Abstract

Abstrak: Tidak terkomputerisasinya dokumen pada usaha kecil menengah akan mempersulit perusaaan dalam melakukan pendataan transaksi, baik itu dalam pengontrolan alur kas, menghitung keuntungan, serta mengurangi kehilangan barang. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk membatu salah satu usaha kecil menengah di Pontianak agar mempermudah dalam mendata transaksi penjulan dan pembeliannya untuk menghitung keuntungan. Metode yang digunakan antara lain dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik usaha dan melakukan obervasi terhadap proses bisnis yang ada, melakukan analisis perangkat lunak, pembuatan perangkat lunak, dan mengimplemantasikan kepada pihak manajemen CV. Suskes Mandiri Pontianak. Dari aplikasi yan sudah diterapkan, CV. Sukses Mandiri dapat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis desktop yang dapat membantu efisiensi kinerja serta penaikan jumlah penjualan sebesar 30.05 % dan pembelian produk sebesar 2.63 % pada bulan pertama penggunaan aplikasi.   Abstract:  Un-Computerize document in the small-middle entrepreneur will make more complicate for controlling transaction data collection, control their cash flow, count the benefit, and reduce item lost. These social services help one of small-middle entrepreneur at Pontianak to control transaction data collection in selling and buying to count benefit. Methods that have been used are customer interview with business owner, observation, software analysis, software development, and implement software to CV. Sukses Mandiri’s management. From the software that was implement in CV. Sukses Mandiri can be used in desktop based application which help them to increase performance efficiency and increase selling by 23.6 % and product purchasing by 21.3% in the first month application used.

Abstract

Sketching as an activity that can make a bridge for art audience becoming an artist is a choice of educational activities chosen by National Gallery of Indonesia. KamiSketsa Galnas has successfully launched three sketch exhibitions with integrated and growing achievements. Anthony Giddens’ Structural Theory will be used in this study to reveal the social role of agency. The methods used are (1) the method of observation by examing the arrangement of events from poster and sketch work, and (2) the method of interviewing the team and participant of KamiSketsa Galnas. The results of this study reveals the success of the sketch work which show significants developments both in terms of technique and narrative, and the results of the interview focus on Zamrud Setya Negara as Head of Exhibition and Partnership of the National Gallery of Indonesia who acts as both a planner and as a sketcher so that he can “naturally” grow the sketch community KamiSketsa Galnas. This research reveals that Giddens’ thought explains that some of the Agency’s social actions are able to reorganize a new system and order in art while remaining within the structure. The streght of the practical continuity, which routinely crosses time and space, has shown positive results through the development of KamiSketsa Galnas.Sketsa merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dapat menjembatani seseorang menjadi penikmat sekaligus bisa menjadi pelaku seni. Melalui KamiSkesa, Galeri Nasional Indonesia bertekad untuk memberikan wadah dan edukasi bagi para pelaku dan penikmat seni. Penelitian ini akan membahas peran Galeri Nasional sebagai sosial agensi dalam kegiatan KamiSketsa yang digagas oleh Galeri Nasional. Teori Strukturasi dari Anthony Giddens akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengungkap peran sosial agensi. Metode yang digunakan adalah (1) metode observasi dengan meneliti susunan acara melalui penanda poster dan karya serta (2) metode wawancara kepada tim penyelenggara dan peserta KamiSketsa Galnas. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap keberhasilan karya sketsa yang menunjukkan perkembangan signifikan baik dari segi teknik maupun narasinya. Penelitian ini juga mengungkap bahwa soaial agensi yang digagas Giddens mampu menata kembali sebuah sistem dan tatanan baru dalam seni dengan tetap berada di dalam struktur. Kekuatan kontuinitas praksis yang rutin melintasi ruang dan waktu telah menunjukkan hasil positif melalui perkembangan KamiSketsa Galnas.

Abstract

BACKGROUND: Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) remains a leading cause to global morbidity and mortality. Inferior MI predominantly stems from the right coronary artery (RCA) in more than 80% of instances, the left circumflex coronary artery (LCx) in fewer than 20% of cases, and infrequently from the left anterior descending artery (LAD) AIMS: This case report aims to highlight a rare occurrence of LAD occlusion initially manifested as inferior MI. CASE: A 56-year-old male presented with typical chest pain lasting for 6 hours. Vital signs were within normal range. Initial electrocardiogram (ECG) revealed ST-segment elevation in inferior leads (II, III, aVF). Laboratory tests indicated elevated troponin levels (>25ng/mL). Coronary angiography identified the culprit lesion as the LAD, which wrapped around the apex. DISCUSSION: While ECG alterations are valuable in identifying thrombosed vessels during AMI, the presence of simultaneous ST elevation in both inferior and anterior leads can hinder clinicians' ability to determine the specific artery affected by the infarction. Our case, depicting a scenario where both the right and left coronary arteries are co-dominant, showed complete occlusion at the mid-distal wrap-around LAD, resulting in ST-elevation observed in both inferior and anterior leads. CONCLUSION: The existence of inferior ST-segment elevation alongside alterations in anterior leads could imply occlusion of the wrapped LAD.
