Abstract

Kota Batam merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mempunyai potensi serta kemampuan aktual dalam memberikan kontribusi pada kemajuan ekonomi Nasional maupun daerah sekitarnya. Namun beberapa tahun belakangan ini mengalami kemorosotan ekonomi cukup parah, dimana banyak industri elektronika yang mengalami penyusutan, beberapa diantaranya ada yang sudah tutup dan pindah ke negara tetangga. Sehingga mengakibatkan ribuan pekerja di-PHK. Dengan melihat kondisi perekonomian Batam saat ini, maka perlu adanya suatu upaya dalam menciptakan industri-industri rumah tangga dengan jumlah modal kecil sekaligus dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami yang ada. Sehingga masyarakat Batam dapat mencukupi berbagai kebutuhan dan bahkan nantinya dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Salah satu upaya tersebut yaitu menciptakan industri rumah tangga dalam kegaitan membuat sabun cuci piring berbahan dasar alami. Sabun cuci piring dapat dibuat sendiri, dalam pembuatannya tidak memerlukan bahan dan peralatan yang rumit. Untuk proses produksinya juga tidak serumit bila dibandingkan dengan pembuatan sabun pembersih lainnya. Sehingga jika sabun cuci piring dibuat sendiri makan akan dapat menghemat biaya pengeluaran rumah tangga, selain itu jika dikembangkan menjadi usaha rumah tangga maka akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Industri rumah tangga dalam pembuatan sabun cuci piring nantinya akan dipasarkan dengan memanfaatkan social media. Sedangkan pada saat ini terkadang masyarakat kurang memahami bagaimana metode yang tepat dalam memanfaatkan social media untuk memasarkan suatu produk. Oleh karena itu maka diperlukan peran dosen sebagai civitas perguruan tinggi yang memiliki kapasitas keilmuan di bidangnya, sehingga dengan pembuatan sabun cuci piring sebagai industri rumah tangga serta pemanfaatan sosial media dengan metode yang benar untuk memasarkan produk tersebut sehingga dapat menjadi salah satu upaya untuk membantu menaikkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan penghitungan pajak penghasilan wajib pajak orang pribadi dan mengajarkan cara melaporkan SPT Tahunan pada siswa PKBM Sahabat Cendekia. Saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak paham cara perhitungan pemotongan pajak penghasilan tersebut. Selain perhitungan pajak yang harus dibayarkan setiap bulan, permasalahan lain yang juga tidak kalah penting yang dihadapi masyarakat tersebut adalah dalam melaporkan pajak yang telah dibayarkan. Adapun solusi untuk penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut maka diberikan pelatihan kepada siswa PKBM Sahabat Cendekia dengan metode penyampaian materi dan praktek penghitungan pajak penghasilan wajib pajak orang pribadi dan mengajarkan cara melaporkan SPT Tahunan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan yang maksimal. Hal ini terbukti dengan PKM dilaksankan secara kondusif dan tepat waktu. Seluruh peserta kegiatan mengikuti pelatihan dengan sangat antusias dibuktikan dengan berbagai pertanyaan yang diberikan mengenai pajak. Pelatihan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana yang diusulkan yaitu sebanyak 5 kali pertemuan yang dilakukan secara tatap muka langsung. Para peserta dapat memahami pentingnya membayar pajak untuk keberlangsungan suatu negara. Setelah mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, Para peserta dapat mengitung pajak PPh 21. Peserta pelatihan juga sudah dapat melaporkan pajak mereka denga menggunakan aplikasi e-Filing. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan pajak, Perhitungan Pajak, Pelaporan Pajak ABSTRACT This training activity aims to provide training on calculating income tax for individual taxpayers and teaching how to report Annual Tax Returns to PKBM Friends of Scholar students. Currently, there are still many people who do not understand how to calculate income tax deductions. Apart from calculating the taxes that must be paid every month, another problem that is no less important faced by the community is reporting the taxes that have been paid. As for the solution to resolve this problem, training is provided to PKBM Friends of Scholar students with methods of delivering material and practice in calculating income tax for individual taxpayers and teaching them how to report Annual Tax Returns. PKM results show the maximum level of success. This is proven by the PKM being implemented in a conducive and timely manner. All activity participants took part in the training with great enthusiasm as evidenced by the various questions asked about taxes. The training was carried out according to the proposed plan, namely 5 face-to-face meetings. Participants can understand the importance of paying taxes for the sustainability of a country. After participating in training activities, participants can calculate PPh 21 taxes. Training participants can also report their taxes using the e-Filing application. Abstract

Advances in digital technology have taken an important role in people's lives, this progress certainly provides many conveniences in increasing the intensity of work to become more effective and efficient, one of which is in the field of education, where education in fact must follow technological developments, especially in learning methods, so that it can always improve quality. learning, this service activity was held at the Teachers' Association in Batam City, which consists of kindergarten and elementary school teachers. This group of teachers still has limitations regarding what kind of interactive methods should be given to students so that they don't get bored quickly, considering that their students are included in the category of children who need something new, so far teachers have not utilized application technology to support them in provided the material, until the training was given they were still using Microsoft Office only and had not tried other media. In this activity, we from the service team will provide interactive training in creating creative learning content. On this occasion, the team will provide how to create presentations and interactive animated videos using the Powtoon application. The Powtoon application can help smart teachers explain material concepts more clearly as well as limitations. space, time and senses, especially in schools that are still implementing distance or hybrid learning methods.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive world causes business people to look for ways to satisfy consumers. One way that can be done by business people is to choose the best supplier, who can meet consumer needs so that consumers feel satisfied. UKM YY is one of the businesses engaged in the automotive sector. Some problems in this UKM are related to the products offered by suppliers, namely: bad quality, late delivery, and irresponsibility for product, both in terms of quantity and quality. Some of these things cause business people to be reluctant to use the product again so that suppliers lose customers. This study aims to get best supplier, to fullfill consumer needs by using the AHP method. The criteria that most wanted of the business are quality and responsibility of the supplier. The supplier that choosen is Triwarna Color Center.

