Abstract

Abstrak Pada umumnya seluruh bank di Indonesia harus mempunyai IT Disaster and Recovery (IT DR) dan Work Area Recovery (WAR) site untuk melanjutkan operasional bank dalam keadaan bencana. Peraturan ini tertulis di dalam Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI) tahun 2007 mengenai Manajemen Risiko. Bank IAAB adalah sebuah bank multinasional yang telah mengubah bisnis strateginya dengan menjual bisnis ritel kepada bank lain. Oleh karena itu, bank  hanya memiliki satu lokasi di Jakarta sejak bulan Juni 2010. Karena kondisi awal bank tidak memiliki lokasi IT DR dan WAR, bank telah memulai proyek untuk membangun lokasi IT DR dan WAR sejak tahun 2009. Selama proyek berlangsung, 20% hingga 30% dari waktu proyek digunakan untuk menganalisis, dimanakah tempat yang baik sebagai lokasi IT DR dan WAR. Buku-buku tidak pernah menyebutkan secara jelas lokasi yang baik, oleh sebab itu Bank kesulitan  untuk menemukan tempat yang tepat. Dalam mencari lokasi yang tepat Bank menggunakan Threat Assessment Methodology (Qualitative) dan Tabel Keputusan. Kata kunci: BCP, IT DR Site, work area recovery, tabel keputusan, manajemen bencana  Abstract All banks in Indonesia basically must have an IT Disaster Recovery (IT DR) and Work Area Recovery Site (WAR) to continue bank operation in the event of disaster. This regulation is  stated in the Peraturan Bank Indonesia (PBI) 2007 about Risk Management.  Bank IAAB is a multinational bank, and has changed the business strategy to sell retail businesses to other banks.  For that reason, the bank will only have one location in Jakarta starting in June 2010. Regarding the condition of having no IT DR & WAR site, the bank has started a project to build IT DR and WAR site since October 2009.  During the project, 20% to 30% of project time was used to analize a good location for IT DR & WAR site. The books never stated clearly about this good location therefore the bank had difficulties in finding the right location.  In order to find the right location, the bank used Threat Assessment Methodology (Qualitative) and decision table as a solution Key words: BCP, ITDR Site, work area recovery, decition table, disaster management

Abstract

Abstrak Komunikasi merupakan faktor utama dalam menjalankan usaha, dapat dikatakan tidak mungkin perusahan dapat beroperasi tanpa memiliki sarana komunikasi yang memadai.  Biaya komunikasi merupakan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan tiap bulannya dan pada umumnya biaya komunikasi merupakan biaya yang cukup tinggi untuk perusahaan tertentu. PT IFJS juga menghadapi situasi yang sama dan menginginkan penurunan biaya ini. Oleh sebab itu, PT IFJS mengundang beberapa vendor untuk mencarikan solusi ini. Saat ini banyak solusi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengefisiensikan biaya komunikasi. Dengan perangkat teknologi komunikasi, yaitu mobile switching device, yang dipadu dengan manajemen inovasi yang baik, dapat diciptakan sebuah solusi teknologi inovasi yang unggul. Dengan metode pengaturan atas panggilan dengan menggunakan switcher GSM maka solusi terhadap biaya menjadi lebih hemat. Kata kunci: sistem informasi, inovasi, teknologi komunikasi, SDLC, GSM Abstract Communication is one major factor in running a business. It is said it is not possible to run a business without having communications equipment.  Communication costs represent monthly costs incurred by the company, and in general it is quite expensive for certain companies. PT IFJS faces similar situation and would like to reduce the cost. Therefore, PT IFJS invited some vendor to find the solution. Communication technology has grown rapidly. Currently, a number of solutions can be applied to make the communication costs efficient. Using the mobile switching communications technology combined with innovation may create the best product solution.  By applying management call for SLJJ, SLI and mobile phone using GSM switcher (FWT), the communication cost could be reduced.   Keywords: Information system, innovation, communication technology, sdlc, gsm

