Abstract

Teknologi Big Data telah menjadi pusat perhatian dalam berbagai industri karena potensinya untuk menghasilkan wawasan yang berharga dari jumlah data yang besar dan kompleks. Dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia, penerapan teknologi Big Data memiliki potensi besar untuk mengubah cara organisasi memahami dan mengelola kebutuhan tenaga kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki potensi dan tantangan penerapan teknologi Big Data dalam analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan perencanaan suksesi organisasi. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai literatur yang relevan tentang topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi Big Data memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi keterampilan dan kompetensi yang paling diperlukan dalam lingkungan bisnis mereka melalui analisis data yang mendalam. Selain itu, teknologi ini juga memungkinkan organisasi untuk melakukan prediksi yang lebih akurat tentang kebutuhan tenaga kerja di masa depan. Namun, penerapan teknologi Big Data juga dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan, termasuk kompleksitas data, masalah privasi dan keamanan data, serta kemampuan organisasi untuk mengubah wawasan dari analisis data menjadi tindakan konkret dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data di dalam organisasi, memperhatikan masalah privasi dan keamanan data, serta memastikan integrasi wawasan yang dihasilkan dari analisis Big Data ke dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has prompted companies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in employee performance evaluation. PT. Digital Aplikasi Solusi currently uses a manual method with Google Forms, leading to inconsistencies and difficulties in data analysis. This research aims to design a web application for employee performance evaluation using the Waterfall method, one of the models in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The application is built using PHP version 8 and the CodeIgniter 3 framework. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, and literature studies. The research stages encompass requirements analysis to application maintenance. The results of the conducted research indicate that the developed application is capable of improving efficiency and transparency in the employee performance evaluation process, facilitating the evaluation process, and providing accurate information for human resource management to support better decision-making in employee management.

Abstract

Completing cat products in meeting consumer demand is something that must be addressed. Sales are very important for sales. The amount of demand for goods increases, it will get a large income. The purpose of this study is to predict the sales revenue of paint products at UD. Masdi Related, makes it easy for the leadership of the company to find out the amount of money obtained quickly. This research also makes it easy for companies to take business strategies quickly and optimally. The data used in this research is the data of paint product sales for January 2016 to December 2018 which is processed using the Monte carlo method. Income prediction will be done every year. In addition to predicting revenue, the sales data is also used to predict product demand every year. To predict the sales of paint products using the Monte Carlo method. The results of this study can predict sales revenue of paint products very well. Based on the results of tests conducted on the system used to predict sales revenue of cat products with an average rating of 89%. With a fairly high degree of accuracy, the application of the Monte Carlo method can be estimated to make an estimate of the income and demand for each paint product every year. Necessary, will facilitate the leadership to choose the right business strategy to increase sales of cat product sales.

Abstract

Web management and cloud based information management for an organization, including small organizations, is very necessary so that the organization's website, data and information can be well maintained and can be displayed and used at any time for various organizational needs. In the current digital era, conveying information in the form of announcements via messaging applications such as WhatsApp is no longer effective because often, because of the large amount of information, messages become piled up and difficult to find. Conveying information quickly and efficiently is what is an obstacle in this organization, for this reason the PKM team of lecturers and students was moved to provide training on cloud-based web and information management to administrators of the Poris Residence Catholic community organization, Tangerang City as a solution to overcome this obstacle. After attending this training, organizational administrators have better web and information management skills, they are even able to manage web-based information media that can be accessed by all members of the organization. The results of the training can be felt by the entire organization because important information can now be conveyed more quickly, clearly and efficiently.