Abstract

The appearance of attractive packaging in a product is something that is a major factor apart from product quality. UMKM Keripik Singkong Usaho still have problems with product packaging which is still simple using ordinary plastic without any labeling. So that research and packaging design are needed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method. The results of the study obtained 18 items that become consumer criteria for the packaging of chips products. The results of the House of Quality show that the greatest desire value of consumers (0.07) for the design of chip packaging is an attractive packaging shape (A1), displaying the expiration date (A7), listing the composition (A10), including the halal logo (A11), packaging materials resistant to oil and water (A12), and the position of the product logo is easy to read (A17). So that the technical criteria are variations in packaging color, variations in writing color, variants of packaging materials, and variants of packaging shapes. The proposed packaging design for the chips has two models, red packaging color for the spicy flavor and green packaging color for the original flavor, where each package includes the expiration date, product composition, and halal logo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen rantai pasok melalui penerapan Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Masalah utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kompleksitas sistem rantai pasok modern, yang dipengaruhi oleh ketidakpastian permintaan, keterbatasan kapasitas, dan dinamika pasar. Pendekatan yang digunakan melibatkan model DRL untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, dengan fokus pada optimasi stok dan distribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode DRL mampu meningkatkan efisiensi rantai pasok dengan meminimalkan biaya operasional dan meningkatkan ketersediaan produk. Validasi dilakukan melalui simulasi berbasis data sintetis yang merepresentasikan skenario rantai pasok multi-tahap. Model ini berhasil menyesuaikan keputusan operasional secara dinamis terhadap perubahan kondisi, seperti fluktuasi permintaan dan kendala kapasitas. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa DRL menawarkan solusi adaptif dan fleksibel dalam manajemen rantai pasok yang kompleks. Temuan ini membuka peluang untuk penelitian lanjutan, termasuk penerapan pada skala yang lebih besar, pengelolaan risiko, dan integrasi keberlanjutan dalam strategi rantai pasok. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini memiliki potensi untuk merevolusi praktik manajemen logistik di berbagai industri

Abstract

In general, all human activities are divided into two groups, namely work groups that use mental (brain), and physical (muscle) where both groups really need the work to be done. PT ABC. The First Heritage Dock is a branch of ABC where a company engaged in shipyard. In the department's warehouse there are 3 types of foklift used, namely forklifts with a capacity of 5 tons, 10 tons and 15 tons. Many jobs are given to employees who take mental and physical burdens presented by employees who have work stress. In carrying out the process of analyzing mental burdens for each employee, which is often used in conducting useful research using the NASA-TLX method (Expense Index Duties of National Aeronautics and Space Administration). This method is related to the emergence of the need for subjective reviews consisting of 6 main factors, In carrying out the process of physical work analysis on employees who are often used by research that uses the Cardiovascular Load method while the Cardiovascular Load itself is used to measure heart rate and pulse before doing work and after doing the work thus determines the level felt by an employee. In this study, researchers wanted to calculate the large level of mental work and physical forklift operators. The results of the calculation of mental workload and physical operator of the 5 Ton forklift are 70.38 and 36.36, for 10 Ton are 84.23 and 39.19, and for 15 Ton is 89.17 dam 44.18. It can be concluded that the mental workload of forklifts is very high.

Abstract

Production machinery and equipment are important elements in supporting the production sustainability of a manufacturing company. The machine becomes the main demand to continue to maintain and even improve the machine to remain optimal in producing goods and able to meet consumer demand. PT Cicor Panatec Batam is a company in Batam that manufactures beauty tools. some of the machines used, the Engel 200T, are injection molding machines, losses resulting from the production process caused by downtime that occur every day. The purpose of this study is to determine engine efficiency, six big losses which has the largest percentage of causes of engine performance decline, determine the low value of engine effectiveness from the factors and root causes of the problem, and make suggestions for improvement. In this study the determination of the value of the effectiveness of the machine using the OEE method and steps to correct the problem using FMEA. Obtained the OEE value calculation is 48.85%. In the Pareto diagram, the low value of the engine effectiveness is the breakdown losses with a value of 42.50%. Conduct identification using Ishikawa diagram to identify the cause of breakdown losses. The dominant problem causing failure is unstable heater heating with an RPN value of 140, and the smallest potential is damage to the mold RPN value of 90, proposed improvements to make SOPs, conduct periodic training, provide spare parts, and need to increase responsibility and care for care machine

Abstract

ABSTRACT Work fatigue is a problem that often occur at work area, this problem often ignored for continuity production of company. Uncontrolled work fatigue can caused a negative effect both physic and psychology for employee. In this study, the employee got workload about 35 kg/hour and overtime until 12 hour/day that caused the work fatigue. The aims of study to know a level category of work fatigue and factor of work fatigue what had the employee especially on warehouse of PT Indomarco Prismatama Batam. The method of the study used subjective self rating test that measure the level of subjective work fatigue toward the employee. The result of the study showed that the category of fatigue toward the employee of warehouse have a high level which is followed by a middle level. The result of Correlation Spearman test shows that working day (sig = 0,00), workload (sig = 0,00), the effect of work fatigue. The suggestion toward employee of warehouse conveys to do a job or workload based on physical ability and working capacity to take a short break. The leader of PT Indomarco Prismatama expects to increase mechanical equipment in loading and moving material activity even shifting working day correctly.
