Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi proses keputisanpembelian yang terdiri dari Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Produk, dan Potongan Harga Terhadap proseskeputusan pembelian di Matahari Department Store Cabang Grand Mall Bekasi. Sample sebesar100 konsumen responden.Berdasarkan analisis SPSS , didapat R Square dengan determinasiberganda sebesar 51.9% dan sisanya sebesar 48.1% kontribusi faktor lain. Untuk nilai regresiberganda di dapat ? = 6.510 + 0.295 X1 + 0.247 X2 + 0.367 X3 dan uji F dengan ?=5% didapat nilaiFhitung sebesar 27.328 dan Ftabel sebesar 2.725 berarti Fhitung> Ftabel maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Halini menunjukan bahwa Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Produk Dan Potongan Hargasecara bersama samaberpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil belajar, aktivitas serta tanggapan melalui pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Take And Give pada materi prosedur teks materi prosedur teks, pada siswa Kelas XI TKJ SMK Negeri 1 jantho. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Setting penelitian terdiri dari tempat, waktu penelitian dan siklus PTK, yang menjadi subjek penelitian ialah siswa kelas XI TKJ yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give tersebut dilakukan observasi terhadap keaktifan siswa dan tanggapan siswa dari angket. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan terhadap keaktifan siswa dan guru mencapai katagori baik berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Dari tes evaluasi awal diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas yaitu 45,0 dan ketuntasan kelas 0 %, pada hasil ulangan harian siklus pertama nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan yaitu 65,38 dan ketuntasan kelas 65,5 %, pada siklus kedua nilai rata-rata kelas 80,50 dan ketuntasan kelas 89,65 %. Dari hasil angket tanggapan siswa diperoleh 91,91% siswa yang memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe take and give dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas belajar siswa dan tanggapan siswa sangat baik.

Abstract

Hutan mangrove merupakan tipe ekosistem yang terdapat pada ekosistem mangrove yang selalu digenangi air laut dan dipengaruhi oleh pasang surut air laut, dengan kondisi berlumpur, berpasir atau lumpur berpasir. Kepiting biola (Uca) merupakan salah satu jenis satwa yang hidup dalam lubang atau berendam dalam substrat pada ekosistem mangrove. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman kepiting biola (Uca) dan untuk mengetahui spesies kepiting biola (Uca) manakah yang paling dominan dijumpai di Kawasan Hutan Mangrove Kuala Langsa Provinsi Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa keanekaragaman kepiting biola (Uca) tergolong dalam katagori sedang dengan nilai H yaitu 1,434. Dan spesies yang paling dominan dijumpai adalah Uca tetragonon.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the problems associated with the development of Arabic speaking skills among the students of Pondok Pesantren Darul Muttaqin NWDI Perian, which uses a qualitative approach in the research methodology. With this approach, the research seeks to explore these issues through verbal analysis without utilizing statistical techniques. Primary and secondary data were collected through a series of careful observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study highlight the complexity of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in a pesantren environment. The study identified two main aspects of problematic speaking skills, namely linguistic and non-linguistic aspects. The linguistic aspect includes rigidity and obstacles in Arabic speaking fluency among students, while the non-linguistic aspect involves factors such as lack of motivation from teachers, the tendency to use Indonesian in daily communication, and learning patterns that tend to be monotonous. Through this research, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the challenges in developing Arabic speaking skills in pesantren will be achieved. The practical implications of this study include the importance of improving learning strategies that focus on improving speaking skills, as well as the need for higher motivation for teachers to face this challenge. This research is expected to make a valuable contribution to curriculum development and more effective learning strategies in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

