Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tunjangan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta pengaruh tunjangan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bantaeng. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tunjangan kerja dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, tunjangan kerja dan pengembangan karir terbukti meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang pentingnya tunjangan kerja dan pengembangan karir dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di sektor pendidikan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work allowances and career development on job satisfaction, as well as the influence of work benefits, career development, and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Education Office of Bantaeng Regency. The method used includes data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results indicate that work benefits and career development have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. In addition, work benefits and career development are shown to enhance employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of job satisfaction. This study provides in-depth insights into the importance of work benefits and career development for improving employee performance in the education sector.