Abstract

In general automotive development, especially car, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) continuously improves quality and service to supply vehicles in Indonesia. To support the improvement of quality and service, PT ADM continues to improve technology-based system to assist in providing vehicle parts of production process requirements. Therefore Purchasing division is very important in this process. Besides, supplier is a very important role in making and supplying parts for the company. PT ADM has a new system used to improve bidding process. Based on the discussion, price was not the only thing significant. There were other things to consider, especially in selecting the right supplier.  Realizing the system does not cover all areas, therefore, it needs Decision Support System with AHP method to filter suppliers. So that, the company will automatically have good supplier. At least, the supplier meets company standard, especially purchasing department. This research concludes that using AHP Method is very effective for filtering supplier so that the company can make sure that only capable supplier or supplier which meets company standard may join the tender to supply the goods or parts. This paper combined AHP Methodology as the first selection using pairwise scoring and Analysis Sensitivity Methodology used to take decision which supplier is in line with project requirements.

Abstract

The service level in community must be considered if it wants to continue to be used by the users. This research studies the adoption of Financial Technology (FinTech) services in the terms of trust and risk. The work employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory as the theoretical basis combined with trust and perceived risk. The research method is quantitative. The data are analyzed by the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Smart PLS V2.0. The researchers use a questionnaire in Google Form to collect the data. It is distributed online with the snowball data collection technique. As a result, 548 respondents are successfully gathered. The results indicate that the factor of users trusts influences perceived usefulness in the adoption to use FinTech services. However, the risk factor does not affect the use of FinTech services, which further does not influence the users’ attitude. The work contributes to the study of the adoption of FinTech services, which provides a view determining the users’ intention to use FinTech services in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aimed to explore the correlation or influence factors between the background of female passengers with perceived ease of use factors in Online Transportation Application (OTA). This research was explanatory and descriptive (causal) research. The respondents were the female users of OTA. The total of respondents was 408 people. SPSS applications were used to process the data. Then, the cross-tabulation was to find the correlation or influence factors. In the end, the researchers find 19 factors that are essential for future research.

Abstract

Indonesia's internet use is increasing rapidly, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The most significant number of internet users today are at the age of students. Students can use the Internet for learning, social activities, and business. Therefore, it is the background of this study to explore factors in internet skills, such as contextual efficacy, internet self-efficacy, and computer self-efficacy, which affect the interest of students in Indonesia to become a technopreneur. The study uses quantitative methods, with the Structural Equation Model and Partial Lease Square (SEM-PLS) techniques. Data collection using snowball sampling technique from 11 cities in Indonesia and collected 506 respondents used in this study during the pandemic situation. This study found four relationships that have an influence. Computer self-efficacy impacts 68.2% of individual entrepreneurship orientation and 34.3% of technopreneur intention. Contextual element affects 43.9% of technopreneur intentions. Internet self-efficacy affects 17.3% of technopreneur intentions. The study found that three relationships had no effect. The conclusion of the research conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic is that the ability to surf the Internet for Computer Self Efficacy, Contextual Elements, and Internet Self Efficacy directly affects students' desire to become technopreneurs.

