Abstract

This study examines the effect of leadership on organizational effectiveness. Quantitaviemethod was used to collect data, by the questionnaires, and distributed to employees at PTAdira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, Pekanbaru. The results of this study showed that sigvalue of 0.001, fewer than probability value of 0.05. Moreover,leadership has t value of -3.396 with t table of -1.985. In conclusion, leadership significantly explained organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the West Jakarta Fire Service, which is located at Jalan Tanjung Duren Raya No. 1, RT.12/RW.2, Tanjung Duren Utara, Grogol Petamburan, RT.12/RW.2, Tj. Duren Utara, Kec. Grogol petamburan, West Jakarta City, Jakarta Special Capital Region 11470. This research will take place from June-December 2020. Population and sample in this study were all operational members of the Fire Department, totaling 134 people. The sampling method was purposive random sampling, and the number of samples was 57 people. Furthermore, the data is processed by quantitative methods using the SEM PLS 3 tool. The criteria for testing discriminant validity are based on the value of the test variable which is greater than the value of the other variables. Based on the test results in the year that the value of the x1 variable is smaller than the two y variables. Thus the test results are not discriminantly valid. The result of this study is that the value of Cronbach's alpha is more than 0.7, so it can be said that the variable is said to be reliable. The composite reliability value from the test results shows a value above 0.7, so it can be said that the data is valid. The conclusion from the test results can be said that the data is valid and reliable. Closer to 1, the better. From the test results, it is known that the NFI value is 0.68 which means the model is quite good and appropriate. Based on the test results, it is known that the Y1 variable has an R-Square value at Y of 0.781. This means that the variable X can explain the effect of the variable Y by 78.1% while the remaining 21.9% is explained by other variables outside of this study. Based on the test results, it is known that the P-value of the test results between the variables x to Y is 0.000. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the variable x has an effect on y1 and the variable x has an effect on y2. Results of the regression test show that the value of the original sample X against Y is 0.884. means that if the value of the variable x increases by 1 unit, it will increase the value of Y by 0.884.

Abstract

Teknologi Big Data telah menjadi pusat perhatian dalam berbagai industri karena potensinya untuk menghasilkan wawasan yang berharga dari jumlah data yang besar dan kompleks. Dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia, penerapan teknologi Big Data memiliki potensi besar untuk mengubah cara organisasi memahami dan mengelola kebutuhan tenaga kerja mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki potensi dan tantangan penerapan teknologi Big Data dalam analisis kebutuhan tenaga kerja dan perencanaan suksesi organisasi. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai literatur yang relevan tentang topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi Big Data memungkinkan organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi keterampilan dan kompetensi yang paling diperlukan dalam lingkungan bisnis mereka melalui analisis data yang mendalam. Selain itu, teknologi ini juga memungkinkan organisasi untuk melakukan prediksi yang lebih akurat tentang kebutuhan tenaga kerja di masa depan. Namun, penerapan teknologi Big Data juga dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan, termasuk kompleksitas data, masalah privasi dan keamanan data, serta kemampuan organisasi untuk mengubah wawasan dari analisis data menjadi tindakan konkret dalam pengambilan keputusan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan analisis data di dalam organisasi, memperhatikan masalah privasi dan keamanan data, serta memastikan integrasi wawasan yang dihasilkan dari analisis Big Data ke dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Di era saat ini, saat pandemi COVID-19 pada awal tahun 2020  perkembangan teknologi berkembang sangatlah pesat, hampir seluruh industri di segala bidang memasuki era digital baik di industri mikro maupun makro. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin cepat, lambat laun sebagian pekerjaan yang hanya bisa dilakukan manusia mulai tergantikan oleh teknologi yang semakin canggih tahun demi tahunnya. Hal ini merupakan era dimana pola bekerja tidak lagi dilakukan secara tradisional, melainkan memasuki era modern/digital. Dimana para pekerja harus dapat menyesuaikan proses tersebut sehingga dapat Mengikuti perkembangan zaman & bisa bersaing pada era digital ini. Fenomena dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya dinamika dengan implementasi sistem digital, strategi SDM yang perlu di lakukan dan perbedaan generasi yang ada yang mencakup dalm studi manajemen SDM yang perlu di perhatikan oleh perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan mengunakan metode deskriptif. Data yang diolah merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Dari 42 karyawan yang seluruhnya merupakan respondennya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menujukan adanya pengaruh positif dari sistem digital terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sistem Digital juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinereja karyawan, serta perebedaan generasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendalami tantangan komunikasi yang timbul dalam konteks negosiasi bisnis lintas budaya, sebuah aspek yang semakin penting dalam pendidikan global di era saat ini. Dengan meningkatnya integrasi global, interaksi bisnis lintas budaya tidak hanya menjadi umum tetapi juga semakin kompleks. Faktor-faktor seperti perbedaan budaya, bahasa, dan konteks sosial-politik memainkan peran penting dalam proses negosiasi tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut memengaruhi komunikasi dalam konteks negosiasi bisnis lintas budaya dan implikasinya dalam konteks pendidikan. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk menganalisis berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan, termasuk artikel, buku, dan jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang perbedaan budaya, bahasa, dan konteks sosial-politik sangat penting dalam mencapai kesuksesan dalam negosiasi lintas budaya, yang juga relevan dalam konteks pendidikan global. Rekomendasi disarankan bagi lembaga pendidikan dan para profesional di bidang pendidikan untuk memberikan perhatian khusus terhadap pelatihan komunikasi lintas budaya serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang beragam budaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan lintas budaya.

Abstract

The article on the influence of training, discipline, intrinsic motivation and competence on employee performance with consumer behavior as a mediating variable is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this study is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of marketing management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique uses literature studies. Data were obtained from previous studies that are relevant to this study and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and Sinta journals. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas pada PT Mulia Industrindo, Tbk Periode 2011-2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel current ratio diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 368,415%. Variabel return on asset diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,93%. current ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return on asset dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = -13,122 + 0,046X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,696 aartinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 48,4% serta uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (3,064 > 2,228) dan juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012 < 0,05.

In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Return on investment has an effect on Organizational Development; 2) Training Need Analysis has an effect on Organizational Development; 3) Job Enrichment has an effect on Organizational Development; and 4) Competence has an effect on Organizational Development.

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to investigate the effects of workplace amenities, communication, discipline, and motivation on the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Aneka Infokom Tekindo Jakarta. The population sample of this study consisted of PT. Aneka Infokom Tekindo Jakarta's 92 personnel. The sampling method used was a census methodology, and the analytical instrument was multiple linear regressions. The results of the study indicated that work facilities, communication, work discipline, and work motivation all positively and significantly affected employees' job satisfaction at PT. Aneka Infokom Tekindo Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously.
