Abstract

The development of technology is currently growing, one of which is the development of online, which is very fast, many companies have started to offer their spare parts online to be able to leave the maximum profit, so that competition between companies is increasing both for spare parts and for services. company: this is why CV Multi Mandiri needs to create a web marketing information system so that consumers can easily access information about spare parts, because they can directly order and pay for spare parts through the website. The method used is the SDLC waterfall model, which consists of needs analysis, design, software code, testing, marketing, and maintenance. The result of this research is a website-based marketing information system that allows consumers to easily order products to order spare parts and saves employees time and money.

Abstract

A forklift is a lift aircraft that functions to move, lower and lift goods from different heights that may not be accessible to humans. In the operation of a forklift if given load will definitely experience fatigue so that the machine will break down at any time. The problem that occurs is that many forklift operators cannot repair a forklift used when experiencing problems. Many forklift operators who do not know about the sign of damage. So that when the damage is minor, it can still be repaired by itself, but if the damage is already severe, at least the operator knows which parts are damaged and can be protected from fraud by irresponsible workshop mechanics. Expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence that defines how to move the ability of an expert in thinking and reasoning in solving problems and making decisions and conclusions from a number of facts.The method used in this research is forward chaining. In this method, the data is used to determine which rules will be run, then the rules will be run. It is used for the process of adding data to working memory. The process is then repeated until a result is found.

Abstract

Now a days, there are many ways to learn by using the internet. One of those is “E-Learning” where student and teacher use the platform to do a learning and teaching. It has been benefit the education world. A better online platform is needed to give student more efficiency for learning and teacher for teaching online by using video for the learning materials. In this study, “SDLC Waterfall” method will be used where assessing needs, system design, coding making, program testing, implementation and maintenance stages will be included. As a result of the study, the information system has more efficient to get information and time saving.

Abstract

In order to improve the best service for its customers, PT Multi Engineering Perkasa sends a maintenance team and implements a preventive maintenance system on each machine distributed to their customers during the warranty period. Problems faced by maintenance such as delays in determining production machine repair schedules, machine repair job checklist data collection, and insufficient information facilities needed by PT Multi Engineering Perkasa regarding history of damage or checking on production machines which are still done manually, using hardcopy. This research uses the Waterfall model of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method. The waterfall model has five stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. This application is created using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL as a database. And as a result, the web-based preventive maintenance information system can help maintenance in carrying out preventive maintenance data, especially helping in terms of information so that it can be used as a decision-making material, as well as on the part of the customer can quickly see the repair / preventive maintenance report data when needed.

Abstract

During the pandemic, economic difficulties are part of the problems that occur to the residents of Tembesi Village, Sagulung District. Cash Social Assistance, Non-Cash Food Assistance, and Family Hope Program are several types of assistance that have been received by residents of Tembesi Village, but in its distribution, there are still many beneficiaries who do not meet the criteria based on the rules given by the government. K-Means Clustering Analysis method was chosen to solve this problem. This study aims to find beneficiaries who really deserve assistance of Cash.Social.Assistance, Non-Cash.Food.Assistance, and Family.Hope Program with the following criteria: poor people, not working, and not receiving more than one aid. This study uses 92 recipient data as research samples to be processed and the results obtained from this research are the criteria for not working with a value of C1 0.250 and C2 0.969 which have the highest feasibility level compared to the other two criteria.

The library is a place to store books that are managed by an organization and can be read by everyone who visits the library. Libraries today can keep up with the times when everything is digital. Digitizing the library is a new breakthrough that can target a wider audience so that the use of the library becomes greater. Making digital libraries can use object-oriented methods that have entities in them such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams. Abstract

Technology development growth globally has continue to strive to work more effectively and efficiently. One solution is to computerize systems that were previously conventional. In this case, the use of the website can help the library to be more effective. In this study a web-based library application was built using the CodeIgniter Framework. With this system, it is hoped that it can meet various user needs, such as searching for books, recording member data, recording book data, returning books, calculating fines, borrowing books and preparing reports. The system development methodology used in this study is the software development method with the Extreme Programming model. The system was built using the Hypertext Pre Processor (PHP) programming language and MySQL database. The results of this research are that the web-based library information system is intended for library students and staff with a user-friendly web interface, users can search for books, borrow, return, managing library members becomes more practical. In designing a library information system, there are additional features that are quite important, such as data reports on books, members, transactions and fines that can assist in monitoring and making decisions related to library management.

Abstract

HKBP Trans Barelang Church has a system that runs without using computer-based or digital application-based information systems. The issue at the HKBP Trans Barelang church is the difficulty faced by congregation members in accessing congregation data. Registering as a member also involves a more complicated registration process, where you have to go to the church officials and fill out paper forms. Furthermore, one of the church's business processes, such as collecting tithes, offerings, or donations, is not flexible. This happens because to provide these things to the officials, one has to personally visit the congregation officials and fill out information on paper related to tithe and donation data. This research was conducted using the waterfall method, where the design and development of the system follow the processes in the waterfall stages. The results of this research show that the HKBP church information system provides convenience to officials in managing church administration, handling tithes and offerings, and making announcements about church activities using a system that is easier to reach and access. The HKBP Trans Barelang Church information system makes it easy to store congregation member data in the form of a database stored on the church's server.

Abstract

Advances in information technology provide great opportunities to improve public services, especially in managing public complaints. In Perumahan Nusa Jaya, Kelurahan Sungai Panas, Batam City, which is a community with high social interaction, complaint management is currently still done manually through WhatsApp groups. This approach faces challenges, including lack of focused attention, difficulty tracking complaint status, limited documentation, and lack of transparency. Survey data revealed that most residents consider the current system ineffective and needs innovation. This study proposes the design of a citizen portal web application to streamline the management of complaints and community discussions. This system aims to record complaints periodically, track progress in resolution, provide organized documentation, and increase transparency and accountability for RT/RW administrators. This development follows the Scrum methodology, allows for iterative improvement, and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for process modeling. The interface designed using Figma ensures a user-friendly experience. The proposed application will improve efficiency, transparency, and citizen satisfaction in managing public services in Perumahan Nusa Jaya. By integrating modern technology, this initiative is in line with sustainable development goals, which encourage better community-level governance.