Abstract

Background: Video Advertising (VI) is a powerful media tool used by several companies as a marketing strategy. During COVID-19 pandemic, there was a wide adoption of digital media, particularly VI, to promote company products. However, some changes occurred post-pandemic, which influenced customer behavior. Objective: This research aimed to explore changes in customer behavior towards VI post-pandemic. The exploration focused on understanding changes in four major factors which included Sensory Appeal (SEN), Informativeness (INF), Entertainment (ENT), and Telepresence (PRE). Methods: Data were collected using snowball sampling method, resulting in 744 responses. After deleting outliers and non-shopping customer, there were 584 analyzable data. Covariance-Based Structural Equation Model (CB SEM) method facilitated by Lisrel Application was used for data analysis. Results: The result showed that significant changes have occurred in customer behavior to VI post-pandemic. Among the 13 tested hypotheses, 11 showed significant influences, while 2 did not, indicating shifts in customer behavior. Conclusion: COVID-19 pandemic led to significant changes and imparted customer with a new understanding of VI, which became a major marketing tool. These changes were due to experiences during the pandemic, which affected SEN (72%), INF (77%), ENT (76%), and PRE (70%). Further analysis showed that ENT affected Customer Trust (CT) and Actual Purchase (APU) by 20% and 27%, while PRE caused 34% and 20% respectively, indicating a decrease in customer response from VI to CT and APU. Based on these results, further exploration should build on the identified factors and investigate additional variables that had not been considered.   Keywords: Post-Pandemic, COVID-19, Customer Behavior, Video Advertising

Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan pengembangan sistem proses klasisfikasi varietas bibit tanaman kelapa sawit berdasarkan metodologi perkembangan baru, yang disebut design science research methodology (DSRM). Metodologi penelitian ini diadopsi untuk mencakup enam kegiatan: identifikasi masalah dan motivasi, definisi tujuan solusi, desain dan pengembangan, demonstrasi, evaluasi, dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan metode pengembangan DSRM ini, sistem ini berhasil dikembangkan dan dapat digunakan dengan baik untuk dapat mengklasifikasi varietas kelapa sawit. Dimana permasalah yang terjadi adalah sulitnya menentukan varietas tersebut sehingga dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam membeli untuk ditanam oleh petani. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode PNN (probabilistic neural network) yang diterapkan didalam sebuah aplikasi digunakan untuk mendeteksi daun dari bibit kelapa sawit. Dimana menggunakan proses pelatihan (training) supervised terlebih dahulu untuk proses pembelajaran data. Penelitian ini berkontribusi metodologi pengembangan baru dari bidang Sistem Informasi (IS) sebagai model referensi untuk pengembangan aplikasi dimasa depan, bersama dengan integrasi metode PNN sebagai klasifikasi varietas bibit kelapa sawit. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat dengan baik dalam mendeteksi bibit kelapa sawit dengan deskripsi daun sebagai objek dengan menghasilkan tingkat akurasi bisa mencapai 78.1% dan presisi bisa mencapai 78.8% apabila nilai Laplacian/spread mendekati 1. Jumlah data akan mempengaruhi dari nilai akurasi dan presisi untuk proses klasifikasi varietasnya. AbstractThis study explains the development of a system of classification processes for oil palm seedling varieties based on a new development methodology, called the design of science research methodology (DSRM). The methodology of this research was adopted to cover six activities: identification of problems and motivations, definition of objective solutions, design and development, demonstration, evaluation, and communication. Based on the method of developing this DSRM, this system was successfully developed and can be used well to be able to classify oil palm varieties. Where the problem that occurs is the difficulty of determining the variety so that it can cause errors in buying to be planted by farmers. This study uses the PNN Method (probabilistic neural network) that is applied in an application used to detect leaves from oil palm seedlings. Where to use the training process (training) supervised first for the data learning process. This research contributes to the new development methodology of the Information Systems (IS) field as a reference model for future application development, along with the integration of the PNN method as a classification of oil palm seed varieties. This research also produces an application that can be good at detecting oil palm seeds with leaf descriptions as objects by producing an accuracy rate of 78.1% and precision can reach 78.8% if the Laplacian / spread value approaches 1. The amount of data will affect the accuracy value and precision for the classification process of the varieties.

