Abstract

This community service activity in the form of Introduction to Information Technology (IT) and Microsoft office training aims (1) to provide an understanding of the Topanda Village community about the introduction of information technology, (2) To train the Topanda Village community in using Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word). This activity was carried out in Topanda Village, Rilau Ale Subdistrict, Bulukumba Regency on 29-30 May 2021 which was attended by village officials, PKK members and Topanda Village youth groups. The method used in this service activity is training and lectures on the introduction of information technology. The activity began with an explanation of the material then continued with a demonstration exercise on how to operate Microsoft office. The results of this service activity are (1) increasing the understanding of the Topanda Village community regarding Information Technology and providing the ability for the Topanda Village community to operate Microsoft Office especially Excel, Powerpoint and Word programs, (2) assisting village officials in operating computerized data and speeding up the process. administration of the Topanda Village community. The community and government officials of Topanda Village, Rilau Ale District, Kab. Bulukumba was very enthusiastic about participating in this training. AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pengenalan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dan Pelatihan Microsoft office ini bertujuan (1) untuk memberikan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Topanda tentang pengenalan teknologi informasi, (2) Melatih masyarakat Desa Topanda dalam menggunakan Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint dan Word). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Topanda Kecamatan Rilau Ale Kabupaten Bulukumba pada tanggal 29 – 30 Mei 2021 yang diikuti aparat desa, anggota PKK dan karang taruna Desa Topanda. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan ceramah mengenai pengenalan teknologi informasi. Kegiatan dimulai dengan penjelasan materi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan latihan demonstrasi cara mengoperasikan Microsoft office. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Desa Topanda mengenai Teknologi Informasi serta memberikan kemampuan bagi masyarakat Desa Topanda dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Office Khususnya program Excel, Powerpoint dan Word, (2) membantu aparat desa dalam mengoperasikan data secara komputerisasi dan mempercepat dalam proses pengurusan administrasi masyarakat Desa Topanda. Masyarakat dan aparat pemerintahan Desa Topanda Kecamatan Rilau Ale Kab. Bulukumba sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini.

Abstract

Abstrak - Badan Ketahanan pangan dan Pelaksana Penyuluhan (BKP3) Bantaeng merupakan Instansi yang berada di bawah naungan pemerintah dengan sistem pelaporan penyuluh yang bersifat manual. Tujuan dilakukannya Penelitian ini adalah untuk  : (1) Mengahasilkan Sistem Informasi Laporan  Kegiatan Penyuluh pada Badan Ketahanan Pangan dan Pelaksana Penyuluhan (BKP3) Bantaeng berbasis web.(2) Mewujudkan proses tertibnya alur informasi Laporan Kegiatan Penyuluh pada BKP3 Bantaeng. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah bersifat Deskriptif dengan pendekatan personality pada BKP3 Bantaeng, dengan alat bantu Pengembangan sistem berupa Flowmap,Diagram Konteks, DFD dan alat Perancangan menggunakan Software PHP  sebagai bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan dan MYSQL untuk pembuatan Database. Sistem informasi laporan merupakan sebuah wadah untuk menampung laporan Penyuluh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluaran berupa laporan Data Penyuluh dan Laporan Kegiatan Penyuluh sehingga dapat memudahkan pihak penyuluh dalam menyalurkan laporan kegiatan nya dan juga Mempermudah pihak Badan Ketahanan Pangan dalam memeriksa Laporan penyuluh Pihak BKP3 Kab.Bantaeng.Kata kunci: Penyuluh, Laporan,Website, system informasi  Abstract -The Bantaeng Food Security and Extension Implementation Agency (BKP3) is an agency under the auspices of the government with a manual extension reporting system. The objectives of this research are to: (1) Produce a web-based Information System for Extension Activity Reports at the Bantaeng Food Security and Extension Implementation Agency (BKP3). (2) Realizing an orderly process of information flow of Extension Activity Reports at BKP3 Bantaeng. The research design used a is descriptive with a personality approach to BKP3 Bantaeng, with system development tools in the form of Flowmap, Context Diagram, DFD and Design tools using PHP Software as the programming language used and MYSQL for database creation. The report information system is a forum to accommodate Extension Worker reports. The results of the study show that the output is in the form of Extension Data reports and Extension Activity Reports so that it can make it easier for the extension workers of BKP3 Bantaeng. Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) Desing and build automatic feeding equipment for laying hens. (2) Monitoring feeding equipment for laying hens.This research uses the waterfall research method, that is, step by step you have to wait for the completion of the previous stage and proceed sequentially, the stage will not be carried out before the stages are completed. Waterfall research has several stages that is: (1) Condition, (2) Design stages, (3) Application, (4) Verification, (5) Maintenance. The results of this research show that: (1) The design of IoT-based feeding equipment for laying hens is designed using HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, NodeMCU, PCB, Servo Motor, Rtc, L298N Motor Drive, 12v Stepper Motor, Android Smartphone and Blynk Application and 12v Adapter. (2) The design of an IoT-based feeding device for laying hens has been carried out in a chicken coop belonging to one of the residents in Palimassang, Padang Village. The benefit of designing IoT-based feeding equipment for laying hens is that the owner can carry out other activities so that when the IoT-based feeding schedule for laying hens arrives, it can be done automatically with the schedule that has been input into the blynk application at the same time as the current time so that the container moves. Blynk application for monitoring feed contents in containers obtained from ultrasonic sensors. The Blynk application will display the feed level in the container at any time and will notify you on your smartphone when the feed content is insufficient in the container in the cage.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Design a website-based tourism information system in the Bira Bulukumba area. (2) Know the response of a website-based tourism information system in the Bira Bulukumba area. This study uses the four-D (4-D) method with the stages, namely: (1) Define (define). (2) Design (design). (3) Development (development). (4) Disseminate (disseminate). Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, several conclusions can be drawn, namely: (1) Website-based Tourism Information System in the Bira Bulukumba Region is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) diagram, (usecase diagram, sequence, and the data-based diagram of a Black-princogram (2) Based on the system validation conducted by 2 expert validators produce a value of 0,8 with a high level of validity, meaning that the system has good quality and attraction. The user response to the system was obtained from a test results resulted in a value of 84%. The user satisfaction rate in the website-based tourism information system in the bisamba area is included in the excellent category.

Abstract

Pemilihan vendor perangkat Teknologi Informasi (TI) merupakan keputusan strategis yang sangat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan keberlanjutan operasional organisasi. Namun, proses pemilihan vendor sering kali dihadapkan pada tantangan berupa banyaknya variabel yang harus dipertimbangkan, serta risiko subjektivitas dalam pengambilan keputusan manual. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) untuk membantu organisasi dalam memilih vendor TI secara optimal. Metode COPRAS dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghitung peringkat alternatif secara proporsional berdasarkan kontribusi kriteria yang relevan, sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang objektif dan transparan. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi evaluasi vendor berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan, serta memberikan hasil perangkingan vendor berdasarkan perhitungan COPRAS. Hasil studi kasus menunjukkan bahwa sistem memberikan hasil yang konsisten dengan perhitungan manual, membuktikan validitas perhitungannya. Selain itu, hasil pengujian usability menunjukkan skor sebesar 87,5%, yang menandakan bahwa sistem telah berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna.
