Abstract

Pada saat terjadi bencana Covid 19 ini banyak beberapa negara melakukan lockdown dan membuat peraturan untuk melakukan jaga jarak, sehingga menyebabkan pemanfaatan sosial media naik signifikan. Peneliti mempunyai rencana untuk melihat pengguna media sosial melakukan ulasan maupun komenter dalam melakukan proses jual beli. Baik komentar positif maupun negatif akan kita kumpulkan. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data ulasan dari pelanggan, untuk mengetahui respon konsumen terhadap produk yang dijual oleh UMKM melalui sosial media Facebook. Metode yang dipakai adalah Analisis Sentimen dimana suatu tahapan guna menjawab dan menentukan angka opini maupun sentimen yang ada pada sebuah keadaan atau object yang dapat berwujud tulisan dan bisa dibedakan dalam sentimen negatif, positif, atau netral. Adapun hasilnya dari melakukan analisis sentimen pada penjualan produk UMKM di Kota Batam dapat dilihat tingkat untuk akurasinya 91% serta 0,97 UAC menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine.

Abstract

Business Intelligence merupakan kombinasi alat, seperti gudang data, pemrosesan analitis online (OLAP), dan dasbor. Gudang data mengumpulkan data yang akurat, bersih, dan terperinci dari berbagai sumber untuk analisis mendalam, sementara pemrosesan analitis online (OLAP) mendukung analisis multidimensi secara real-time dan memungkinkan pengguna menerapkan operasi seperti agregasi, pemfilteran, pengguliran, dan penelusuran. Peneliti mencoba menerapkan Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). DRL merupakan teknik yang menjanjikan untuk memecahkan masalah dunia nyata. Hal ini dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang biasa dihadapi dalam tugas pengambilan keputusan berurutan, seperti ketidakpastian dan dimensi variabel. Metode deep learning yang dapat digunakan untuk Business Intelligence antara lain deep neural network (DNN). Model DNN ini menjanjikan kinerja prediksi yang melampaui model pembelajaran mesin tradisional. Adapun temuannya Double Deep Q Learning dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bisnis dengan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya dan mengurangi waktu kalkulasi dalam masalah pengemasan persegi panjang skala besar. Ini juga dapat digunakan untuk pemodelan lawan dalam sistem multi-agen, yang memungkinkan identifikasi berbagai pola strategi lawan.

Abstract

Digital Transformation is now the center of public attention because digital aspects have entered all levels of society, one of which is school students. The use of digital transformation that is not on target will result in misuse of technology and have a negative impact on the person's personal self to others around him. Based on the results of field observations, it is still found that millennials do not pay attention to the considerable impact of digital transformation in their daily lives. Millennials experience the greatest impact, such as not understanding digital literacy but have become actors and users of digital media, resulting in misuse of functions that can even have an impact on criminal and civil acts. This activity was carried out in December 2022 - February 2023. This School Target Development service activity was carried out at SMK Swasta Kolese Tiara Bangsa by providing material on (1). Digital Literacy, (2). Human Interaction with Computers, (3). Interactive Media Design. The results of this activity include (1). Students of SMK Kolese experienced an increased understanding of the importance of digital literacy and communication ethics in social media in the context of human interaction with computers, as well as understanding the basic skills of creative media design, (2). Students of SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa still need to get technological development literacy to face digital transformation such as how to use ergonomic gadgets so that they still pay attention to health and how to utilize technological sophistication to be able to produce interactive design works such as games, learning media and others. Abstract

The website is an electronic page that can be accessed information whenever and wherever its location depends on the user's internet access from the system. By utilizing the web, many things can be created and developed in the world of buying and selling. Applicable sales, for example, are information systems for selling used cars in Batam. If the owner sells used cars already has a web-based information system, the seller and website manager will easily sell their products. The purpose of this information system is to help people find information on used car sales in Batam city through the internet using websites and other electronic media. web-based information system at CV Phutu Oil Club is a service that is intended for the community or users. The author developed a Web-Based Used Car Sales Information System at CV Phutu Oil Club in Batam City with the Waterfall method. The waterfall method is often also called a linear (sequential linear) model or classic life cycle. The waterfall model provides a sequential or sequential software lifeline approach starting from analysis, design, coding and testing.