Abstract

Pencurian dana nasabah dengan menggunakan Teknologi Informasi masih terjadi hingga saat ini seperti yang dilaporkan pada web Finance.detik.com dimana dana tabungan nasabah hilang dan hal ini terjadi tidak hanya pada 1 bank namun beberapa bank.  Pada penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan dibeberapa bank menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1.  Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi pada sebuah bank (bank xyz) mengenai penerapan tata kelola penggembangan sistem dengan acuan kerangka kerja COBIT 5. Pada dasarnya penelitian ini untuk melihat bagaimana sebuah bank melakukan pengembangan sistem, apakah mengikuti kerangka kerja COBIT 5?  Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 Process Assessment Model (PAM) mencakup unsur keamanan data dan tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (IT Governance). Sebagai kesimpulan dari hasil evaluasi bahwa masih perlunya peningkatan dalam manajemen pengembangan sistem pada bank.AbstractThe theft of customer funds through the use of Information Technology continues to occur today as reported on the website Finance.detik.com, where clients' savings funds are lost, and this not only happens in 1 bank but in several banks. The early research conducted at several bank using COBIT 4.1 framework. Therefore, this study will perform an evaluation in a XYZ Bank on the implementation of Information Technology governance in the development of the system with a reference to the COBIT 5 framework. Basically, this research is to see how a bank develops the system follows the COBIT framework 5? The Framework Process Evaluation Model (PAM) of COBIT 5 includes elements of data security and Information Technology governance. The conclusion of the evaluation of the study show that there is still a need to improve the development of the system in the bank

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi media sosial sebagai sarana untuk menyebarkan pesan sangat penting dan dipercaya dapat mempengaruhi penerima pesan untuk membantu menyebarkan kembali pesan yang diterima kepada orang lain, penggunaan aplikasi media sosial untuk keperluan industri seperti untuk iklan atau pemasaran produk.  Namun pesan yang tersebar di media sosial sangat rentan sehingga sangat memungkinkan pesan telah dilakukan modifikasi atau perubahan sehingga menjadi pesan yang tidak benar (hoax/fake news) yang kemudian disebar luaskan melalui aplikasi media sosial.  Dari hal tersebut, pada penelitian ini yang menggunakan explanatory (causal) research atau penelitian yang mencari hubungan antar dua faktor.  Sebagai sampel responden pengguna terbesar internet di Indonesia saat ini adalah mahasiswa sebesar 127,9 juta menurut AJPII, oleh sebab itu penelitian ini mencoba untuk melakukan explorasi bagimana pengaruh latar belakang penyebar pesan dalam hal ini mahasiswa seperti jenis kelamin, umur, tingkat semester, dan waktu yang digunakan menggunakan aplikasi media sosial yang digunakan, apakah mempengaruhi mahasiswa atau mahasiswi dalam melakukan penyebaran informasi/pesan melalui aplikasi media sosial.  Aplikasi SPSS digunakan untuk memvalidasi data dan fungsi Correlation Bivariat digunakan untuk memproses data dalam mencari hubungan antara dua faktor.  Dari penelitian ini ditemukan 5 pasangan faktor yang mempunyai hubungan untuk mempengaruhi, dimana dari temuan ini akan sangat bermanfaat untuk penelitian selanjutnya. AbstractThe use of social media applications as a means to disseminate messages is very essential and is believed to affect the recipient of the message to help redistribute messages received to other, the use of social media applications for industrial purposes such as advertising or product marketing.  However, messages spread on social media are very vulnerable, so it is possible for messages to have been modified or changed so that they become untrue messages (hoaxes) which are then disseminated through social media applications.  From this, in this study using explanatory (causal) research or research that seeks relationships between two factors. As the sample 388 respondents of the total population users of the internet in Indonesia students are 127.9 million according to AJPII, therefore this study tries to explore how the influence of the message disseminator background in this case university students such as gender, age, semester level, and time which is used using social media applications that are used, whether it affects university student in disseminating information / messages through social media applications.  The SPSS applications is used to validated data and the Bivariate Correlation functions is used to process data in finding relationships between two factors. From this study found 5 pairs of factors that have relationship to influence, it means gender and longtime use media sosial as an essential factor to minimise dissemination of hoax or fake news which of these findings will be very useful for future research.
