Abstract

This research describes interpersonal communication conducted by the PPA RMP task force in Poso Regency in the process of assisting victims of sexual violence. An interpersonal approach is one way to uncover sexual violence that occurs in society. Many cases do not continue and do not receive justice due to norms and fear of talking to others. By using qualitative research methods, as well as direct observation and interviews with informants supported by other field data, the results of this study describe interpersonal communication as playing a very important role during the assistance process, both psychologically, physically and legally. Maintaining stability and emotions, building trust with the victim's family and being professional by not showing empathy in front of the victim, are part of the interpersonal communication conducted by the sexual-violence victim's assistant at the PPA RMP in Poso Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map the themes, trends, and gaps in media and political studies in Indonesia between 2020 and 2025. The method used was a systematic literature review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA framework. The dataset was collected through the Scopus/ScienceDirect database using specific keywords. The initial data collection yielded 98 entries. After screening and eligibility assessment, the clean data yielded 32 entries. The dataset was analysed using the bibliometrix tool in RStudio. The analysis showed that the phrase "palm oil" was the most dominant keyword, followed by "public health" and "social media." This finding indicates a cross-sectoral dimension in media-political studies. The trend analysis revealed three thematic phases: the dominance of the pandemic and news media issues (2020), a shift to public health, the environment, and religion (2021-2023), and the strengthening of social media, child marriage, and sentiment analysis (2025). The co-occurrence network revealed three main clusters: media and digital studies, empirical research and public data, and global policy and trade. We also found that there is a significant gap between the academic agenda and actual political dynamics.

Abstract

The vaccination program is one of the government's efforts to suppress the growth rate of the Covid-19 virus and control the condition of society and the country's economy. The target of people who have been vaccinated nationally has not reached the target, both from vaccines 1-2 and boosters 1-2. This is caused by the rise of hoax news so that there are still people who are afraid of being vaccinated. For this reason, education and outreach are needed through proper communication management by various sectors, one of which is the police. This study aims to determine the communication management of the Covid 19 vaccination program by Central Sulawesi Regional Police Public Relations. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews with four (4) informants and observations in the Public Relations Department. The communication management of the Covid 19 vaccination program which has been carried out by the Public Relations Division of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Police has provided sufficient information in an effort to prevent the spread of the Covid 19 virus. This process can be seen through the elements of communication management which starts with planning in the form of determining the selection of communicators, packaging messages, media selection and audience determination. The Central Sulawesi Regional Police BidHumas oversees three sub-sectors namely PID (Information and Documentation Management), Multimedia and PenMas (Public Information). At the organizing stage, these three sub-sectors coordinate with each other in disseminating information. Furthermore, the implementation is divided into actions where things that have been planned start to be carried out according to their duties and functions and communication is realized by disseminating information through media owned by the Central Sulawesi Regional Police and in collaboration with conventional mass media and online media. Finally, evaluation has not been carried out routinely so it is hoped that in the future this can be done to measure the effectiveness of messages and communication media.
