and reduce the time to order building materials for PT Sri Indah Mandiri. The system design method used is an agile method with the scrum model. The results of the study show that the designed system can eliminate miscommunication and reduce the time needed to order goods so as to increase the operational efficiency and effectiveness of PT Sri Indah Mandiri.

Abstract

The sales business field is indeed interesting to be pursued, not only for companies or organizations, but also by the wider community who are trying hard to develop businesses in this field. However, often their hard efforts to increase sales are not matched by the use of good information systems, causing several problems to arise.This problem arises because many organizations or companies still rely on conventional systems in various processes such as ordering goods, processing data, storing data, and preparing sales reports. To provide satisfactory service to customers and produce accurate information, Bs Collection Stores really need a computerized information system and good data processing. Therefore, it is necessary to design and build a sales information system that uses a MySQL database. The method used in designing and building this system is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). By using the SDLC method, the process of designing and implementing a sales system, especially at Bs Collection Stores, will become more structured, planned and efficient, so that problems can be overcome. It is hoped that the problems faced by Bs Collection Stores can be properly resolved through the use of a computerized sales information system and the SDLC method.
