Abstract

PDAM or Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum Tirta Mayang is one of the regional owned business units engaged in the distribution of clean water for the general public in Jambi City. In terms of service, there are some parts that are still done manually and are less effective, for example in the case of new pairs registration and complaints that are still done manually, the customer must come to the PDAM Tirta Mayang office, which of course takes a lot of time and energy, also limited only when office open. Therefore we need a mobile application that can access all customer services online in order to provide optimal service. This service application will be designed consisting of mobile applications made using Android Studio and web admin using PHP. By entering data input, in the form of customer data, billing data, complaint data. while the output produced is in the form of customer account reports, complaint reports, and complaint recap reports. The design of this website is done in full so that it can cover all needs. The expected results of this research are the Android Service Application of PDAM Tirta Mayang, Jambi City which is able to provide information quickly, and provide the best service.

Abstract

CV. Jambi Global Printing is a business engaged in printing or Advertising. The company gets problems that often arise due to promotions and information submitted using brochures and invitation bookings are still manual. Manually here means the invitation order is still manual and consumers can only order invitations directly to the printing site, of course this will complicate the development of this printing press. What is a weakness is that the company has difficulty in delivering information about products that are marketed, if this happens continuously, this will have an impact on their income because it can only have a marketing scope that is not wide enough. To overcome this error, it is necessary to build a tool in the form of an online-based program, which will make it easier for consumers to get invitation information and make it easier for consumers to order invitations online. The application used in helping processing the data is web-based programming. Chosen based on the web because information can be obtained easily anywhere and anytime. The advantages of this information system are as a means of information for consumers, as a place to describe the types of invitations, in lieu of brochures for promotional events in finding consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build decisions support model to predict sales and stock purchase using Trend Moment method and Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System. Trend moment is a simple statistical-based forecasting method widely used to forecast sales in a company using historical data. Tsukamoto is a fuzzy inference system that uses monotonic reasoning to determine output. The object of this research is sales and purchase data for Ice Cream X Depo Jambi products from August 2019 to April 2020. The study aims to build a decision support model web-based to predict sales and purchases of ice cream X stock at Jambi depots. Fuzzy Tsukamoto in this study will be used to predict product stock purchases after predicting future sales using trend moments. The system input is in product data form, data of ice cream sales history, and data of ice cream stock purchase. Sales history data will be use to calculate slope and constanta that will predict future sales trends. Stocks  purchase history data along with sales trend prediction value will be use to calculate the membership degree of fuzzy variables, perform the aggregation process on fuzzy rules, and then carry out the defuzzification process to produce output prediction values for future ice cream stock purchases. from the prediction model implemented in the decision support system, sales prediction data has an accuracy of 71% while stock purchase predictions have an accuracy of 85%.

Abstract

The Jambi Provincial Plantation Office supplies plantation seeds from franchises, the seeds distributed by the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to farmer groups, namely oil palm, cinnamon, coffee, and coconut. In the system that is currently running, farmers who will submit requests for seedlings come directly to the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to collect application letters and statement letters. farmers fill out the form and then give it back to the Plantation Service along with the requirements. If these requirements are complete, the Plantation Service will provide information to farmers to collect seeds. Information at the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office is very much needed to assist employees and heads of offices in making a policy. So it is necessary to build a way to use technology to overcome these problems, namely by building a web-based application for distributing plantation seedlings. The web platform was chosen because it can be accessed easily from various devices. Input data consists of employee data, seed data, farmer group data, farmer data, seed application data, activity data, and news. The resulting output is a report on the distribution of seeds and a report on farmer group data. This application is expected to be used by the Jambi Provincial Plantation Office to make it easier for farmer groups to receive aid for oil palm, cinnamon, coffee, and coconut seeds more efficiently.

Abstract

Perhotelan adalah salah satu bisnis yang saat ini juga sudah banyak menggunakan teknologi seperti sistem informasi manajemen hotel. Royal Heritage Hotel sudah menggunakan sistem informasi manajemen hotel untuk operasional dan reservasinya. Tetapi owner memiliki target ingin menambah cabang hotel di kota/kabupaten lain bahkan di luar provinsi Jambi. Pihak manajemen hotel menginginkan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mengakomodir hal tersebut sehingga beberapa cabang hotel bisa dilakukan pemantauan terpusat melalui satu sistem. Berdasarkan dari permasahalan tersebut, penulis memiliki ketertarikan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen hotel yang dapat memiliki beberapa cabang pada Hotel Royal Heritage Jambi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini meneruskan dari sistem yang sudah ada yaitu sistem informasi berbasis website menggunakan framework Laravel. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML, dan pengujian dengan metode black box testing. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem yang telah dikembangkan ini sudah layak untuk dilanjutkan ke tahap deployment. Pengembangan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi penyelesaian masalah dan solusi bagi pihak Hotel Royal Heritage ataupun bagi hotel lainnya yang memiliki permasalahan serupa.