Abstract

Pelatihan Pembuatan Portofolio Digital Proyek Konstruksi dan Sipil Berbasis Google Sitediselenggarakan di SMK PGRI 16 Jakarta untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital siswajurusan Teknik Sipil dalam mendokumentasikan dan mempresentasikan hasil belajar sertaproyek teknik sipil secara efektif dan profesional. Sebelum pelatihan, peserta mengikutipre-test dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 45%, sebagai ukuran pemahaman awal tentangpembuatan portofolio digital. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara praktik langsung denganpembimbingan penggunaan Google Site sebagai platform untuk membuat portofolio digitalyang mampu menampilkan dokumentasi proyek konstruksi, gambar teknik, serta hasilkerja lapangan secara sistematis dan menarik.Setelah pelatihan, post-test menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor menjadi 85%,menandakan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa. Evaluasipelatihan menunjukkan 90% peserta mampu membuat portofolio digital yang terstrukturdengan baik, 85% berhasil mengunggah dokumentasi proyek teknik sipil secara lengkap,dan 80% merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mempresentasikan karya mereka menggunakanmedia digital. Pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam pengembanganketerampilan teknologi informasi bagi siswa Teknik Sipil SMK PGRI 16 Jakarta sertamempersiapkan mereka menghadapi kebutuhan industri konstruksi yang semakinmengadopsi transformasi digital.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital mendorong berbagai aktivitas dilakukan secara daring,termasuk pengadaan peralatan teknik sipil dan jasa perawatan bangunan. Namun,kelompok lanjut usia (lansia) sering mengalami kendala dalam mengakses layanan ecommercekarena keterbatasan literasi digital. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat(PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan digital lansia melaluipelatihan penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce yang aman dan sesuai kebutuhan. Metodepelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul pelatihan, sesi praktiklangsung, serta evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test. Sasaran kegiatan adalah lansia dilingkungan perumahan yang memiliki kebutuhan terhadap pemeliharaan infrastrukturrumah tinggal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata pre-test sebesar 48,5%, yangmencerminkan rendahnya pemahaman awal terhadap konsep transaksi digital. Setelahpelatihan, skor post-test meningkat menjadi 84,2%, menunjukkan peningkatan signifikandalam literasi digital, khususnya dalam hal navigasi aplikasi, keamanan transaksi, danproses pemesanan. Selain itu, peserta menyatakan lebih percaya diri dan termotivasi untukmenggunakan e-commerce secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatanedukatif-partisipatif dapat secara efektif meningkatkan kapasitas digital lansia dalamkonteks teknik sipil. Program ini juga berkontribusi dalam menciptakan masyarakatinklusif digital dan membuka akses yang lebih luas terhadap layanan infrastruktur berbasisteknologi.

Abstract

This research aims to increase the effectiveness of tax consultant services at PT Alfa Jaya Jasa by designing and implementing a web-based Client Monitoring System. Tax services that were previously carried out manually using Excel tended to be inefficient and had a high risk of errors. This system was developed using the Agile method, starting with analysis using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, as well as applying PHP technology, the Laravel framework, and the MySQL database to create a system design. As a result, this system is able to integrate the process of inputting tax data, tax reporting, service bills, and verifying proof of payment for services. System implementation shows increased efficiency, reduced risk of errors, and accelerated data processing. Testing using the black box method ensures the system operates according to the specified specifications. With this new system, data management is better and service to clients is more optimal. In the future, further development may include adding features according to company needs and changes in tax regulations.

Abstract

Advances in technology today require humans to increase their effectiveness and efficiency in various ways. Basically the purpose of creating a tool is to help human work to be more effective and efficient. Thus, humans are expected to function in a relatively short time, especially when it comes to safety. The parking lot is a medium that is used as a way of getting in and out of vehicles. Anticipating some problems in the parking lot, for example: losing parking papers, losing cars in parking lots, and preventing illegal parking at high levels. Then we need an automatic parking door system. This final project aims to build a prototype of an IoT-based automated parking system. This project is a simple parking simulator with a microcontroller device programmed to use the Arduino idea. Hardware integrated with mysql database and run by simple web. The automated parking system is designed using nodemcu lolin, expansion board, 16x2 + i2c LCD adapter, mini mp3 dfplayer, 0.5 watt ohm earbuds, infrared sensor, rfid rc522 and SG90 servo motor. Infrared sensor detects vehicle, rfid receives input by tapping card and then gives output to i2c and web. Furthermore, the output from the LCD goes to the service motor which opens and closes the parking door, and the dfmp3 player, as well as the speaker which makes a sound when the card is tapped. This prototype automatic parking system can provide access and close automatic parking doors which saves time and effort. It can be concluded that the prototype of this IoT automatic parking system can be used as a guide for the development of a better technology.