The increasing investment education campaigns conducted by PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) and the availability of Investment Galleries in universities openup great opportunities for students to invest in the capital market. Previous studies have examined the topics of investment knowledge, risk perception, and investment interest. However, previous research still has some shortcomings that need to be improved and developed. These shortcomings include sample size that does not represent the population, the absence of control variables in the research, and some technical shortcomings in the methodology.This study aims to analyze the effect of investment knowledge on the investment interest in stocks of young investors in Kotim with risk perception as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative method with cross-section data on 100 young investors at Darwan Ali University. The results of the study show that investment knowledge has a significant positive effect on risk perception and stock investment interest. However, the availability of capital does not show a significant effect on investment interest. These findings highlight the importance of investment education for students and the contribution of risk perception in increasing stock investment interest. This research provides a reference for the development of investment education strategies in the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capabilities, market orientation, and technological innovation partially or collectively on competitive advantage. To find out and analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capabilities, market orientation, and technological innovation on competitive advantage either partially or collectively. The population in this study amounted to 330 MSEs Batik entrepreneurs in Central Java, divided into 2 cities and 3 districts, namely the city of Surakarta and the city of Pekalongan, as well as Sragen, Sukoharjo, and Pekalongan districts. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The research design used explanatory research and descriptive research through survey and questionnaire approaches. The analysis used in this research is the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The statistical analysis tool used was LISREL 8.70. Based on the research results, the following research findings are as follows entrepreneurial orientation, marketing capability, market orientation, and technological innovation partially or collectively have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Technological innovation is partially the variable with the greatest contribution value to competitive advantage. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawanyang dimediasi oleh KomitmenOrganisasi PT Kawan Menengah Atas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif,data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan peny6ebaran kuesioner kepada responden sebanyak 35 karyawanPT Kawan Menengah Atas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEM Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuansoftware SmartPLS versi 3.0.Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Disiplin kerja tidakberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen.Komunikasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruhterhadap kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi tidakmemediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan komunikasi kerja terhadapkinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, komunikasi kerja merupakan faktor penting yang berpengaruh langsungterhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data, terdapat pengaruh DisiplinKerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi sebesar 63,8%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,2%berasal dari variabel lain di luar penelitian ini, sedangkan pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Komunikasi Kerja terhadapKinerja Karyawan sebesar 68,2%, dan sisanya sebesar 31,8% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan kompensasiterhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Jakarta Sinar Intertrade. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepadaseluruh populasi karyawan, dengan sebagian digunakan untuk pra-survei dan sisanya untuk surveiutama. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuansoftware SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompensasiberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan beban kerja berpengaruhnegatif dan tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi kerja dan kompensasimerupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja karyawan di perusahaantersebut. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, workload, and compensation on employeejob satisfaction at PT. Jakarta Sinar Intertrade. The study used a quantitative approach withdescriptive methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire employeepopulation, with some used for the pre-survey and the rest for the main survey. Data analysis wasconducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. Theresults showed that work motivation and compensation had a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction, while workload had a negative and insignificant effect. These findings confirm that workmotivation and compensation are important factors that influence the level of employee jobsatisfaction at the company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas makanan, harga, dan word of mouthterhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan pada Rumah Makan Minang TembagaKemayoran. Dalam industri kuliner yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untukmenjaga kualitas makanan dan menciptakan pengalaman positif bagi konsumen agar dapatmembangun loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknikpengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang pernahberkunjung ke Rumah Makan Minang Tembaga. Teknik analisis data dilakukanmenggunakan Structural Equation Modeling SEM) berbasis SmartPLS 3.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas makanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapkepuasan pelanggan, dan harga juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan. Sementara itu, word of mouth memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasanpelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Selain itu, kualitas makanan juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitaspelanggan. Namun, harga berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan memiliki peran mediasi yang kuat dalammembangun loyalitas pelanggan, dan pengelolaan word of mouth serta harga perlu diperhatikanuntuk meningkatkan pengalaman secara menyeluruh. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian datamenunjukkan bahwa variabel dalam penelitian memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 74,7%,sedangkan sisanya sebesar 25,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kepuasanpelanggan dipengaruhi sebesar 56,9% sedangkan 43,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainseperti Kualitas Pelayanan, Promosi, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), StoreAtmosphere, Food Safety, Time Saving Orientation, Kepercayaan, Customer Experience, BrandImage, dan Service Quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of food quality, price, and word of mouth on customerloyalty through customer satisfaction at Minang Tembaga Kemayoran Restaurant. In the culinaryindustry, which is increasingly competitive, it requires business actors to maintain food quality andcreate a positive experience for consumers in order to build customer loyalty. This study uses aquantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 100respondents who have visited Minang Tembaga Restaurant. The data analysis technique wascarried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on SmartPLS 3.The results of the study show that food quality has a positive and significant effect on customersatisfaction, and price also has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile,word of mouth has a significant negative influence on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfactionhas a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. In addition, food quality also has a positive andsignificant effect on customer loyalty. However, price has a negative effect on customer loyalty.These findings confirm that customer satisfaction has a strong mediating role in building customerloyalty, and word of mouth management and pricing need to be considered to improve the overallexperience. Based on the results of the data test, it was shown that the variables in the studyaffected customer loyalty by 74.7%, while the remaining 25.3% were influenced by other variables outside this study. Customer satisfaction was influenced by 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% wasinfluenced by other variables such as Service Quality, Promotion, Customer Relations Management(CRM), Store Atmosphere, Food Safety, Time Saving Orientation, Trust, Customer Experience,Brand Image, and Service Quality.
