Abstract

Penyakit ginjal kronik (PGK) merupakan masalah kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Salah satu terapi pengganti ginjal adalah hemodialisis (HD). Hemodialisis yang dijalankan pasien PGK bukanlah bertujuan untuk menyembuhkan, tetapi hanya sebagai pengganti fungsi ginjal yang rusak. Kekhawatiran dan stres pada pasien PGK dapat muncul karena berpikir seharusnya HD dapat menyembuhkan. Lamanya HD dan kualitas hidup adalah faktor penting untuk menilai adekuasi HD yang dijalankan oleh pasien PGK. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara lamanya HD dengan kualitas hidup. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pasien PGK yang menjalani HD di RSU Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling dan pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil wawancara menggunakan kuesioner WHOQOL BREF. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh pasien yang menjalani HD ?1 tahun berjumlah 11 orang (27,5%) diantaranya memiliki kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 2 orang (18,2%), kualitas hidup sedang sebanyak 5 orang (45,5%) dan kualitas hidup buruk sebanyak 4 orang (36,4%) sedangkan pasien yang menjalani HD >1 tahun berjumlah 29 orang (72,5,%) diantaranya memiiki kualitas hidup baik sebanyak 8 orang (27,6%), kualitas hidup sedang sebanyak   17 orang (58,6%) dan kualitas hidup buruk sebanyak 4 orang (13,8%). Berdasarkan analisis uji Chi Square menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara lamanya HD dengan kualitas hidup pasien PGK di RSU Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2015 (p=0,227>?=0,005). Kualitas hidup pasien PGK tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh lamanya HD tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the extent to which the Project-based Learning (PjBL) model impacts mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of length units for third-grade students at SDN 2 Bendanpete. The research employs a quantitative experimental method through a Pre-Experimental Design approach, specifically using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data analysis techniques include prerequisite tests through normality testing and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample T-Test. Data were collected through multiple-choice tests administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the implementation of the Project-based Learning (PjBL) model. Instrument validation results indicated that 15 items were valid, and reliability testing showed a high reliability score with Cronbach’s α = 0.860. Data analysis through the t-test, resulting in a value of (-19.0), demonstrated a significant improvement in student learning outcomes, with the average posttest score (81.1) considerably higher than the average pretest score (51.4). These findings suggest that the application of the PjBL model effectively enhances student achievement in the topic of length measurement. It is expected that the outcomes of this research will provide new insights into the use of innovative instructional models to improve student learning achievement.
