Abstract

Background: Laboratory information is increasingly recognized as a crucial factor to reduce diagnostic uncertainty and enhance quality care. Medical diagnoses and effective treatments depend on the accurate and timely reporting of laboratory test results, and the trend toward disease prevention and personalized care calls for more complex and effective tests and biomarkers. Today's clinical laboratory provides essential information for the diagnosis, monitoring, screening, prevention, early diagnosis, tailored treatment and more effective monitoring of human diseases. Response Time is an action that is carried out quickly and precisely to handle patients. While an ability for fast (responsive) service is the response time taken to the patient when the patient arrives to get a response. Response time is one indicator of service quality that affects patient satisfaction. The laboratory turnaround time is the starting point for the time of for receiving the sample, the time for registration, or the analytical sampling time and end point for analytical completion, the time for verification of results, the transfer of results to the time for medical record, and the time for report printing. Methods: In this systematic review, we searched Pubmed, Science Direct, and Scopus database published from January 2010 to March 2019. The included studies were broadly classified as reporting from healthcare/hospital and international survey. There were 21 studies that met keywords searching criteria. Then we analysed based on the content of studies, matching to our objectives Results: Out of 21 identified studies, we recognized 6 scholarly journals of turnaround time diagnostic laboratory results as quality improvement of medical care and medical diagnoses and that affects patient satisfaction. These studies concluded that turnaround time becomes a key element to patient safety that contributes to patient satisfaction. Conclusion: Turnaround time as one of quality indicator in a laboratory setting. Improvement in this parameter could give benefit to the patient and deliver service excellence. Standardized reporting method is mandatory as it will not only allow the accreditation of clinical laboratories according to the International Standard but also to assure guidance for promoting improvement processes and guaranteeing quality care to patients and patient satisfaction.

Abstract

Health services have the main objective of improving health and preventing disease with the community as the main target. The demand for service needs from hospital customers has shifted towards a complete service based on the comfort and safety of the hospital environment. The green hospital policy is the answer to the shift in demands for the quality of hospital services for the community. In an effort to realize Dr. Sardjito as an environmentally friendly hospital (green hospital), the Integrated Laboratory Installation (ILK) has great potential to contribute through its role as a green laboratory. One of the efforts that have been started by ILT Dr. RSUP. Sardjito is through a paperless laboratory policy. The laboratory as one of the elements in a hospital is obliged to place aspects of ecological, social and aesthetic balance as the basis for every policy formulation through optimizing environmental management and empowerment, so that the existence of a laboratory with the complexity of its activities does not add to the negative burden of environmental pollution, and even provides positive benefits. for environmental sustainability of the surrounding community. Hospitals must have good marketing strategy planning, quality and quality, to increase patient interest in using their services. Thus, it is necessary to determine a marketing strategy based on the determination of market segmentation, target market, and market position for the program. The marketing mix or marketing mix is a marketing strategy consisting of product, price, place, promotion, and often develops into 7Ps with the addition of people, process and physical evidence. Marketing mix strategies influence each other. Green Laboratory as one of the leading concepts that can be marketed to improve service quality and consumer interest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the combination of spacing and nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and yield of sesame (Sesamum indicum L.), variety sbr 1. The research was carried out in Mekarjaya Village, Gantar District, Indramayu Regency - West Java. The experiment was carried out from August to December 2021. The location is situated at an altitude of 50 m above sea level (asl), the soil type is Latosol and Regosol association, including type D rain (slightly wet). The research method used is the research method with a randomized block design (RAK), the treatment consists of two factors which are repeated three times. The first factor is nitrogen fertilizer which consists of three levels, namely 100 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer, 150 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer, and 200 kg/ha nitrogen fertilizer. While the second factor is the spacing which consists of three levels, namely the spacing of 25 cm x 40 cm, the spacing of 25 cm x 50 cm, and the spacing of 25 cm x 60 cm. The main observation data were processed using linear model statistical tests, analysis of variance, and Scott-knot cluster further test analysis. To determine the correlation between the treatment with the growth component and the yield of the sesame, the correlation used is the Product Moment correlation coefficient. The research results showed: (1) The combination of spacing and nitrofen fertilizers had an effect on plant height at 28 DAP, stem diameter at 42 DAP, leaf area index at 42 DAP, plant growth rate at 42 DAP and seed weight per clump. effect on plant height at 14 DAP and 42 DAP, number of leaves at 14 DAP, 28 DAP and 42 DAP, stem diameter at 14 DAP and 28 DAP, root volume, leaf area index at 14 DAP and 28 DAP, plant growth rate at 14 DAP. DAP and 28 DAP, number of pods per cluster, number of pods per plot, weight of pods per cluster, weight of pods per plot, weight of 1000 seeds, and weight of seeds per plot, (2) The highest seed weight per plot was produced by the combination of treatment H, namely distance planting 25 cm x 60 cm and nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg/ha with an average weight of 0.711 kg (equivalent to 1.185 tons/ha), significantly different from other treatment combinations, (3) There was a significant correlation between plant height and number of leaver aged 28 DAP and 42 DAP with seed weight per plot in the medium and strong categories. However, there was no significant correlation between plant height and number of leaves aged 14 DAP with seed weight per plot in the medium category.