Abstract

Inventory is one of most important asset which the data collection must be managed and saved with good condition by the company. It is likewise happen at CV Batam Jaya, a company that serve rental for heavy equipment keeps many kinds of spare parts which is can't be fully memorized with head. That inventory data management still applied in a manual method, such as write the name, the specification, and the quantity on the particular book. Indeed, that method provokes a bunch of problems like have a high possibility on cause inaccurate data content, data loss and no back-up, so the other job can be hampered. the purposes of this research are to contrive and build a computerized inventory information system because system that controlled by computer may escalate the effectiveness and the flexibility of managing, finding the data easily and quickly. research that involving formalization of the matter until system design will be held by using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall Model, whilst the system development will be done by making some interfaces in accordance with the design that made by Unified Model Language (UML) model. The development also followed by object oriented-programming using Visual Studio 2019 and MySQL for the database. the expectation of this project is by having an inventory information system, conservation of the storage becomes more thrifty and have a simple data management.

Abstract

PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama is a Logistics company based in Batam-Indonesia in which PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama main focus is Shipping Containers. PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama has 2 kinds of services in which this journal will be focusing on Depot Services. PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama is facing problems in which the current application that they are using are have a big inconsistencies data problem. For this on-going issue, the researcher is going to use Scrum as the basis for planning and creating this new Inventory Management System based on user feedbacks and improvement from the researcher itself. Feedback from users such as, inconsistencies in data, the lack of export and import stock report feature in the current system itself has made a big gap in PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama Depot SOP (Standard Operational Procedure). As for the results, The application that this researcher has developed by using Laravel Framework is an upgrade from what PT Putra Batam Jasa Mandiri Utama is now using, features such as the Dashboard will be included in which it will functions as a main bridgepoint between Admin and Field Tally.

Abstract

Berkah Mart store is a company engaged in the sale of staples in the city of Batam. The Berkah Mart store sells various types of products so that every day the Berkah Mart Store makes a lot of transactions, the transaction data that occur are not managed properly so that data accumulation occurs in the database. One of the ways to take advantage of the accumulated data is by processing the data using a priori algorithm calculation technique which is part of data mining techniques. The a priori algorithm is expected to help Toko Berkah Mart to determine products that are often sold simultaneously and determine the placement of goods according to consumer habits. The results of the a priori algorithm calculation are supported by the use of the tanagra application. One of the algorithm techniques used is high frequency pattern analysis where in this study all rules have a value 10% support and 100% confidence increase in sales.

Abstract

Globalization also affects people's lifestyle where health is very important for everyone, so it cannot be denied that the medical world is currently one of the place that people really need in Batam City. PT. Riway International is a company that operates in the field of dietary supplements for human health. With the current condition of business competition, especially in Batam City which is so tight, PT. Riway International is one of the company that is able to survive and continue to strive to improve all aspects of the quality of the company, one of the aspect is the information system. This study aims to analyze the quality of information system such as Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality, Satisfaction at PT Riway International Batam branch. The technique reuse in this study is a quasi sample, namely using a population of residence in the city of Batam, we took 200 respondents as a sample. The measuring instrument use in this research is 5 points using a Likert scale. The data analysis method use is descriptive analysis, the data quality test in this studies use validity and reliability test and the influence test in this study use the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study use the t test and the F test with the help of software statistic SPSS 26. Based on the result of this studies indicate that the Information Quality has a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction, while Usability and Interaction Quality do not have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction. Meanwhile, Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Quality together have a positive and significant effect on member satisfaction.

Abstract

CV POWERSHOP is a small startup CV company engaged in printers and computers. The problem that often occurs at CV POWERSHOP is managing inventory of goods. All of these activities are still carried out manually and are still not well controlled, it can be seen that there are still data items that do not match the stock records. Therefore, the author wants to provide a solution to CV POWERSHOP by creating a web-based application to manage inventory data for these items. In building this POS information system the author uses the UML system development methodology as a tool in the design stage, the programming language used to build the information system uses PHP (PHP Hypertext Pre-processor) and XAMPP as a database. Texteditor used to write program code using Sublime Text. With this inventory information system, it is hoped that the inventory management of goods will be more effective and efficient.

Abstract

After the breakout of pandemic COVID-19, there’s a important requirement for protection methods, the maximum important is a face masks. The task's fundamental aim is to locate the presence of a face masks on human faces in real time. Teachable Machine is the software used for this object detection because it makes creating machine learning models fast and easy with the introduction of this Arduino Uno and p5.js primarily based masks reminder device for humans beings to care more about their health. This assignment consists of a digital camera that detects whether or not a person is sporting a face masks or not the use of facial features, after which adding a serial command to the facemask detection set of policies that instructs the Arduino to turn on or off LEDs primarily based mostly on the country of detection.
